Terrible customer service. Shop is a mess. Suggest to avoid this place

I love Pandora Albany. Have bought a numbers of Pandora treasure's over the years and the staff are absolutely amazing. Always genuinely happy to assist and willing to give their 100% attention to each of their customers needs. Had the most amazing experience with Annabelle who was very kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable with my request and totally took my experience shopping there to the next level. I came today and served by Sita. She is such a great sales person, professional, patient and had a lovely smile all the time! I bought two charms, she rearranged my bracelet and I am so happy with it. I actually came into this store before and was served by another person, she didn’t smile at all and acted like she didn’t care, so I didn’t buy anything. Very impressed by Sita’s great service!

Lovely service from Situ, greets you with a big smile on her face even when you are not buying and just wanted your pieces cleaned unlike Queen St. staff who looks annoyed when you bring your jewelry for cleaning.

Terrible customer service, went in to purchase three specific things. Made an effort to get in during December due to being eligible for a discount and specials, and completely miss lead around products and specials.

Came in with my daughter (21st September Albany Mall) looking for a birthday present, at first we started looking around when the young attendant at the counter asked if we needed help (I think it was Sophie sorry if I get it wrong). At first I thought it was the standard ask and left alone, but they offered to show what we were already looking at (it was busy). From this point on they were very helpful and had good advice also coming up with other suggestions if we weren't sure and allowing daughter to try the goods. We were very happy with this young attendant who was not in your face and didn't try to do a sale spiel. We bought the silver bracelet and one charm, so we and family will be back to buy other charms in the near future, hopefully we will have the same attendant!

I went there today to look at the New Disney collection, nice store, easy to browse. I have asked for my Pandora to be cleaned. The guy was lovely ! Very good customer service, I'll be back to buy more charms soon 😀
