First time delivering a load here. They do have overnight parking (empty dirt lot immediately before entrance, check Google Earth), which is a great benefit for us over the road drivers. Polite & friendly staff. Unload time was rather quick, maybe 30-45 minutes. Yard where the docks are is on the small side. Early mornings here there is plenty of space but not sure how busy later on in the day it can be.

2 star because there is a overnight parking. Everything else is so bad. My appointment is at 8am I checked in at 6am I don't want to say a word unti 8am maybe they didn't have time to take me earlier (It was me and one more truck) but now is 11am and still waiting for paperwork. Ask them can I pay lumper with EFS check they say YES and now they dont know to use it.We will see what gonna happened. Chinese/Japanese boy on receiving desk is so desperate because he must work and he know to say 3 words total I DONT KNOW. That's all ,whatever you ask he would tell you I dont know and put his head down and run.Seems like he is scared to work and talk.Who supposed to know if not him.(and no it not on training). Never have a problem on other US FOODS location all normal people but this one is woow. Location by itself is fine close to highway a lot space to back in and close places to eat if you come earlier. Quick unloading and assigned a door immediately. Nice people. Good wheel chock system. Location very easy to find and parking available. Wish all were this way.

Great people and good communication. In an hr to two hrs loading unloading time which isn’t bad.

They have a designated spot to park overnight. A dirt lot on your left before you come to the guard shack. This is a huge plus already. I haven’t went through the process of getting unloaded here so can’t say how long of a wait this DC requires.

Fast unload. Arrived at 11:45am they finished at 12:25. Only issue is the lumper was kinda expensive. Good thing i don’t have to pay it.

Checked in 15 mins before appointment time, they put me on a dock door right away but that’s as far as the good review goes, because they are slow as Christmas, I only have 197 cases & I’ve been in the dock for 3hrs & 25mins at the time of this review & I’m still in the dock waiting to get unloaded

They are ok for delivery unload you with within 2 -3 hours like a Walmart !! don’t show up early ! Just come your appointment time

Good people, quick to unload, driver friendly, delivered freight a day earlier then Scheduled. Plenty of Parking in the area; Even an truck stop at the same exit.

Very slow on time for appointment but no one can answer a question without being negative especially when asking why does it have to take hours to unload especially the lady in the pink vest very nasty attitude I don't do these us foods service loads won't do them again

They are super slow. They took 3 hours just to unload 2 pallets. Very very bad service. They are worthless people.

On 11/25/22. Appt at 9 am, chkd in at 817 am. Backed to a Dock at 835 am. Offloaded and Bills in hand st 918 am. Just AWESOME!!!! Thank You US Foods.

Nice place to deliver. Delivery hours from 6am to 12pm only! Few spots on the street for overnight parking and some dirt lot. People are nice and offloading was quick

Quick service. Checked in right at 6:00a.m. Although I had a 7:00a.m. Appointment. Was unloaded and ready to roll by 8:00a.m. I recommend booking any loads going to this U.S. Foods location.

Waited 5 hours to get unloaded just 4 skids with an appointment. Be prepared to wait if you come here. This place is horribly slow.

very slow and bad company the supervisor doesn’t want to talk at all the unpleasant person was very slow I arrived at 9:00 in the morning and left at four in the evening I was very dissatisfied I only needed to unload three pallets

Terrible service, it takes hours to unload 8 pallets. The US foods company does not respect drivers' time due to lack of productivity of its employees
