I've stayed there and after checking in they kept our passport illegally and caused me several troubles with police. I have claimed my passport and they denied it knowing it was illegal. Police has told me to go to the nearest station to rise a complain and get it back because again, it's ILLEGAL to take your passport. If they don't follow the law, who knows what else they illegally do too. Also they don't speak english at all, only turkey or a bit of farsi. My suggestion choose another hotel. Very impolite personel, with very bad manners to costumers.

The hotel is located in the city center and has a reasonable price compared to the hotels in that area. Although the street near the hotel is full of life at night, there is no sound coming from outside. The only problem is the accumulation of water in the bathroom. however everytime we wanted, they cleaned up the room. Excellent in terms of service. I highly recommended.

don't expect to much, employees are ok , room service is awful and during the 3 night doesn't even check the room if it needs to be clean! there are 2 bottle of water, tea bags and coffee mix for free but never charge again, the shower is not that good, you find glasses in bathroom! towels never change by their self you should request . break fast is basic: cheeses, olives, cucumber and tomato slices, one option of low quality Jambon or st like that, honey, marmalade and every morning just boiled eggs! how hard is it to change the egg menu day by day! but the soup is great and all of them offered if you get restaurant in time! if you go there after 9am can't find much! air condition is available but the remote is taken to can't use it! the only good point is accessibility. remember don't expect too much from Van hotels.
