I never would have imagined what the INSIDE of the building looked like! Outside, it looks almost deserted, but inside is an entire food court, and the food was amazing. I had a gyro from Palace Kabob. It was bigger than any gyro I have had anywhere else. The meat just melted in my mouth. I think the pita bread was homemade, and although it did fall apart a little bit, it was only because there was so much food inside! Not only will I be going back, but I will also be taking others.

If you haven't had Persian food, you are missing out! Where do you think the term Kebab came from?! Anyways, super kind and playful. They have a good area to sit and eat. The food was amazing and the overall location is nice because there are other offerings (think a bunch of resturants in one place!)

The owner is very friendly and kind and constantly making sure you have everything you need. The food was great which come with bread and tzatziki, greek salad and also free small cream puff pastry. The portion is great. Would like to get back there and try other foods. Tried Chicken and koobideh combo kabob and lamb shank.

I love Greek Fries! The Palace Kebabs' Greek fries were organically tasty (like potatoes fresh from my garden) with a lingering taste on my taste puds! VIBE IS SUPERIOR! Outright friendly, pleasant and Amazing service! Makes u want to hang out and order more food! LET'S TALK ABOUT THAT GARLIC SAUCE DIP! Please sell that online as I don't live locally! Incredible taste! Thank you for the buff pastry treats! Overall a very sweet experience for us! Highly recommended! Worth the stop off your light rail excursions!

My girlfriend and I tried Palace Kebab yesterday and came back today. The restaurant opened a month and a half ago. We had came to the Depot to eat at a different restaurant, but were intrigued by the new place. After our meal at the other restaurant, we went and got dessert. We enjoyed the Persian Tea and Baklava so much, and the menu looked so good, we went back to eat today. Today, we had Koobideh (beef) Kebab, Shirazi Salad, and ended it with more baklava and Persian hot tea. The food is made fresh for you when you order it, which takes time, but it is so worth it. I watched Shawn, the owner, prepare the Shirazi Salad from scratch, chopping all the veggies and seasoning it fresh. Then get the kebabs of meat and tomatoes and peppers ready for the grill. Such high quality of food; everything is fresh and flavorful. Shawn was also very gracious and a sweet man. He was an excellent host and asked us throughout our meal if there was anything we needed as he kept busy prepping things in the kitchen. My girlfriend and I had been looking for great kebabs, and Palace Kebabs does not disappoint!

The owners of palace kabab are so wonderful and nice. You can tell they put all their love into their food & serving their customers. My sister and I came to eat here together for the second time because we loved it so much the first time & we were treated like guests in a full on 5 start restaurant, that's just the service & the food is just like heaven in my tummy. Everything taste so perfect!

Absolutely delicious, everything We came from NY and were trying different Resturants, this was the best experience we had. Started with complementary naan with a very tasty sauce, main dishes were out of this world. Service was terrific. He even gave us complimentary sweets at the end. Cant say enough good things about this place, will definitely come back.

This place is amazing, opened two months ago such a cultural treat. If you’re looking to get kebab, gyros, falafel, baklava or a veggie platter COME HERE. I truly felt at home here and the owners are this adorable Greek couple who are thoughtful and make their food with love ❤️ They even allowed me to sample some sweets after my meal FREE 😍☝️❤️‍🔥 the ingredients here seem super quality and fresh and the recipes have been perfected by these ppl. the staff are as friendly, delightful and authentic as their cuisine so happy I found this spot and that they are here at freighthouse square / in tacoma!

The flavors from this place are refreshing. The cuisine is made fresh and the open kitchen concept eases the mind. Family owned and great Vegan options. You can tell they love what they do and you can taste it in the freshly prepared meals.

Palace Kebab was a phenomenal experience. It was a great lunch date. First off, customer service was outstanding. Both people there were incredibly kind. The food was excellent. We got kebab platter combos. I ordered Persian tea, they put rose and maybe pistachios in it and it had a wonderful fragrance, tasted great with the sugar cubes. I'm definitely coming back.

Came due to the 5 star review and left baffled as what in the world have these 5 star giving customers are eating or have eaten that's Persian, Greek or mediterranean food. Fries were cold, old, and tasted like they came from a frozen bag. The $1.99 hummus side was a joke placed in a small condiment container. The balsamic salad was drench in balsamic and you couldn't taste anything else. I was expecting beef for the beef kabab and it was a mushy log, which did not taste lke beef. The chicken was alright. The rice was oily. The pita bread was a cold fat tortilla. One star for the chicken and one star cuz they are friendly.

I adore Mediterranean food and this place has the best Gyro I have ever had in my life. No joke. The meat was thin and crispy and the veggies were super fresh. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We will definitely make this a regular lunch spot!

The best Persian restaurant in the Seattle/Tacoma area BY FAR. Greek Fries are the best I’ve ever had, the Koobideh and Kebab Wrap is amazing, and the people who own the restaurant are incredibly friendly. 11/10 would recommend. They even gave me a free treat for dessert!

Great Persian food! Great service! Nice to know something authentic is in town and close! We usually go up to Seattle for Persian food but not any more:) The gyro wraps were fresh and delicious! The kebabs and chicken skewers were fresh and delicious! Must try! Good portion size food! Definitely recommend and will come back:)

Food and service is amazing. Period. And they only one over there have flowers on tables . Dish portion is large enough to make you full so be careful on ordering more than one item. Definitely check them out when you’re in town.

I got the Grilled Chicken with Creamy Gorgonzola and Penne dish. The cashier tells me that’s one of their most popular dishes- and for good reason! Not only is it delicious but you get a great portion that I was able to take home and have for lunch a second day. Friends have told me their experiences have also been wonderful and are happy they are still around especially in regards to the Freighthouse Square building itself which is very neglected. The atmosphere of the area is pretty run down but definitely doesn’t impact the experience of this place. Definitely recommend!

The gentleman at the shop clearly makes his food with a lot of love and care… it’s not often that I cry tears at how amazing a meal is but it really was incredible! Very authentic flavor and texture and one of the best choices we’ve made for food ever. He was very attentive and had a kind smile. I watched him squeeze the fresh lemon juice and drizzle olive oil on the lentil soup and I knew we were in for a treat. We ordered the Greek fries, lentil soup, falafel wrap and veggie platter and it was a loooot of food. The veggie platter is satisfying on its own, with cucumbers and olives, really good feta, soaked walnuts so they’re soft… a great healthy and well balanced meal as Mediterranean meals are. Falafels are crispy on the outside and flavorful in the middle. It was all so amazing, we had to go back and request a quart of lentil soup for the road to eat with our leftovers. Unfortunately we’re on a trip and don’t see when we’ll be able to be back, but I would go out of my way to return someday. May this shop continue to flourish and be blessed. ✨

Dropped in here while waiting on a train (station next door). Wow! The people and the food blew me away. They very generously altered a dish for me and brought me desert and tea with their compliments (and huge, genuine smiles). My plate was the best Greek salad I’ve ever had anywhere: so MUCH and so delicious. Absolutely memorable experience in every way. Can’t wait to return.

I got the gyro plate meal. The Greek salad was perfect! Pita bread was served a bit thinner than I prefer. The chicken tastes pretty good. Overall a good meal.
