Great location and really clean rooms, with all the facilities you might need. However, the placement of the balconies is a bit weird (not towards the beach) and there's no permanent reception, although it's understandable as we were the only people there. Recommended!

They have cancelled my reservation in the actual day that it was supposed to start. The reservation was done through a very well known website specialized in these kind of reservations. I was notified via an email from the website late in the afternoon. When I called Polux for explanations they claimed they never had the room on the website and that it was an accident. This shows a lot of nerve, considering they actually called me two days before that to confirm the reservation. I am sorry I cannot give them 0 stars; to me this kind of approach is the worst kind. You essentially have your trip ruined on the first day.
