Absolutely recommend! The rooms are super ok, staff is very friendly and they have incredible food!

Every thing was perfect EXCEPT the bed, the mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable, we where lost inside!( room 403) Five Stars for the excellent Restaurant..

The hotel is near the ski path, the menu is rich, the service is acceptable, sometimes the food comes quite fast sometimes we need to wait a little bit to long, the food was tasty. Probably I will return here in order to eat.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. If all hotels were like this, the tourists will be happier. The staff is amazing, very polite and very well trained. They are fast and useful, truly professional. And I mean all! Will definitely come back.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I will begin with things that weren't great: - the so called "gym", where some of the machines are broken, there are no weights, although some of the machinery require weights to be properly used, all in all the gym/fitness room is there so that the hotel could tick the box with gym/fitness room on booking; - the pool is rather small, and if you pick the wrong time of the day, it can be overcrowded with kids and obviously quite noisy; - the TV from our room was not a smart TV, and we came prepared with a usb stick full of movies, to binge watch some of our favourite TV series, but no luck. Great things: - the staff, always happy to help you with anything; - the food, on of the greatest I had in the region; - the sauna are nice, a bit small, but still nice; - the landscape, great view of the park. Overall, I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Nice hotel rooms! Decent Spa services. The pool is quite small while the saunas only accomodate around 10 people. Also you need to ask and wait long for towels. The restaurant is very good! Nice service and awesome desserts.

Wonderful hotel; beautiful rooms that are well equipped with toiletries and anything else you could need in a room. The restaurant serves some of the most delicious food I've eaten in the city, highly recommend it (although not the best Mititei I've eaten, suggest getting those at a real grill place). The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful and the cleaning ladies are super sweet (if you encounter them) and do their jobs very well as the hotel is always spotless. The price is a bit up there but between this hotel and Hotel Carol (I've stayed at both), this hotel beats it in every single aspect. I haven't personally tried the spa out but my friend who has, said it was wonderful and the pool was decently big for a 4 star hotel. This hotel is usually fully booked though, so I suggest booking rooms far in advance!

Incredibly nice staff!! Ask them whatever you need they will do their best to accommodate you! No fruits on the restaurant menu? Ask for it! Gym room not yet open? Ask them if you can enter... That are just simple example of the requests they always deliver on, with smile!! A real pleasure to stay there! On thing you HAVE TO try is the homemade ice cream!! Trust me, those are the best I have ever had (or at least very close to!)

Congratulation for good turism in Romania, it is possible, starting from the reception, the very good communication about the reservation, nice talking girls, and ending with the waitresses( a young boy and a madam) dont remeber the name, very fast, polite, professional , a pleasure to be served, nice menu also, diverse, kids menu also, acceptable prices , certainly come back

Cozy rooms, great food, very clean spa, friendly staff and it's right next to Parcului Ski Slope. The best place in town by far. We're always happy to stop by. All the best,

The rooms are very clean, the restaurant has great variety of food and the quality is amazing. Also very nice staff, especially Mihaela the waitress, she was very kind to us each time we came to the restaurant.

Great breakfast, very well prepared dishes, good spa, small but enough to warm up after a freezy day. Very clean and very comfortable rooms. A suggestion for restaurant, a source of music in the evening would be an ideal for dinner.
