This is a pretty cool shopping mall. The entire mall is centered around the concept of an airport. With each level representing a particular country. The country theme runs through out the toilets also, so it’s actually quite fascinating to see what to toilets looks like on each floor. There is also a great food court on the top floor, with cheap and delicious Thai food.

Unique themed-style shopping mall. Step into Terminal 21 and you are transported to some of the most popular destinations in the world. Each floor is decorated in the country for which it's named. Good mixed of international stores and local vendors to choose from. And if you're hungry, have no fear, plenty of different cuisines to satisfy your palate. While you're here, don't forget to use the bathrooms.

Terminal 21 mall at Bangkok is a mall which is built on a theme of an airport terminal with each floor inspired by a city from a country. My favourite floors were Tokyo and London. The architecture is themed around these cities. One of the interesting part is the mall can be accessed from a skywalk and so easy to access from across the street without having to deal with traffic and also right outside a metro station (most of the malls are planned this way). This mall has one of the best food joints. Definitely go here to eat and for budget shopping.

Great mall with lots of shopping and food options. The food court Pier21 has many tasty foods at very low prices. It's a great way to try different dishes, desserts and drinks. Tip- you will need to get a food card to use at the food court. There are 2 food card stations next to the food court where you can load up a card. You then use the card at the food stands. When you are done eating you can get a return of your money back at the food card station. We used cash as credit card is not accepted. Plenty of open seating available although it gets very busy around mealtimes. If you have time it's best to avoid the rush times.

This mall had a unique concept which was amazing for a different shopping experience. Each floor of the mall had products from different countries. This made the mall and the shopping experience unique. We visited the turkey floor, Paris and London. They all had a theme of their own countries which was interesting. Enjoyed the whole shopping experience at Terminal 21.

This mall is food paradise. There is food in almost all the floors. Absolutely love this mall for their food court which is really awesome with delicious food and very very affordable pricing. Always wondered what was the deal about mango sticky rice, but had it today. It was so so good. We loved everything we tried here. It was all very flavourful.

Terminal 21 is a shopping mall with 9 floors in total. The concept of Terminal 21 revolves around making the shopping experience feel like a journey around the world. Each floor has its own theme, different from other floors, designed after each destination city. The toilets are also decorated to fit each respective destination's theme. From top to bottom, the order of floors goes as follows: Level 6 - Hollywood Level 5 - San Francisco (Pier 21) Level 4 - San Francisco (City Street) Level 3 - Istanbul Level 2 - London Level 1 - Tokyo M - Paris G - Rome LG - Caribbean *The food court at Level 5 is one of the cheapest food courts in shopping malls that I have seen in Thailand

One of big shopping centres in Bangkok, located just next to Sukumvit or Asok station. So it is very easy to get to. Every floor has its own unique concept named and decorated after big cities in the world, which you may experience most when you visit toilet or enter each floor by escalators. You can enjoy shopping and eat what you want from many good restaurants or food court like space.

Came for the food court. Then after an hour of wondering why there was so many San Francisco signs everywhere, I realized this mall is international city themed! Hence the name, Terminal 21. NOT ONLY ARE THERE REPLICAS AND SIGNS OF THE CITIES, But the boutique shops on each floor are representative of what you might find in that city… WITH THAI INSPIRATION! FOR INSTANCE there’s a cute shop on Istanbul floor selling a leather (TURKISH) purse shaped like an ELEPHANT (THAI). Visiting each floor was a great solo activity to waste time. After a while it become like a game to spot the subtle details. I’ve never been to Tokyo but the Tokyo floor gave me the feeling of walking the streets at night. So cool! It’s also a little nostalgic if you’ve traveled to some of the cities. Seeing little things like whirling dervish and Turkish lamps made me smile 🥰 I never met a mall that I didn't have to shop for one thing and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. The toilets will clean and dry your butt 👌🏾 don’t forget to take your belongings!

Street food festival at terminal 21 asok Amazing mall! Fantastic concept, with different floors decorated with different countries. Fair pricing and good food pricing too. Highly recommend visiting, This mall in Bangkok is designed to look like an airport, complete with a shopping guide that looks like a passport. You can even check-in for your upcoming flight on the main floor. Explore the nine-story complex and its themed floors that will transport you from Tokyo to Istanbul to San Francisco, all in one day. When you're ready to refuel, head over to the Gourmet Market for a delicious selection of Thai food. Make sure to grab a Tourist Privilege Card from the information counters to enjoy discounts at participating outlets. For a more intimate experience, you can explore the mall and other attractions on a private tour of Bangkok.

Great shopping mall with a unique concept, each floor is designed to resemble a different city, the shops also look like you are shopping in that city. The mall has lot of restaurants to cater to everyone's liking. Do visit if you happen to be in the area. One can easily spend 2-3hrs in the mall moving from one floor to another.

This is the most beautiful mall in Pattaya. Each floor is designed with a concept of each city. You can have vibes of Paris, London, Italy, Tokyo and San Francisco within this mall. Even the wash rooms are decorated so nicely with a specific theme.

Very interesting mall, each floor is named and themed for a different city. We enjoyed exploring and eating in one of several food courts, with the one on the fifth floor being our choice. One interesting thing was none of the food vendors on the floor accepted cash, you need to get a card from one of the coupon booths and load it with money, when done the card can be returned and any unused money it returned.

