Fake promotions at Robinson. GQ store. We tried the clothes and confirmed with the cashier the current discounts. When we went to pay, they say sorry, no discount. We ended loosing one hour and not buying anything. The lady that gave us service, looked disoriented and not knowing much, because keep calling someone by the phone to ask for information when we asked about it.

Whenever I come to Bangkok, I like to shop in this shopping mall. The smallest very favorite shopping mall ammo the tourists. There are a variety of things you can buy and price wise I think it is reasonable. Unfortunately after covid, I am visiting Bangkok, and I found this mall, lost it's glory. I fell like, there are not much things available in the mall anymore. Maybe it's a covid effect. Eventually they'll be okay I guess. When I was in the mall today, I didn't find many people. The mall was almost empty. There are few people shopping but before it was a busy shopping mall. If you buy at least 2000 baths product, you can get it fat refund from the airport. But you need to endorse your cash memos before you leave the mall. There are three levels. If you come by BTS, you can get down at ashok station. You can park your car there are a lot of parkings available. Also at the underground, you'll find it super shop.

The store sold me an expensive sonicare toothbrush. After purchasing the toothbrush I discovered it was broken and would not take a battery charge. I tried to exchange the toothbrush for one that wasn’t broken but the store refused to let me exchange it. The sale rep/manager was rude and unhelpful. Don’t shop at this store as they sell defective merchandise and will rip you off.

Great place for some shopping for shoes, bags and clothes, you can get good discounts here too.

All ranges of products are available. Good price and quality product. But the toilet has no water shower and it's difficult for Muslim. Although it has clean Muslim prayer room.

It seems like a good variety store for shopping. Never really busy. I was only looking. Honestly, shopping is too easy online these days.

It's a must go place if you are staying in sukhumvit area. The store has plenty of shopping options to choose from. Though few changes have come inside due to the pandemic situation. Starting from perfumes, toiletries, men's clothes, accessories, kids toys and clothes, branded bags etc can be found inside. A super shop named TOPS located in the basement which has lots of things. I just love going there whenever m in bkk. It's like ritual to maintain. Always happy to be there 😊

My most favorite shopping place since 2005. Whenever I visit Bangkok, which at least once a year, I make it a point to buy my wardrobe only from here. Very conveniently located, well laid out floors, can get everything for the whole family. Even tops at the basement is so convenient and can literally get everything that one needs in day to day life. May be a bit expensive but it is quality that matters & hence worth spending. On 24th September 2022 was my last visit and I cherish every bit of my shopping here.

It's just a shopping mall like any other where you can find overpriced branded goods. I just went here to pay a visit to the supermarket below as we needed certain ingredients to take home, but definitely a good place if you require some cool down from the hot weather..

It's a nice shopping mall and relatively small compared to the more popular shopping malls you find in Bangkok. However, it is not crowded like the bigger malls, which is definitely a plus. They have a good selection of perfumes and colognes and a big shop offering all kinds of sports gear.

If you use the market on the basement 1 floor, you can enjoy shopping in a quieter atmosphere compared to the Terminal 21 market in the front building. Additionally, you can have lunch at the food market at very affordable prices. Thai rice noodle is only 50 baht.

Just your average pharmacy... I got toothpaste and a toothbrush. You can get shampoo, body wash/soap, OTC (over the counter) medicines, etc. Prices seem reasonable - especially compared to U.S. prices.

Looked like a traditional shopping centre similar to Myers or David Jones. Pretty dated interior. There are a few bargains to be had. I may be wrong but most of the brand names look genuine as they were also significantly higher than outside. They also had cheap stuff so I’m assuming the brand-name ones are genuine

I went to the Wacoal at terminal 21 and their attitude was very bad so I didn’t shop there, the lady at the wacoal here was very nice and polite although her English was not that good but she tried her best to help

Went for supermarket in the basement. Limited products but they have variety of international stuffs. Be extra careful when buying dicount items as they put expired products on shelf for sale as well. Always check beforehand.

Good place. But now it is not up to date. Visit Top's market and food hall bellow. Do food massage next door.

Forget the overpriced theme mall next door. You'll likely find it here much cheaper. Old school department store.
