I really enjoyed everything about this hotel, except the wifi, which was very bad, so I can't give more stars. The room was very large, bed comfortable, staff very nice, view nice, and it wasn't expensive. But I had work I needed to get done on wifi and couldn't do that. My room was $55 usd

Rooms are spacious and clean. View of the harbour from some rooms are good except the noise throughout day and night from harbour. Breakfast and service is good.

Nice comfortable and very clean rooms with a delicious breakfast included. Was a good base to explore the rest of Valparaiso and Vina del Mar and surrounding areas.

Typical Ibis style. Functional, clean but terrible athmosphere. Ok for one night but not recommended for longer stays.

I realize the brand is low end, but I expected a little more. The room is a box. If you want a box with a bed and shower, this will suffice. If you want any extra comfort, you will need to find a better place.

A hotel very conveniently located with comfortable rooms and great service. The restaurant offers full breakfast and lunch, and even a coffee shop.

Good value and location but crazy noisy neighbours! We booked online and got a good deal. Breakfast incl plus ocean view. Beds are comfy, spacious rooms and room itself was clean. Hallway carpets were stained and dirty. Breakfast options limited and mostly the same every day. Great location on the 'flat' and Metro plus shopping and harbour nearby. Big negative is shipyard noise all night and rooftop club across the street. Not recommended.

It was nice. I would stay again. Frankly, I was displeased with there not being an option for late checkout on the last day, especially since many of the rooms are not cleaned until hours after checkout. When I say not cleaned, I mean the housekeeping staff does not get to the room. Therefore it would not interfere with normal operation. The bar staff was great. Some of the front desk staff could be a little more knowledgeable about the area and perhaps a bit more friendly or accommodating to people who are not Spanish speakers. Having said that, the price is obviously great and you do have some wonderful staff. Great location.

Waited for an hour to check in at 10pm, and was only 4 customers...and no one was there at the front desk in morning when check out at 8am...

The harbor 100 meters away running day and night, the train on the ground floor, the gym on the second floor, the parking lot on the third floor… definitely not the best combination for a hotel - Very very noisy! I’ll give 3 stars ‘cause the staff were very friendly.

Location is close to sightseeing. Breakfast is okay, not worth the price at all, eggs are so watery i couldn't believe it, was like soup, they run out of items and you have to keep asking for a glass or bowl or or hot water. Many tables were filled with dirty plates, it seems that the guests are supposed to bus their tables but many guests didn't and staff just allowed it to remain during the 30 minutes I was there eating. The empty tables in the photo have the dirty plates just sitting there and nothing being done about it. There is a nighttime security officer which wasn't mentioned to me when I checked in, who didn't have a uniform resembling the hotel staff, so you don't even realize that he's standing near the doorway for a valid reason, and after I showed my hotel card still took his time moving out if the way for me to be able to enter the hotel.
