When
I
moved
to
rural
Norfolk
from
London,
I
kept
hearing
that
one
of
the
few
negatives
would
be
missing
the
variety
and
quality
of
cuisines
you
get
in
the
big
city.
I
didn't
expect
to
find
one
of
the
best
curry
places
I've
ever
tried
in
a
tiny
village!
I've
travelled
in
India
and
love
a
curry
so
my
bar
is
high,
but
Chaat
Man
(Phil)
meets
it
and
then
some!
The
food
is
so
fresh
and
tasty.
It's
authentic
too.
You
will
see
real
spices
in
the
container:
cardamom
pods,
cinnamon
sticks,
star
anise
etc.
Speak
to
Phil
for
two
minutes
and
his
passion
for
Indian
cooking
really
shines
through.
He's
always
happy
to
make
a
recommendation
and
as
well
as
dishes
you'll
commonly
see
in
British
curry
houses
like
tikka
masala
or
bhuna
there
are
some
I've
never
heard
of
before.
I'd
encourage
you
to
try
some
favourites
and
some
new
stuff,
I
have
never
had
a
dud
from
here,
every
single
meal
is
a
winner.
There
is
something
for
all
tastes
too.
I
go
all
the
way
up
to
spicy
(although
I
enjoy
milder
dishes
too).
Relatives
who
don't
like
spicy
food
have
also
tried
Chaat
Man
and
loved
it
(yes
mum,
I'm
talking
about
you).
There's
always
something
new
to
try
and
I
often
pop
in
for
that
night's
curry
but
leave
with
five
or
six
dishes
because
there's
so
much
good
stuff
I
want
to
try.
Thanks
Phil
and
keep
up
the
good
work!
