DO NOT come to this office if you can help it! It’s a waste of time between the doctors and their manager Kelly Mitchell! My appointment was scheduled for 9:15a and I was asked to arrive by 8:45a, which I did. I wasn’t called back until an hour after my appointment time. The nurses I encountered were friendly, but when Dr. Mursean came to evaluate me, the nature of the visit changed completely. He was extremely rude and arrogant and disregarded my concerns about my dislocated hand. He’s one of those young doctors that thinks he knows everything, including thinking he knows your body more than you do just because he has a degree behind his name! I came in with a dislocated carpometacarpal joint on my thumb side and Dr. Mursean only looked at my metacarpal joint of my thumb which wasn’t the joint that was even dislocated. After trying to stress to him that that wasn’t the correct joint he was observing, it was just written off that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I left extremely dissatisfied with a splint on my hand that is still allowing my dislocated joint to slip in and out of place. I have no way of knowing if this is normal, if my ligaments are completely torn, or if they’re going to heal like they’re supposed to. Upon trying to get switched to another physician by getting in contact with the manager Kelly Mitchell, she took up for Dr. Mursean and didn’t believe me when I stressed to her that my joint was still unstable and slipping in and out of place even in the splint. These people overall are very rude and DO NOT care about you as a patient! Please take your time and money elsewhere! This company as a WHOLE is a loss!

Dr did not listen to anything I said, told me I wasnt right about my hand... I told him I couldn't move my wrist backwards after a car accident, disregarded what I said and said it was me... Something is wrong with my wrist and he did not do what he should've to check it... Did an xray and said the bones were fine, there are more to moving my wrist than bones... He could move my wrist, but I can't... I'm really upset!!! My right hand is very important to me and I need it...

The receptionist I spoke to was one of the RUDEST people I’ve ever spoken to. I didn’t catch her name but I could tell she is older, I called to make an appointment based off of the papers the hospital gave, she refused to make the appointment because she didn’t believe the hospital gave me the right doctors name even though they circled it on the paper. Any time I asked her a question she said “I’m not going to talk if you’re going to interrupt me” but I never knew when she was going to talk because she kept moving the phone away from her mouth going “ugh” and I was just being nice trying to figure out the next steps to take. Even when she answers the phone it sounds like she’s miserable or mad at the world. I never make bad reviews but I definitely wouldn’t want someone like that to be the first person you speak to for a company based in hospitality and dealing with patients in pain. I’ve worked in a doctors office, I know it gets frustrating but there’s no need for her to be so rude.

The Kleinert kutz facilities is No hands down is best place I had arm surgery there in June 16 of this year DR. Tuna Ozyurekoglu did the surgery and I wanted to write a review. Doctor Tuna there were so many thing that came to my mind. He is the best, skilled, great, wonderful, nice, and I could just keep going on about him, but he is a Doctor who cares about people and the gift that he has, helped me. So, if you need help with a surgery that did not give you relief that you were looking for I believe you should give Doc: a call. So for me I say thank you Dr. Tuna For helping me Earl W. Stollings

My son became a patient of Dr. Moreno the night he was born and has been his hand surgeon for the past 16 years. Dr. Moreno has performed 13 surgeries on my son to repair damage caused by an injury at birth. My son now plays offensive tackle on his high school football team and this is only possible because of the interventions of Dr. Moreno. The physical therapy department and in house orthotics that were created especially for my son were integral to his improvement. I cannot say enough about Dr. Moreno’s talent as a surgeon and the level of care he has provided my son!

I have visited Dr. Claude Muresan twice. This was my worst experience with a doctor ever. He was rude, did not care to hear about my symptoms. I will never return back to this office, or to see him. I was so shocked by the way I was treated. As a doctor your job is to care for patients, I felt he did not care at all and acted like he did not want to be there. I was also waiting in the waiting room an hour and a half for my appointment..

Dr. Monica B. Pecache was amazing and her staff is quite efficient. I was in and out within one hour and that includes an operation to drain a cyst on my hand.

