👍👍 Friendly service! Delicious bread and a much greater range of loaves than most other bakeries (plus they don't go out of stock early in the day like I find many others do) People often mention coffee, friendly, staff,

Lovely place. Staff always friendly. Coffee is really nice. A great place to chill. My only criticism is take away coffee cups are tiny. This makes it expensive. Come on guys please use bigger cups..

I love, love, love this place. Moved to Bristol from London in the summer and this is the best coffee in the city that I've found so far. The pastries aren't bad either! Also really nice atmosphere and staff.

Super cute coffee shop. There are huge windows, making it one of the brightest spots in stokescroft. The coffee is delicious and so are the baked goods. Would definitely return!

Ignored in the queue while they chatted for about 3 minutes with their regulars. Did boiling water AFTER espresso for an Americano. Then chatty staff member bumped into the other staff member spilling my coffee. They just put the lid on and handed it to me. Probably should have said something but unlikely to come back anyway. There’s better cafes in the area.

Extremely rude person at the counter. He didn’t even bother replying to my hello. Just stared at us with disdain We left immediately

A brilliant local shop for all the best local food & produce and brilliant coffee. Seating is quite quirky and not the most accessible but good atmosphere.

Dry, disappointing pastries, cold lattes, despite asking for extra hot, undercooked waffle, raw in the middle and a chair that broke when I sat on it - no apology! I am not a heavy person either. When I asked what sandwiches were available was told only the stuff you could see was available, ie the stale pastries and loaves of bread. Whilst placing my order noticed they had waffles on a separate menu but by this time had put pastries in a bag so was forced to buy more than required as my son wanted the waffles.
