We arrived hotel last at night from airport after long flight … ppl is nice when we checked in….. when we tried to sleep around 2am found out living room ceiling light couldn’t able to turn off and called front desk… the guy said someone will come check and no one showed up at all and we were so tired just sleep with lights on for 3 hrs…. This hotel looks fancy and with nice design but not things are not function well and each room inside has smoke smell… if you are allergy to it don’t pick it…

I came to the hotel and made a reservation for one day, and when I came, they gave me a wrong room, and when I spoke to them, they kicked me out and raised their voice at me ( Very bad ) ( çok kötü ) Kötü muamele

Very bad hotel and the prices are very high regarding to the hotel very bad and smelly place Furnitures need to be renewed I advise everyone not to book in this hotel

Rooms are extremely clean and spacious, it feels like you are staying at a normal 1 bedroom 1 saloon apartment!

Excellent place to stay, the rooms are very clean and new, the layout is very pleasant - as seen on the website. The hotel is half way between the SAW Airport and the main tourist sites. The place is well maintained and the service from the car parking, house keeping and room service was very good. Very helpful at the reception desk also. Breakfast in our rooms every morning was good. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city. About 25 minutes from the historical sites. A nice drive in along the main motorway, especially crossing the huge suspension bridge!

A bit rude types bell boy, apart its close to a 5 star hotel. Nice rooms, good beds, calm decor. Away from d city hassel but good for us as we had to catch the flight from SAW which is 20 mins drive from there...

Excellent hotel, loved my stay at this property. Cant think of another city in the world where i could get such a nice room at so little a price. All the staff were very helpful but a speacial thanks to the English speaking manager, Nazim. Thank you.