Dr Moreno is a 10 Star SUPERSTAR!!!! I have Dupuytren's disease and dealt with it for the last 3 years but rapidly deteriorated in the last 8 months. It became so bad my pinky could barely go beyond 90 degrees. Basically, only had half use of pinky at best and getting worse by the day... literally every day was worse. Obviously, very problematic. My incredibly smart wife would only let me go to Kleinert and Kutz due to their vast background with hand issues and Dr Moreno was available. I feel as though I got the Hall of Fame pitcher for the big game. Dr Moreno recommended we go with injections even though my pinky finger was almost 90 degree. Dr Moreno was incredibly kind, great bedside manner, explained everything in detail, and assured me we should have this taken care of with little or no problem. The Interns, the nursing staff, and even the insurance people were a pleasure to work with. Absolutely over the moon with the results as well. I now have my full 180 degree pinky use back and so incredibly thankful to EVERYONE at the Kleinert and Kutz New Albany, Indiana office. You are the BEST! I implore you to go to Kleinert and Kutz and see Dr Moreno if you have ANY hand issues. Only see the best, you won't be disappointed.

I should have left this review 20 some years ago. That’s how long it’s been that I was in a horrible car wreck where I crushed my hand. Crushed palm and 4 fingers broken badly. They put my hand back together and I was able to work as a hair stylist for 22 years. I was able to support my son as he grew. I have no doubt that I wouldn’t have had a hand if I went anywhere else. I can’t thank them enough. He told me I walked in with a bag a bone and went out with a hand.

Posting for my husband Wayne Engle Picking these physicians was a no brainer first of all I have received care from them and was very impressed also they are the best around and when it comes to your personal health care you want the best. Also the ease of location was great.

Dr. Palazzio is a good hand surgeon and she operated on both of my hands. I am glad I only have two hands cause I won’t go back. Appointments with her are never on time. In fact they are usually a wait of over an hour. If you don’t mind waiting and waiting, go to her. I am finished and Will not return to her nor recommend her.

My main issue is the conduct and hubris of Dr. Tuna. I had two procedures done through this office. Dr Muresan repaired my broken wrist and diagnosed my broken elbow. After diagnosing the elbow he had me use a basic sling and said, don't move your right arm for 2 weeks. Yeah, that didn't work well. Also, less happy at deferral of care for ongoing numbness from surgery. He referred me to Dr. Tuna. Dr Tuna is apparently known for a surgery closing technique that minimizes scars on many people. Because Dr Tuna feels he is infallible, he refuses to know that his technique doesn't work on all body types. Hence, when I found that there were no surface sutures and only glue and steri strips that had come apart and I had a gaping wound, I was unhappy. When I went back in 4 days after my surgery (and before I had gotten any pain meds), he told me it was my fault because I am fat. It actually is commonly known that people with extra fat don't handle that type of closure well and there are often issues like I had. Not only did he claim it was my fault for that. He also said it was my fault for the arm bandages not staying in place, because of the shape of my arm. He did fix it. And then charged me. When I contested the charge, he told the CFO that he had explained to me why it was my fault. FYI, I have pictures of the open wound - not sharing here. but can be presented upon relevant request. As a courtesy, they cleared the charge as I had already paid the rest of my bill. Fatphobia and inability to own your mistakes is not a good look. Failure to send orders for pain meds was an issue also with both surgeries. The one saving grace was the PT group who were lovely people even when they didn't tell me that one of the issues I was having was probably a ruptured tendon. I am now going to Norton's and have been treated much better. K&K need to stop riding the coattails of the great men that started the group. My mother had multiple surgeries with them and was always treated well.

Dr Tien and the Staff were great. I arrived early, they served me early! Imagine that!. After reviewing my symptoms/issues/history, Dr. Tien evaluated me for the 'best' solution. Surgery WAS NOT RECOMMENDED for my carpal tunnel in my right hand. Instead, he gave me a steroid injection (already working!). He recommended postponing any consideration of surgery until my hand strength/pain (have none), etc worsen. I love doctors who take a practical approach. A+

My husband has had 2 encounters of his own with Kleinert Kutz with good results. Kleinert Kutz is renowned for their skills and well known to the other physicians in the surrounding states and beyond. Personally I found them to be very caring, professional, and extremely informative. They assessed my symptoms and suggested an acceptable plan of action rapidly. I can say nothing but good things about Kleinert Kutz! My only suggestion would be that when contacting patients about an office visit, they could give more information about where to park especially in downtown Louisville.

