All I can say is WOW! I had an amazing experience at Nissan of North Olmsted. Derrick was my salesman and he was the most helpful, kind and patient person ever. I was over the moon about my experience, and felt like Derrick and all of the Nissan of North Olmsted staff actually listened to me and the needs of my vehicle. I got placed in a beautiful car and I am so happy!

Outstanding service! I had an unexpected major mechanical malfunction with my 2007 Nissan 350Z and showed up to the service department without an appointment. I was promptly greeted and I explained the issue. In less than 45 minutes, my car was taken into the bay and inspected by a tech. About an hour later, Service Advisor Tom called me over and explained what had happened (including hand drawn diagrams). He suggested a course of action with pricing and also gave me potential follow-on actions with pricing so that I could fully understand the issue and the way ahead. Tom was very honest and displayed genuine concern for me and my car. In the end, my car was fully repaired and the tech even installed a computer system update I didn't know was possible. Thank you so much to Tom and the entire service department for taking such great care of my 350Z. You guys are awesome!!!!

My husband and I both have had Nissan’s for years. We were once again extremely pleased with our experience. Jeff, our salesman, is someone we return to, because of the outstanding service he offers and Kelly, who handled all the finance end was truly a delight to work with. She made everything go so smoothly and quick. We will always return to Nissan of north Olmsted.

Pete, our salesperson, was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. And was pretty funny too. The entire experience from start to finish was great. Other dealers should use Nissan of North Olmsted as the gold standard.

It’s been months after my visit but came back to thank that man who showed me the 400z, i still remember it like it was yesterday. Was just viewing the 400z on the magazine in the waiting room and was told he wanted to show me my “future car” since i had a 350z myself. At first i was confused what he meant but when i saw the 400z It made me sooo happy and was so insane to me that i had a Hot wheel the same color of that z in my 350z. Then it gets crazier when the next day i happen to see it driving next to me on the road!! Was such a sweet man I wish i got his name. He deserves the world for the experience he gave me because he definitely didn’t have to do that. Plus the car came in that morning so nobody had seen it yet. Such a friendly man i hope to see him again so i can give him my Hot wheel as a token for his kindness :)

Brooke was awesome! Work was completed on time and my coupons were applied. Coffee was great especially for a 7:30 am appointment. A very pleasant customer service experience!

Once again Service Representative Tom Kennish went above and beyond for my oil change and helped solve two additional concerns. And at a very reasonable price. He is the best! He even recommended a wonderful place for my wife and I to eat lunch during the work!
