If you don't have time to read this comment completely, I would in brief go with "acceptable" 1. The staff were so helpful and nice but they didn't know a word of English; But a little farsi. 2. The rooms were so small and wasn't as good as the Pictures. 3. The breakfast did not have enough variety but the quality was acceptable. 4 The price was high for the quality offered by the hotel! 5. No Jacuzzi was available as offered in many sites. 6. It was so close to the city center and the shopping centers which was really good. 7. The hotel offered free coffees and tea and water every day which was also a good point. 8. The rooms weren't as clean as expected for instance, under the beds were not cleaned and you could find weird stuff on there to bed and that felt bad!

I don't recommend especially for Iranian travelers.Be careful of your things specially at transferring and don't use their recommendations bus to Iran!

Friendly staff in addition to clean and pleasant room, make your night specially when you're so tired. The coffee and Turkish tea serves as complimentary and it's from their generosity. I will see the breakfast tomorrow morning and will update here.

The hotel is centrally located in heart of Van and breakfast is served on the top floor which gives a nice view over the city and the lake (on clear days) no English spoken. The slight problem is that the hotel is not very well maintained. (Toilet dripping, remote not working) and cleanliness was mediocre as the carpet should have been better vacuumed

The best Hotel in town with the best price, service, and a yummy diverse breakfast, they got it all

It's like a 3 stars hotel. The staffs are not trained well. Not hot water for shower. The breakfast is not very special. Location is good for shopping.

The rooms are clean with good breakfast, near to the shop centers.

Big room for 3 adults and wide bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtube at the six floor with a great view on the Van Town. Breakfast Is a 5 stars one with a huge buffet. Location is in van downtown with a private parking. I don't give 5 stars since the whole place is a Lina of rundown

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 6-year-old child for 5 nights, from November 27, 2022 to December 2, 2022, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was nice, but unfortunately my headphone was stolen in the hotel during room service😔 Unfortunately the staff didn't give me the right answer and didn't accept me, I'm sorry for this hotel that their staff do this to travelers.