AVOID Dr Jiao! I scheduled an appt because of discoloration, stiffness, and numbness on my thumb at the EXACT spot that Jiao gave me an injection for a ganglion cyst 4 months prior. I waited for 1 hour for him to glance at my thumb for 10 seconds, and when I voiced concerns about permanent tissue damage he said "dude, you've been Googling too much"... he referred me to a Dermatologist because he "doesn't do skin stuff". Since their policy requires you stay with the same Dr you first saw, I will never go back to Kleinert Kutz. While while I'm walking out of the office, a desk receptionist was nearly yelling 10:30 (the appt time) at a non-english speaker after he told her multiple times he does not speak English while apologizing. Next time maybe try writing the time down in numbers instead of yelling. This place is awful.

I have had carpal tunnel for 25 years but it has gotten to the point where I have to get something done about it. I picked this wonderful place and I am so glad I did! I arrived early and didn't have to wait 5 minutes before I was seen. The nurse, I cannot remember her name was wonderful. She explained everything to me and what to expect on this visit. The next doctor I saw was so nice and caring. The gentleman who did my x-rays was awesome. Then I met the wonderful Dr. TIEM... he is so great, funny, he made you feel like you were the only person who was there that day. He did his examination, explained my x-rays and the treatment plan. He never rushed me and answered all of my questions. The 1st doctor came back in and administered my shots in my wrists, I didn't feel a thing! He has such a great attitude and sense of humor and it showed while he did my shots. I absolutely love this place and the people!!! You cannot go wrong here!

I cannot stand this place. I don’t often leave negative reviews but I have been waiting for my appt for nearly an hour now and I’m fed up. 33 mins past my appt and I get brought to a room, 15 mins past that and I’m still waiting. My first appt here wasn’t much better. The doctor had horrible bedside manner. The nurses seemed more caring and knowledgeable but if I can help others go anywhere else I will. They don’t show empathy or seem to care about their patients. I know they might try to defend themselves but a simple heads up or understanding nod goes a long way. Cant wait to be done with this place and strongly considering gathering my records and finding somewhere new.

I am so glad to be under your care. Your staff are professional and timely for my appointment. Each individual with whom I interact shows real concern for my pain & non-functioning digit/s. I never know when I will be affected by Osteoarthritis & so appreciate the care Dr. Tien & your staff provides.

I have no issue with doctor(s) and staff(s) ; they're all great. My carpal tunnel surgery went extremely well. This 1 star is for the billing department. I never received any call about my balance, and they sold my balance to a collection agency : )) how nice!

Visit started wonderful with a very nice young lady (Wendy) at the reception desk. I screwed up my appoint. date and Wendy and the very kind Dr.Tuna O. were able to help me. Dr. Tuna was with a pretty red headed surgeon which made it even better (my sweetheart is a redhead!).The pretty nurse was very pleasant and helpful also. Set up follow up with Doppler (Good folks there also!) Appreciate the good care. You need to Clone this Group!

I was able to quickly get my appointment when I called. When I arrived for my appointment I was processed and taken back to a room after only a very short wait. After a very short wait I was seen by the Staff and the Doctor. I am now doing very well and I cannot thank the Staff and Doctor for their quick yet thorough ability to attend to my needs and care. I cannot think of any other place I would go to for my needs and care where I would receive the same GREAT level of service I get from Kleinert Kutz Hand Care Center. They also validate for parking so you do not have to pay to park in the garage facility.

The front desk staff were very polite, efficient and respectful. I didn't have a long wait before seeing the Dr. The Dr Sunil Thirkannad was very professional, skilled in his field. He seemed to be in a hurry, very busy, but the nurse took more time to explain everything to me. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this office to family and friends.

All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the nurse. And radiologist. Very little waiting time. Dr. Tuna was very Thorough in examination and explanation of the results. And most importantly, gentle in his administration of the cortisone Shots to help with my arthritis pain, He indicated they would work With my hands to improve their movement. His nurse was very Helpful trying on me the wrist and wristlet supports and changing Until correct size worked. She made certain my husband and I Understood how to fit them on. I have Hope now for use of my hands. Anne Karem

OMG!! This office from the start was top of the class!! Registration went fast the flow was good and Robin was extremely helpful and polite. Then back to the examining room the tech was very kind. Then the doctor came in and he was amazing. I was only in there for 45 minutes that included a discussion with the doctor x-rays and injection and out I went!! Top-notch medical staff and doctors!! Thanks Holly
