So happy with our wedding cake. We contacted Louise after seeing her amazing cakes on instagram. We sent her some ideas for our cake based on our wedding theme and she was very helpful in explaining the different floral options available so that we could choose the right design for us. Her customer service was second to none and was very quick to send us hygiene certificate etc. that our venue requested. The cake looked and tasted amazing. Thanks Louise!

Beautiful cakes but a fail on the customer service...very unreponsive, dismissive and difficult to get answer on enquiries. Tried to place an order a few times, and only once actually been successful in placing and receiving my order. Can't help but wonder if my treatment was based on the colour of my skin as I had no difficulty prior to picking up my very first order and downhill since then. Wouldn't be the first time I've experienced this sort of bias - people can be funny like that.

What a great experience we had! We needed a small vegan cake for my fiancée´s birthday and Louise suggested the 4" cake ensuring the message would fit. The cake was ready for the time we arranged and we were so happy to see the look of it! Amazing! The best buttercream frosting I think I’ve ever tasted. I have ordered cupcakes multiple times including for my gender reveal. All the cupcakes were baked and presented to a very high standard and went down a treat. Love the idea of the new mini cakes and will definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommend!

Louise really made our daughters' birthday party with the most stunning Moana themed cake. The flavours were perfect and the decorations on the cake were so detailed and artistic, she really captured everything we asked for in a cake! Miss Muffin made a two tier cake for my children’s joint birthday party. It looked fantastic, just what I asked for. Each child had their own themed tier. She was very informative about what would and wouldn’t work and we discussed the design in detail ahead of the date. She also shared ideas to help create the best looking design. Whilst making the cake she was back in contact to ensure all the finishing touches appeared as aesthetically pleasing as possible. In addition to making a beautiful looking cake it honestly tasted phenomenal. Probably the best cake I’ve ever had. Each tier was a different flavour and both taste and texture were absolutely fantastic. Well worth every penny. Thank you

Louise baked a LOL themed birthday cake for my daughters 6th birthday. The cake looked AMAZING!!!! Everyone complimented the cake and ask who made it! Not only did it look good, it tasted FANTASTIC! I just had the most amazing baby shower yesterday and it was all because of Louise and her wonderfully crafted cakes. All of my guests were amazed on how beautiful and delicious her cakes are. She set up a really lovely dessert table and used all of her talents to make it look delightful. She made all of her cakes gluten-free so everyone can enjoy it. You can even request for a vegan version of her cakes and i assure you, they are still delicious even without any dairy products or eggs. I highly recommend her service and i have shared to all of my friends her contact details so they could use her services. Absolutely loved the chocolate Fortnite themed cake for my boy. The kids were all in awe. Louise made it eggless and even added in a sprinkle of Ferrero Rocher's on request. Appreciate it's not easy running a home business like this with kids which made it difficult for her to deliver the cake to the venue - made me incredibly nervous driving around with a cake, and meant the surprise went put the window for my boy as I could only pick it up on the way to the venue. It's the only reason I've made this 4*, otherwise, Louise was amazing and the cake was incredible and with delivery it would easily have been 5* from me! Thank you!
