I have been several times in the city Van but first stay in Rua World hotel. The location is great, in the middle of the center. Very welcoming arrival, great rooms, very clean and nice bathroom. The personal is professional and breakfast has many local products, a lot of choice and tasty. There is even a cosy bar with alcohol. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

normal hotel , clean , I stayed at your hotel twice. You have kind staff, but on my first stay when I went to the bathroom, even though the paper was clean, I opened it with some used toilet paper soaked in it. The next thing I asked your housekeeper was to clean the room. I informed the reception, but when I left the room and came back after 5 hours, the room had not changed, and in the case of breakfast, your breakfast is complete, but the ingredients are already fresh and no one has used them in the following days. Other breakfast items are used, such as cocoa and cheese burgers, you serve 2 models of cake at breakfast, one of which is cocoa and the other is either carrot or raisin, I noticed after eating the carrot cake that it tastes sour and after smelling it It smells very bad and it indicates the use of old materials and leftovers. Finally your hotel is clean and new.

My family and I had a short trip to Van, turkey about a weak ago and we spent three joyful nights in this hotel. The location was great! The rooms were a little bit small but very clean. The breakfast was delicious and various. The staff were absolutely helping and good mannered especially Mr. Tuncer and one day if I return to Van for sure I will choose this hotel to stay again.

We stayed here two times and we will return for sure. The location is great. Very close to Gumhuriyate and Marash street. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s brand new hotel and is very clean. Breakfast is good. Staff are kind and helpful.

Best hotel good service clean and reasonable

A shame the breakfast area is not idolated from smokers and the outside heat. The breakfast was not brilliant but good enough. Overall good value for the location with free nearby parking

Fantastic hotel! Absolutely great staff that help you when ever they can and always with a smile. Rooms are clean, some are small! Daily cleaning. Good mattresses. Fridge, airco, water cooker and breakfast is served on the top floor! The place to stay in Van city!

As my opinion this hotel couldnt have 4 stars, it should be 2 stars hotel

It's a nice hotel in van city turkey with a good location near beșyol square . I visited in June 2023. The room was small but very clean with a big window which I loved it also had clean bathroom 😊 breakfast was good & served on the top floor also had a good view of the city
