I would like to share my experience of hair transplant at Samile Hair clinic. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Everything was same as described and told from the day one when i contact. I will devide my experience in two parts. 1st is the technical part of surgery and surgery itself. 2nd the logistics... I will give 5 star for technical part and surgery. And for logistics I will give 4 starts as some things can be improved more. Like transport delays and only brakefast was included in the package which was not known to me. Regarding the hair growth, it will be too realy as i had surgery about 3 weeks before. As of now results are fine and it is going well. Hope this review will be helpful. Thank you

I love the whole procedure. it was seamless and easy. every staff made me comfortable during the prep, surgery, and the post op. it was nice, there was a break in the middle to let us breathe and see other patients that make us more calm and trusting. the wash day was delightful. the feeling of the staff taking off the bandages and seeing it for the first time was satisfying. i will definitely tell my friends and family to go do their hair there. in fact there’s two already that wanted and convinced on going. they just wanted to setup their schedule at work vacation.

After 18 months of research and communication back and forth with my case manager Sonia I booked the primary package with smile hair clinic. I was travelling from Canada to turkey for the first time and wasn’t really sure what I was getting into. Once I got to Istanbul I was really surprised with the professionalism and the entire experience with this clinic. After arriving Istanbul, Airport/hotel pickups were on time, drivers are very punctual and professional. Sonia (case manager) was amazing and answered all the questions I had, I was so delighted with the over all experience that after the surgery I extended my stay in Istanbul and she guided me with sightseeing locations, taxi fares (how much should I pay), hotels, bars, restaurants etc… I needed some dental work and she arranged a dentist appointment for me as per my schedule. Sonia was with us in the clinic on the day of surgery and wash. She has been translating and guiding me throughout the process. One the day of my treatment we were about 10-12 patients, the patients were mostly from Canada and Europe, everybody has their private treatment room with technicians only for them and doctors available and doing their rounds like they were supposed to. Hygiene and sterilisation practices were phenomenal in this clinic. The clinic staff was very professional, it’s clean and above satisfactory. My doctor was really understanding, listened to my expectations and guided me from his experience to what’s is the best result in my case. Tech were easy to communicate and even played my choice of music YouTube during surgery (since it was long 8hrs procedure). The lunch they offered was good. They explained me step by step throughout the process. On Wash day they did wash one by one and explained how I need to continue the wash for next 2 weeks. After I left turkey clinic even approached me and gave me a person to contact if I have any post treatment concerns or questions. Today I am 6 days after surgery and extremely happy with how the overall experience was. I can’t say much about the results yet because to see the full results it takes about 12-18months. Sonia is very knowledgeable and had answers to all the questions I had and if she can’t provide me the answer she would take an extra step to find the right answer for me. I am really delighted with the overall experience I had with this clinic and I would highly recommend Sonia and this clinic to anyone who is looking to get the hair transplant treatment done.

All the transport from the airport to the hotel and then the clinic was all very professionally handled, and my case manager made sure to stay in communication with me so that I knew when to be ready and what to expect. The whole process was a positive experience from start to finish and everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. The treatment was excellent and the cleanliness of the Clinic was also excellent and the Hotel was a 5 star and the transfers from Airport to Hotel and clinic etc were comfortable. I got 4500 grafts which was more than i expected so that was great. I am very happy with my results so far and i am looking forward to my overall result. Great experience. Currently been 6 days since my hair transplant so this review isn’t based on results. Everything from the information received before and after and contact with Smile was incredible. The clinic was very clean and professional and also only a 2minute drive from the hotel. After the procedure you are provided with lots of information and aftercare. The healing process seems to be going well. The only bad points would be the comfort of the procedure. I spoke to a few others who managed to fall asleep and felt relaxed during their hair transplant but unfortunately I was put in uncomfortable positions throughout and the surgical assistants spoke little English. Overall I would recommend.