Super huge mall, has tons of restaurants of all different cuisines. I like the gourmet supermarket at the ground floor that has Thai snacks to buy home as souvenirs. There are so many different restaurants as well. I think the largest food place is pier 21 which is the food court right on top floor. There's a cinema here as well.

Well planned and designed. Terminal 21 has alot to offer, mostly mid range prices. We are able to do some shopping here instead of just window shopping😁 There were many photograph spots throughout the mall, many of which are based on the theme of each area or level. Nice!!

Great place to stop in and get away from the hot weather. Lots of floors with lots of stores! You will find everything you want here. Couple of drug stores on bottom floor including Boots and Watsons (which was quite busy) Many many options of restaurants on the 4/5 levels as well as a food court with many more options and very reasonable prices. The mall is laid out well and a unique theme behind it!

I am not a big fan of shopping but always love coming to this mall. There is something for everyone’s taste and the fact that every floor represents a different city / country, makes it interesting and unique. The restrooms deserve a special mention. Decorated according to each country on each level… Go into one on every floor and you will see why it is mentioned as one of the top 15 things to do in Bangkok!

This mall is so cute. The airport/world theme is creative, and the many floors offer variety. Near the bottom there are small shops. I bought my pants there, but if you are planning on going to night markets save your money because prices will be cheaper. But even so, the prices at the little shops are reasonable. I bought a “Pug Life” shirt from a small store that sells shirts, totes, cards, etc. and I do not regret it (it is so cute.) You should definitely visit!!

Shops: There are plenty of shops with wide ranges of offers. Mostly local brands with some world famous brands available. Restaurants: All kinds of foods available here. From the cheapest at Pier 21 (foodcourt) and some good buffet restaurants such as Tenjo (sushi and yakiniku) and Mo-mo Paradise (sukiyaki). Coffee Shops: Also, there are a lot of coffee shops including Starbucks. Entertainments: There is movie theater, SF. Also, there is fitness center. The location is good easily access by both BTS and MRT. Driving is a bit hard due to heavy traffic at Asoke intersection.

The must-visit place if ever you're around the Asok/Sukhumvit area. Good shopping environment, but the best is the two-levels of food paradise with affordable food prices starting at THB45. What sets it apart from other food courts is the quality, selection and affordability. Shopping-wise, you can bag some awesome bargains from the individual shops.

"Impressive multi-story themed mall with a wide variety of shops and dining options. Each floor has its own unique theme, adding to the overall experience. Despite its size and popularity, the mall remains surprisingly quiet. The creative thematic decor extends even to the restroom areas, which is a nice touch. You can find shops for every budget, from well-known brands to local boutiques. The food court offers a diverse selection of quality options. Don't forget to ask for a VAT refund if you're a tourist, and dining is available on almost every floor. Terminal 21 is a unique and manageable shopping center in Bangkok. Each floor represents a different city or destination, making it easy to navigate. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit."

This mall is very uniquely designed with each floor is theme of popular travel destinations for Thais, such as Tokyo, London and so on. There are many little small shop at the back of the department store, great to find many nice fashion clothing, souvenirs and much more. There are many restaurants both at the top level and ground floor. A unique mall with an interesting airport layout where every floor is a different country, yes, even the toilets. The items here are of higher quality but they also come with a higher price tag. We had a good time window shopping here and bought shoes from AKATA leather. Amazingly, the food court offered one of the lowest priced meal we had in Bangkok. Portions were small but that flavors were good.

The word that describes this place best is "gimmicky" 😊 Not necessarily in a good or bad way...it's just gimmicky. With all the Rome, Turkey, Tokyo, London theme etc. It's clearly built for Instagram 😂 Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of stores, however they did have more 'open stores' than some of the other places we'd seen. The food court on the top floor is a good one, there are some really nice options! We had some stewed pork leg, Pad krapao, crispy pancakes, skewers I am taking 2 stars off, because when I was paying for one of the food items, i saw a small cockroach climbing up the back of the food register 🙈

Accessibility: Easily found at the Sukhumvit area, it is accessible to both public transport and private vehicle. Wheelchair accessible toilet and parking. Parking: They have ample parking space. Ambience: Festive, busy and vibrant. Each floor is uniquely designed depending on a chosen location like Rome, Paris, Tokyo, London, Istanbul etc. Lighting is great and temperature inside is just right. The whole mall is really big, with many shops inside. For restaurants, most can be found at 4th and 5th floor. Toilets are clean and spacious. The information personnel is accommodating and friendly very knowledgeable with the mall.

A nice, modern mall. I've been in a number of malls around South East Asia, and this mall definitely looks different with the large escalator that brings you from the entrance to the 3rd floor filler with food, or if you want to shopping, you can go visiting floors one by one. In terms of shops, I'd say it's just low to mid range mass market brands - JD, HnM, Mango, etc.

  • 5/5 Tùng M. 1 year ago on Google
The mall is very nice to take pictures and many delicious food should go when coming to Bangkok. To come here, you can take the tram or Bolt, so it's more beautiful in the afternoon. Each floor will have different decorations to pose for photos, you should take pictures on the floors then go eat, because each floor has a delicious restaurant. Overall assessment: Nice decoration, easy to move, cheap food if you choose a cheap place
