Great Store! Full of options for racquets, shoes, clothes and... everything you need. On top of that, all the attendants were really willing to help. Had a very nice experience.

Outstanding customer service given by Giovanna. She helped me with a very small item but it was important to me and I appreciated her time. She was incredibly courteous, as well, as she noticed I was wearing a mask and she offered to do the same. I was very impressed with the service she provided. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She is management material.

I highly recommend this shop, it is conveniently located in the heart of Miami Beach and it has a great selection of tennis equipment, you won’t be disappointed. A guy called Max assisted me in choosing a new tennis racket, I appreciated his patience as I was not sure what to get as there were so many options, he asked me several questions about my game style before suggesting me anything, he came across as someone that really knows what he is talking about and cared about me purchasing something that would fit my game. They also string frames and have a very good selection of strings, so definitely a spot to check out when in the area. Glad to have discovered this location! Happy tennis everyone!

The service very bad. Staff arrogant. I payed for demo 2 tennis racket, even though other tennis don’t charge for 3 day demos. I gave a deposit as usual. When returning the rackets I ask the final price all included. The answer what it depends on the cord… I asked for the differences and which one was recorded for my tennis level. The staff had no interest in explaining or giving me a price. Arrogant and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor, don’t waist your time or money at this store. And by the way, they didn’t let me use the credit in anything at the store. Rip off!

One of the best tennis store in Miami. They have everything you need and in a good location! Also you can get the support for the staff (Giovanna or Max) that always is ready to help you to choose the racket or any accessories that suits to your game.

My husband and I came across this store because we work next door and we asked a lady that works there if they carry a size 8 in men and she said, we don’t carry size 8 and quickly turned her back on us. Very rude and arrogant, no wonder the place always looks empty. Horrible experience.. BEWARE

I’ve been searching for this racquet for so long! Thanks, World Tennis, for having it. Also, thank you, Diego, for guiding me on which string to choose. These guys have EVERYTHING for tennis. It’s hard nowadays to find a place like this. I’m glad that they still exist!

Don't let the name misguide you. It's not only tennis. They have a great selection of running sneakers, apparel and sports equipment. One of the best sports stores in Miami Beach. Plus, the customer service is great!

After been customers for 25 years to this tennis location I had the worst customer service experience by Leny. I explained that my husband has been a loyal customer for years and now our daughter was a new customer. My husband has an Alzheimer’s diagnosis and by mistake bought some clothes for my daughter for Christmas. He did not know the size or what she needed and I already got her at the same store couple of days ago some tennis shoes. Because few of the items that he got were on sale she did not do a return of the sale even though he bought the items the day before. Obviously this is a local store that does not appreciate loyal customers. I will make sure to never come back in the store and make sure to share my horrible heartbroken experience. I couldn’t believe how a person can look at the mirror and feel is doing the right thing when taken advantage of someone handicapped.
