Jakuzzi = Vamabel. Same thing. Avoid at all costs. P.S. after the owner wrote her reply. What can you expect from a dishonest owner but to lie. People can go and check for themselves to see if Vamabel exists or not. And people (taxis, emergency personnel) can also tell anyone interested that the only drunk person might have been the owner. I believe that life brings justice. There are many reviews about the attitude and lies of the owners, can't all be wrong... but the owner is gaslighting each of them as being drunk, or that they never went to the property. Could all of them be liers, or could 1 owner be a lier protecting her scammy money making machine? There are so many nice places in the city, that having to do with such dishonest and scammy property owners shouldn't be a choice. :)

My second time here and it’s been lovely. Delicious breakfast (for all tastes, vegetarian included). Excellent homemade lunch (last order at 17:30). Friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. The greenest place in Vama Veche thanks to the flowers and trees. Perfect place for families.

The good thing about this hotel is the beautiful garden and the people who work there (they were all nice and polite, willing to help out when asked). However, the three star they claim is a bit of a stretch. The room was a bit small for a three star hotel. Also, while I booked a room with a view of the garden, I didn't expect it to be on the ground level. I feel the people in the garden enjoyed the view of me getting out of the shower, more than I enjoyed the view of the garden. However, the thing that bothered me most was the lack of cleanliness. The cleaning ladies only came in to do their job when we asked them nicely. Otherwise, they didn't clean or even take the trash out for three days. It also looked like they didn't do a proper cleaning after check-out and before the next check-in. I'm basing this statement on the heavy dust on the air vent and the moldy spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. By the way, I'm allergic to both dust and mold, so I spent most of my vacation drowsy from all the antihistamines I had to take because of the condition of the room. All in all, the hotel is seriously overpriced for the services it provides, and it's safe to say I won't be back here a second time.

Been here 3 weeks ago, with 3 of my friends. We were looking for a place to stay, with a reasonable price during the week and here was Jakuzzi Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, surprised for the good looking of the garden and the rooms. Very good food, all made fresh, it's worth the waiting! Very close to the main street and the beach. If I had 3 more free days, I would've enjoyed them very much here.

This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are amazing and very clean! The breakfast is exactly what you need and it gives you energy for a great start of the day :) The staff is so friendly, Luminita and Ciprian were the best!! More than this, the water is just a few minutes away! We loved it and we can't wait to be back! Thank you guys! 💕

The staff is very friendly and understanding. There is a restaurant in the same courtyard which is convenient and very pleasant to stay at, because of the lovely garden and fountain which keeps the place cool. One of the 2 or 3 hotels in Vama Veche that has some rooms with an individual balcony, as opposed to the long balcony separated by a small see-through grill, that is so annoying and not private at all. I liked the fact that it's not that close to the beach, but you only walk for like literally 3 minutes, those who complain about it are overreacting imo. The only unpleasant thing was the way the air conditioning units are placed, inside the building, on the hallway, so they make very loud noises when they are on, and some people will keep it on all the time, including during the night, even though it was really cool outside in the night... Bring earplugs :)
