Dropped a few drops of milk on the carpet and the owner asked us to pay 720 RON for a new carpet. We requested to clean by ourselves the carpet a dozen of times. The owner yelled at us because he wanted us to pay that astronomical price instead of cleaning the carpet. We bought by ourselves cleaning products because the room service did not want to help at all. We spent at least 2 hours cleaning the carpet in the parking lot. Disappointing. Otherwise, nice rooms, active room service, free parking, nice location.

This place is very cool to enjoy the music, dance and drink. The staff there are really cool, helpful and they offered us free shots and we were almost 8 people. I recommend this place for everyone🤙🏼

Really noisy hotel, and Im not talking about the drunk youth but about the damned animals in the farm right next to the main building. In my room the toilet was almost broken and when I sat on it it totally broke. The shower didnt work well either. They disnt have cleaning service in the rooms. Expensive for what it offers.

Definitely not recommending it. Although somewhat quiet and the landlord seemed to be understanding at the begining soon enough the electrical power went off every single night spent there. This meant 4-5 rooms in the entire complex remained without air conditioning and no refrigerator every night we spent there. Of course, no spare rooms were available and the landlord just said there is nothing he can do - maybe give us our money back. No other solution was provided, the tone of the discussion was extremely tensed - overall, nothing to led you believe a solution can be found without ruining your holiday. If one chooses to go there, one should be warned that the perfect holiday will surely not happen at Casa Luca 3 (or Luca 2 or Luca 1 for that matter).

A bit overpriced for the room quality. I liked the fact that they offer parking space included in the room fee.

Good service. Cozy rooms with air conditioning, that's a wow în Vama Veche. Active maidens. Really great place, gonna come back again this summer.

Nice place, I stayed in room 310 and it was very spacious and nice. They do not have an elevator and they did not serve breakfast but the stuff was very helpful and nice. They have a big parking lot.

Huge room.

Placement is good, rooms doesn't look exactly like on the pictures - Maybe the more expensive ones do. The service is good, and the place has a restaurant on the ground floor. All in all I'll rate the place 4 stars, since the walls are thin.

Really good place to be, excellent linen + they deliver on promises. The only downside, except for the steep prices is the toilet cover that keeps falling on my back every time I sit:).

Casa Luca 2 Bathroom: Bad smell because of no air circulation, no window and no working way to circulate the air in the bathroom. The toilet drain leaks every time it is used, as a result the bathroom floor is always wet around the toilet, not helping the bad smell. Room: satisfactory size, but no soundproofing whatsoever, heard every time the neighboring room used the bathroom, or parties i the middle of the night. The air conditioning is programmed to turn off around 3:45 A.M, had to get up to restart the air conditioning. Also, not being able to regulate the temperature (25°C all the time). We believed the rooms would have a balcony but instead it's a long and small corridor with tables and chairs, almost no place for legs and people passing by all the time, without any privacy or comfort. Location: Close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, but almost next door to a twenty-four seven Club, I felt like I was in a nightclub in the middle of the night, I couldn't sleep because the room doesn't have any kind of soundproofing, a nightmare at the weekend. We had to leave earlier, impossible to sleep, specially if you have children. Positives points: Free coffee and parking. A garden with lots of fruits. Nice people working there.
