I'll start with the good. The interior design is great. It really is. The COVID policy is responsibly enforced. We got the table we asked for in our booking. That's about it. Now for the bad. The service is cold. We came in for a birthday (we mentioned it in the reservation) and no one even bothered mentioning it. Any gesture would have been nice. Just to set expectations, no one is French. The food is massively overpriced. This is even more surprising when you find how sub-par everything is. The chicken was dry. The sauce was watery and tasteless. Throughout our visit we were offered drinks excessively, often while we still had drinks on the table. The dessert platter for two omits the ice cream and surbet, oddly. We asked for one of each. We got two. We thought those were complimentary. They weren't. We were charged £6 for them. In their defence, when we complained they were removed from the final bill. None of the desserts on the platter was good. In fact, most were terrible and we suspect our stomach aches were the result of those. Lastly, for a place that charged £35 for steak we were shocked to find they don't accept American Express. You'd also expect cloth napkins, not paper ones. Overall a massive disappointment. We would not come again, and are not sure how the rating is so high. There probably was a reason the place was almost empty throughout our visit.

excellent service, best starters is duck, fillet is the most recommend for main, price of sparkling cocktail is normal but on high side sharing desserts are oversweet for Asia ‘s taste Totally a good dining experience

The taste of the beef is wonderful, especially the sauce. Although the price is a bit expensive, trust me it is worth trying. Restaurant's decoration is very beautiful and classical. The waiters are also very nice.

Saturday night was busy and although they were booked up they managed to find a table for us. This restaurant is totally first class in every way. Highly trained staff who paid attention to every detail. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and hope to return to Aberdeen in the not too distant future.

Went here for the first time last night for my birthday meal - have to say it was the best meal and dining experience I have had! The food was amazing quality and the service was spot on. The atmosphere and the venue was also lovely. I had the trout starter and turbot main, and my partner had the mussels starter and the pork main. We shared a bottle of wine, a cheese selection and two different dessert wines. Would highly recommend.

French style, local produce transformed into big bold flavours. There were 6 of us and we were all impressed and it’s a definite for repeat visits to work your way through the menu as there was so much good-looking food there. Cocktails and Mocktails went down well, so much that we drank those for most of the night instead of having wine or beer. Staff were superb and there was some good live music that wasn’t overly intrusive. Pricing seemed good, but then I’m comparing to London. Strongly recommended.

A lovely experience. Came for lunch on a Saturday. Service was attentive but not overwhelming. Food was great, as was wine list. It is perhaps a little jarring to have such an overtly French experience pushed towards you in Aberdeen, but not unexpected, given the name. I would definitely recommend. Especially the French Onion Soup.

In for an early evening meal. Friendly service. Shetland muscles were lovely. Cod was excellent, and the Beetroot also went down well. The chocolat dessert and Honey dessert, although nice but not as special. Nice place if you want something a bit different.

Wow! Honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. As a vegetarian I was blown away by having multiple choices each course. The food was amazing, the service exceptional and the atmosphere perfect. I'd give more stars if the option was there.

Well what can I say, service and atmosphere was brilliant and my 3 course meal was so good. Sadly I can't say the same about my wife's meal. The problem was dealt with very quickly and the issue was resolved. We aren't the type of people to bare grudges and bad vibes. As you can see hallibut, pigeon and chocolate moose was lovely but the cod was RAWWWWWWWW Didn't even make it home and she was spewing woooohooooo

The place is just lovely and the service absolutely friendly. Everything was delicious. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star was because of the time we had to wait to eat. Both starters and the main cources were a bit slow to come. So if you are hungry, be prepared to wait as it wasn't just us. I don't know if they need more cooks as this wasn't an actual service problem rather than the food was late to be prepared. However I would definitely visit it again

Great food, great atmosphere, tentative service. These are the most important ingredients for good evening. We certainly had a wonderful time. When you would like to have one go to Cafe Boheme and taste bohemian life.

It’s a cosy restaurant with superb service and delicious food. Assiette of Desserts and dessert wine was the perfect way to end our meal.

We dined for the five course tasting meal and were lucky to benefit from the Eat out to Help Out Scheme! We were so amazed with every single course, each one paired with the most delicious wine that really made it that much more perfect! Our waiter was incredible! He made us feel so special and made sure we were all happy and enjoyed our meal. Not only was he delightful but his knowledge for each wine and meal was superb... it truly added to the experience and showed how amazing Cafe Boheme is! My partner had a fish allergy and the chef offered the most amazing meal supplementing the lobster bisque for Beef Fillet and the monkfish for Roast Pigeon! It was so fantastic for us all to be able to enjoy the five courses (and a delightful pork terrine Amuse-Bouche!). Not only was the food and service exquisite but we were all so amazed but how safe and taken care of we felt dining out after the lockdown and then re-lockdown of Aberdeen during the pandemic. Cafe Boheme deliver a truly safe and comfortable experience, ensuring the safety of each individual without and impact on the amazing atmosphere they've always had! We were so impressed and truly cannot recommended it enough!!
