Even though I poped in at the end of the working day both ladies that work there were very patient and kind. They helped me to choose and I bought a lovely gift for my sister's birthday from the shop. Excellent service!

I am very pleased with the customer service in the Romford branch; me and my community carer go in there to just chat sometimes. They NEVER pressure you to buy anything they are just kind hearted people doing their jobs. They are worth the full five stars. We get carried away talking to them and they don't mind.

I come to visit this shop with my service user because he loves looking at the crystals figures on display. And also a big thank you to Tracy and her team in which all the staff members makes my service user feel welcome and spending time talking to him and also answering his questions.

Ordered my item online and was ready with 30 minutes. The lady in the shop who also put my items together was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. Which was clean and bright. In and out within 5 minutes but exceptional service