I would recommend Smile Hair Clinic to those considering doing a hair transplant. They were very professional during the whole process. They answered all my questions before, during and after the procedure. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and they were flexible regarding how long we could stay. I had my transplant almost 2 years ago in 2018, and it was the best decision I ever made. I was naturally worried beforehand, but the whole operation from flights, hotel, and the procedure was handled so well. The procedure wasn't to bad, not painful but a little uncomfortable, but that was due to the length of time it took. Hotel was fine, great selection of food, and full of other guys getting transplants (which was nice). I have gained so much of my confidence back. Losing my hair was such a big weight on my self confidence, getting it back has been incredible. Very, very happy with my results

I had my transplantation in Smile Hair Clinic in February this year. My hairline was receding and was losing a bit from top of my head too. I decided to take their premium package which seemed more high quality for me, which includes their doctor making incisions by himself. Writing this review now exactly 6 months after procedure and I’m really satisfied with the result. Even though it takes up to 18 months for a full effect and all transplanted hairs to grow, I’m very happy with the look right now. I finally have full head of hair again and it looks natural and normal. I warmly recommend this clinic to anyone with hair loss problem. You won’t be disappointed. Their staff and whole team is very friendly, professional and polite. Hotel where I was staying “Sheraton” which is included in the package you’d pay is like a palace. You also get a driver from them who takes you from the airport to the hotel. From the hotel to the clinic & back , and finally to the airport again. This is all inclusive nice experience I had in Turkey. There is no a single thing to complain if I have to. Thanks a lot! :)

Lifechanging experience and I would do the same with Smile within a heatbeat! I had my sapphire FUE hair transplant surgery on 30/10/2021 with Smile Hair Clinic, I had 4.500 hair graphs in the front and partially on the crown area. My overall experience was great and I would recommend the medical team to everyone interested in this kind of procedure. Interesting to know about me and the procedure: - opted for the exclusive package, but without hotel. - Operation day lasted about 12 hours: consultation, blood tests, sedation, extraction, incisions, lunch, implantation and instructions for aftercare the next days. - bought the aftercare products: Greft + hair therapy and Mesotherapy sessions. - Will start Finesteride next week (God help me). - Writing my review on day 5 so we have to wait to see the results, but so far promising . - Anesthesia with needle (if that is relevant). - I have not experienced a lot of pain, mainly discomfort, which is normal. I can’t believe I finally did this. I’d been thinking back and forth for many years about a hair transplant and this December I finally did it. It’s been 6 months and all I remember is great accommodations, transfer and professional clinic. I was very nervous at first and the team was very understanding and helped me by allowing me to take breaks, giving me water, reassuring me, etc. my brother had no problems at all, the procedure was "quick" and trouble-free (keep in mind, it still has to take a few hours as they are doing everything by hand). the painkillers help too. we are both happy with the results so far and have all the detailed information provided by the clinic for post-operative care. we have even been allocated a post-operative care representative to contact by text if needed. After thorough research of hair transplant clinics in Turkey, I settled on this one. The customer service and the preparation before my flight to Turkey were very good. I was then transported to my hotel and the next day I had a smooth surgery. They also check up on you every few months to see how your hair is growing. Overall, a very good experience and significantly cheaper than a similar transplant in my home country, Germany.

Smile hair clinic were excellent from start to finish and made the whole process straight forward. I'm a year in and happy with my results, I should have made the decision years ago but never took those first steps to reach out to a clinic but I'm so glad I did. Overall it was a good experience. Transportation and accommodation were well organized (5 stars). Procedure itself and service was vey good and well organized. I felt that I received a good service - results to be seen but so far it was good. Only BUT: while doing the procedure, one of the assistants, while doing the extraction/ insertion of hair, answered his mobile phone. I did not find that hygienic and i complained to one of the doctors. He said that assistants are told not to do that (I beleive him) - important to clarify : the way the assistants worked was very good and they were friendly even though their English was limited.

My experience was very good and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The procedure went better then I thought and the aftercare is very good. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and the staff are really friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back (if I needed to!)

