I have been to this steakhouse a few times and it never disappoints! Good quality steaks, friendly service and stylish decors in this modern steakhouse. Food 8.5/10, ambience 8.5/10, service 8/10, value for money 8/10. Highly recommend and a good gem!

Friendly staff, professional attitude, nice atmosphere. Food was good as my opinion the rib eyes and pepper corn need more to work on it for the standard. Yuzu mousse amazing not sure the name of the desert . Crispy Goats cheese wow love it. Heritage tomato salad not my type the dressing maybe just a salt pepper olive oil, delicious anyway. Crispy squid very tasty last time I had something similar was in Spain long time ago. Definitely we going to come back,everything looks good and delicious and all staff so lovely. Thank you

I found prime quite by accident on Saturday 2nd July, my friend and I were actually on the way to a Guns N Roses concert in Tottenham, the M25 was a mess so we diverted round the back roads. We saw Prime and decided to pop in. I had the buffalo wings with celery and the fillet steak medium rare. The food was absolutely first class, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The staff were friendly and professional and courteous. I live in Weston-super-Mare but will definitely visit again when in the area. Thank you.

Always have a great experience here, food is consistently great, they rotate the menu often and the staff are lovely. Have had expected issues here and there but every time it’s been handled wonderfully by the staff. An absolute favourite.

Really lovely local spot. Steak and sides were amazing, cooked really well. We got served a cheese scone appetiser with butter which was a bit dry. We ordered the scallop and prawn starters both were good but the prawns in particular were delicious. The scallops were cooked well but dish just felt a little flat. The mains were a rump fillet and it was perfect.

Very nice place with great food. Vague burger was great, gin tonic as well. Sides were also great.

What an incredible place to visit, was introduced to me by a friend as he said it was the best steak around! Couldn't be further from the truth - surprisingly I was enticed for a starter and desert too which is unlike me! Very grateful for the kind and lovely staff 🙌

First time here , smooth welcome , outstanding building , very steak house feel. Packed during the week too. Food was great, the chateau brand was the highest recommended steak there , my friend loved it but for me I prefer more fat , .skinny chips with truffle were one of the best I’ve ever had . Tuna tar tare was great too. Good mix of cucumber in there. This place is isn’t cheap obviously online with its excellent interior and fast service . You can expect to pay at least £60 per person . I don’t want to forget the peacan pie 🤤. Only 1 negative I would say is the salmon starter that has caviar on it , the salmon peice is way to salty for human liking , we sent it back and the chef said ‘that’s how they make it ‘ , not a good response to a dish that . Over all recommended

We came here to celebrate a birthday dinner, and it turned out to be an absolutely fantastic experience. The parking was convenient, and the ambiance was lively yet not overly noisy. Following a recommendation, we opted for the Tawmahawk steak cooked to medium. While it was perfectly prepared to a medium level, personally, I would have preferred it cooked to medium rare as it was a bit too chewy for my taste. I would also highly recommend trying the Mac and cheese – it was truly delightful! On Summer weekdays, they generously offer a complimentary bottle of wine when you order two steaks. Our visit fell on a Tuesday, adding to the overall enjoyment. Our server demonstrated a high level of professionalism and kindness, enhancing the dining experience. The birthday dessert, Passion fruit sorbet, was exceptionally delightful. I'm already looking forward to returning, especially for another serving of this incredible sorbet :)

Food and service were excellent the evening we went. The portion sizes were ample and the quality of the ingredients was first class. The service was attentive and polite - there was no sense of being rushed. The limited food menu and the drinks menu provided plenty of scope for most tastes. The steaks sweets and and wine we had bore witness to this. The acoustics and layout mean that the restaurant can become fairly noisy. Maybe make an early reservation if wishing to avoid this.

Taken for a family treat with 2 Birthdays and a Mother's day celebration. Place was very busy but we were seated and served quickly. Drinks arrived quickly exactly as ordered and tasty to boot. We all enjoyed our food which was well prepared, tasty and presented well. I usually skip the steak as it is often disappointing, but in this case it was excellent. Great taste, texture and cooked exactly as ordered. They even handled my fish/seafood allergy in an excellent and much appreciated way.

What a gem - I was searching for somewhere to “meet in the middle” with my parents and came across this place, it had good reviews and my mum loves steak so we booked and are so glad we did. Beautiful gardens and outside areas, tastefully decorated and comfortable interior, fantastic menu selection, delicious food that was elevated above that of the standard steak house selection, attentive staff. We left full and happy. Well worth a visit!

We came out here for the first time and we weren’t disappointed! This place is beautiful, has great views and our server, Esmeralda, is the epitome of customer service. She went over the brunch menu and recommended dishes and drinks to go with our meal…and the food was amazing. She also took some time after our meal to show us the view and pointed out some things in the area that we weren’t familiar with. She also took some great pictures and made us feel like family. We are definitely coming back and trying some of amazing and different dishes they offer, but most of all to be serviced by someone that believes in providing exceptional service. Our experience couldn’t have been any better! I definitely recommend the restaurant and Esmeralda for the service. Five Stars ⭐️

My favourite place for have nice food and amazing time! Lovely staff, food, nice vibe and the terrace has a cosy atmosphere! Salmon was amazing, all the sides and they have good selection of wines!

We came for my Nans birthday and couldn’t be happier with every aspect of our visit. Rearranging booking was simple and easy, food was fantastic and timely but most of all the staff made it a visit to remember, from helping my dad hide and recording his reveal (he had come back from Spain to surprise her), efficient and incredibly friendly service, singing happy birthday and chatting to us throughout the night. I really can’t express how brilliant the evening was and how happy the whole family were throughout the whole night being in this wonderful environment.

Wow!!! I’ve never written a review but this definitely gets one! Me and my partner went for dinner last night for our late anniversary, early valentines and have been to loads of restaurants! But this, the whole experience from when we walked in was amazing. Our table wasn’t ready so we went upstairs to the garden, there was heaters and blankets (great for a cold evening) the cocktails were amazing! We wish we came here an hour before our meal so we could of chilled and had some drinks. The cocktail arrives and our table was ready, so the gentleman takes my drink for me carry’s it all the way to my table. The waiter was waiting and already at our table, so attentive, the food was lovely and comes out at the perfect time! Service charge is included yet we added an extra tip! And let’s just say we didn’t leave sober! Can’t wait to come back! Definitely with a big group of us! Well done team for such a busy evening!

Excellent quality of steaks we were three of us and I ordered the Rib Eye which was like butter. All accompaniment dishes like the stem broccoli with French beans and Mac and cheese with a Caesar salad went down very well.Also the house red wine was superb choice. Would definitely come again as the manager was very approachable and a pleasantly joking gentleman.

Food was delicious! 5 STAR! lots of starters to choose from as well as sides and toppings for the stake. Stake was perfectly cooked and super delicious, couldn't ask for better! Staff were extremely polite, professional and welcoming! All thanks to Sorina for serving us in such a professional manner and making us feel welcome! Would definitely come here again!
