So, yesterday I visited @bikanervala I heard a lot about their Raj Kachauri from my fellow bloggers and friends. But sadly I found this place over hyped and unfortunately the food was not up to the mark. ❌ Basically I tried their famous Raj Kachauri, which was very appealing but not at all appetizing!😏 It was over salty, dahi used was not at all flavourful. The filling also was not good, papadi was totally savourless and taste of chat masala was over-powering. Overall, it was a bad experience for me yesterday.😑 Ambience was good and sanitization process was taken.✅

I love karachi halwa with deshi ghee ❤️….. cup cake was also superb …. Best place for family ….❤️

Satisfactory food in indian cuisine, but needs improvement. The space is good for family dinning , but cooking skills needs to be improved in Chinese cuisine. I am from kolkata and we know how should chinese dish taste and this was nothing like it. Soup was too salty , the fried rice was not well cooked and paneer gravy lacked taste. Ordered items 1. Papri chat 2. Golgappa 3. Veg fried rice 4. Panner gravy 5. Vada pav 6. Hot and sour soup

Good place to eat in IP Vijaya mall. The place have ample seating arrangements and in not too crowded. Also is there window view of road.

I visited this place on New Year's eve along with my family. We had come to visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and were looking for a pure Vegetarian place to have a good dinner . We ordered multiple items here including Chinese, South Indian and all were delicious. The service staff was also helpful and listened to any requirements . Usually I don't like eating Chinese at bikanerwala, but here the platter was delicious ( Check out my pics ). Overall a good place to be if you're looking for multiple cuisine at same place .

Not good. Delhi rate but quality local. Limited menu only and standard is not upto the mark. However can be visited once. Considering the restaurant is brand chain of such big name. It needs overhaul of operations. Presentation of food is foremost requirement. Average.

It is located at a prime location in ip vijaya mall, it is not very spacious but there is family audience attracted to it bcoz of its food quality...self serving system is there and it provides a thali which is about average....underground parking facility....u can raj kachori, dosa, idlis everything is here good...overall a good experience....

Worst Service... The service not responds positively towards customer, he sleeps while doing the service, never responds quickly and don't provide as per the customer requirements. He doesn't bother about to encourage the sales by taking more order...The Worst of the Worst thing was, he intentionally turned off the A.C while taking the first order food., When I asked him, he could give proper answer and said like save Energy... Then i decided to don't give second order and never enter in to this shop again in my life... It's kind of insulting the customer to get off in negative way... Management has take necessary action on kind of people. Only because of him I came outside by not giving second order...

I always love bikanervala, my 1st visit at this restaurant at allahabad approx in 2008 or 2009 and after that I visit this restaurant at many places because I like its sweets, coffee, cold coffee and for many more dishes specially chole bhature, they make very tasty and quality sweets and also have less sugar so these sweets are very likely by customers. Overall Bikanervala has good quality foods, sweets and dry fruits.

Pizzas are better than domino's , chole bhature are yummy , but golgappe are not even up to the marks

The cost of thali is Rs388 and this is the quantity 😅. And then front desk manager response is that we are providing best thali 😅

Theek-thak restaurant food was okay but the price was too high. If you prefer South Indian in Varanasi, you must go to Krala Cafe just 510m from this. restaurant.

This is very good restaurant in Varanasi. Good quality of food starting from Breakfast to Dinner.Nice and clean atmosphere. A must visit place in Varanasi.

Bikanervala in Bhelupur, Varanasi is amazing. The food tastes really good and it's the real deal! The sweets and snacks they make are super tasty and feel like a slice of India's food history. The people there are nice and make you feel welcome. The place is clean and easy to find. If you love Indian food, you gotta try this place. They're doing a great job keeping the real Indian flavors alive. Great place to eat! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Varanasi.

A great place to have fast food items all items served here are hot and fresh except the mighty samosa since they have to preserve it for a long time the filling inside the samosa is a little old as per taste.

Variety of foods with awesome taste. A bit expensive but worth the price Environment is peaceful and nice. Photoholics would have great time.

Such a bad experience we had at this restaurant we had never seen such a bad Bikanervala we ordered chola bhatura it’s was stale and bad in taste and then we asked them for chai they said they don’t have it and when we complained about it the staff over there started speaking loudly and then when we called the manager he was laughing and no response from his side he was not sorry at all . I would highly recommend you guys to not visit this restaurant .

Really liked this restaurant, the food was amazing.

I have visited today after long time ,i ordered pav bhaji .The taste was like hell even the onion given for salad was rotten. I am pretty sure zadde din nhi chalega they will have to close their outlet if they don't work on taste and services both.

Overall a nice and decent place to have meals. This place offers a wide variety of sweets and deserts too. Management was appreciable. Quite and calming.

The seating arrangement could be better. Plain Dosa, chai, dhokla were good but pizza and chinese combo were below average. Papdi chaat was very sweet .. The manchurian combo had a fly in it. Service was fast. The wash basin area was unhygienic. Overall u can visit it for sweets and chat item. Better not to order Chinese or Italian.

Chai is best part for my taste.at this food court. You can also found out everything means to say fooding items like soan paapdi, sweets, dhokla, lassi, kulfi and many more as you like ... Be happy 😊

I had raj kachori and veg noodles the kachori taste was savory and fresh and the noodles was quite spicy for me but it's overall taste was kind of just OK The service was not appropriate as they lack management skills I had only taken the raj kachori's snap

Worst among worst. Completely waste of time. No food quality, AC not working while complaining they are telling we are also in heat. Previous day food they are serving, very very limited food menu available only 4 were there when I visited and quality was really very worst. Think before spending here.

Food taste is not at all good. I also visited bikanerwala in Chennai and taste of food over there was too good. I think they should maintain same food quality irrespective of city. Varanasi bikanerwala total disappointment.

A great place for MANY kinds of sweets, and good food, too. The RO water is clean and serviced regularly. Our favourite time is during Navratri when they have the fasting foods available, but really any time of year it is good

Special thali was of good taste but they have tried to make it as minimum as possible. Very tiny quantity of paneer masala and simpler ki quantity of dal. Barely enough to cover the roties. One would find difficult to eat rice with. Two tandoori roties are good enough. The restaurant is closed from all sides with glasses but now I see so it was suffocating.