Back home yesterday after a hair transplant at Smile Hair Clinic in Turkey. Really happy with the way things went, very professional Doctors and technicians. In fact all the staff at the clinic were fantastic, Fatima and the drivers a special thanks. Mattia was my initial contact and answered any questions I had. Communication was fantastic, available at anytime to help. I was collected from the airport and brought to the hotel and then to the clinic the following morning for the transplant. Everything was explained to me fully by the Doctor and both he and the technicians made sure I was happy with what they suggested. It was a long day but I know it'll be worth it when I see the final results. I found Smile Clinic to be a professionally run clinic with fantastic Doctors and staff. I would highly recommend them if you're thinking of taking that step of having a hair transplant. Other clinics may offer cheaper or more expensive hair transplants but my advice is to do your research. I spent a lot of time researching hair clinics around Europe including Turkey, UK and in Ireland but Smile Hair Clinic ended up top of my list. I've no regrets and it was the best decision I made.

Very professional and kind personnel, the clinic is modern and extremely clean. They serve an amazing care not only during the procedure, but also way after. My tips is to stay two days after the procedure, so they help you with the first clean and the bandage removal.

I did a lot of research before I decided which clinic to pick up for my hair transplantation. I was really satisfied with the communication from the start to the end. When I came to Istanbul airport, everything was very organized, from transport to procedure. The staff were polite and friendly. I had an amazing experience with smile clinic. From picking from the airport to dropping after the surgery days. From hotels to super professional doctors. Never thought I would have this fun with surgery and stuff. The doctors and nurse were super nice. The surgery was 8-9hours but it went smoothly. I felt pain for the first 15mins of anaesthesia but after that everything was good. Satisfied with the service and now waiting for the results:)

I had a FUE hair transplant surgery with Smile Hair Clinic in February 2022. I chose them because they had solid experience in hair transplantation as I could see from both their youtube channel and and patient testimonials. My personal experience with them was great and everything went really smoothly. The transfer from and to the airport, 2 nights at the 4star hotel, my surgery was overlooked by a doctor, really friendly and qualified team at the clinic, the clinic itself looks well-equipped and tidy. I could see that the team really put an effort and tried their best. I also liked their client-oriented approach. They provided me with a post-op amenity kit bag and detailed instructions. I still have to wait for my final results but so far so good. The healing process goes well and I can already see my new hair:))

The medical team is very professional, my coordinator Kelly did everything possible to make my stay in Istanbul comfortable. She still follows ip with me and make sure everything is ok with me. I highly recommend Smile hair clinic. It has been 5 days since my treatment. Everything has been great so far. Mattia was my first point of contact. Making the decision to come from the UK to Turkey was a hard decision. But Mattia’s constant great communication and the great social media team at Smile helped me make my final decision. You get collected from the airport, transferred to and from the hotel, and given times to meet everyday. I Stayed at the Sheraton Hotel. You never feel strange because there is numerous people getting the same procedure saying there. When you get to the clinic you are greeted by the team. It is only then that you realise that Smile will be doing the same procedure To many people on the same day. They have lots of staff to deal with the demand. My procedure was carried out by Doctor Gökay Bilgin and his staff Levent and Mustafa and a girl Malike. The procedure takes about 6-8 hours. Then I received after care from a lovely nurse. I was very happy with the procedure. Thanks to the Smile team. I will be writing another review in a few months to hopefully show some good results.

I was amazed my the efficacy of smile clinic ! As soon as I arrived to Istanbul I was greeted by a transfer operative who was professional and in a very nice car with air con who drove me and my partner to World Elite Asia hotel. The hotel was very nice clean and the bed was very comfortable , which made a big difference after surgery. At 7.30am I was called to reception where I was again met my a transfer operative who drove me to smile clinic. As I arrived I was welcomed by the team and asked to fill out some paperwork so they could do the relevant checks. My blood was then taken and blood pressure to make sure I was ok for surgery. I then had a consultation with the surgeon who discussed my hair line and where I would like my grafts mostly placed for me to be as happy as possible which was very helpful. The procedure then start very soon after which was amazing not a lot of waiting around which I thought there may be. I was given something to calm my nerves as I was pretty anxious which helped a lot the surgery was very clean and everything explained to me in detail. It went amazingly well and I am happy with the results this far. The communication is still continuing and any questions I have they respond very promptly so I have no concerns. I can openly say that smile clinic was the right choice so don’t hesitate to go for smile. I’m 30 years old from the UK. Enjoy.

The transportation and hotel were very nice and everything is taken care of for you. Their communication is beyond excellent and they really take care of you.
