The Baristas are very friendly and nice, but they have no sense of urgency at all, and while all nice and smiles, no customer service training! We came in when there were no people and no drive-through. We ordered two lattes and couple of pastries. Instead of making the drinks right away the baristas started (or what seems like continued to) to talk to each other in a very lively and happy manner. We waited for 10 minutes before the drinks and the food was served, and that happened when I approached the counter and politely reminded them. From what I know about customer service is that you serve the customer first and then you finish your conversations. Or, have the customer service rules changed recently?

Fast service and friendly staff. Despite some negative reviews here, they are trying their best. The store is clean, tidy and appealing. Keep up the good work!!!

I love this Starbucks. It is very close to My school “SLSS”. I can come here every day for lunch! Amazing staff, amazing everything. I would definitely recommend it!

This location is one of my favorites! Many of the employees know who I am. Love seeing them and trying the things featured on the menu. No matter what, the baristas are always in a great mood. Some customers are really demanding and I seen some crazy people, but it doesn't matter to them! They're calm and collective. I tell them but how... they just smile and continue with the day! Thanks to the entire team and managers who keep the spirits of the employees uplifting and a positive environment for everyone!

Great location and service. Always greeted when you enter. A pleasant demeanour and fast, consistent service. With the issues at the Bathurst and New Westminster location we actively choose to come to this location because they have always got our order correct. We always do take out and have used both the drive though and walk in. Both were quick and efficient.

It is not the fist time I am visiting this Starbucks, and each time it is disappointment. Normally I am there on Saturday morning to get coffee after I drop my child at the Saturday class. This small location usually have 5-6 associates on the floor, and the one would expect a quick and efficient service, at lease acknowledgement. However this is not the case in this location. The longest I was waiting was 15 minutes standing at the counter, before they noticed me. and when they did it seemed the I was rather a nuisance to them. Long story short. If it would be a one off time, I would not write this review. However, I am there almost every Saturday and each time is the same. A lot of staff, but slow service even when you are the only customer. Attitude that contradict with usual Starbucks standards. I guess overall weak management of this location as this negative experience keeps repeating. I would prefer to start my Saturdays differently.

I dont usually order from starbucks but since this convenient location is across the street from my house. Staff is cool here especially the ones that talk to me about my car and anime stickers 😉

Greeted by friendly smiles and hellos everytime I visit. Busy & bustling most of the time but, staff is very efficient for the most part and wait time is reasonable.

Starbucks continues to impress at their new location. The ambiance is inviting, and the spotlessness adds to the overall experience. Staff is always friendly, providing top-notch service. The bacon and egg bites are my personal recommendation - they're packed with protein and make for a tasty snack. Great place to fuel up!

Regular Starbucks, with no place to sit so it’s ok if your going just to grab something yo sip while driving. Usually you’ll find extra-friendly staff in Starbucks, well.. this is not here

The lady in the drive-through named Aaliyah is the best in the world, she’s super nice. She always has a smile on her face and open arms and excepts all of Starbucks customers. I’ve told everyone about her because she has a great attitude.

Not sure how, but this location keeps “losing” my order lol. I pull up to the drive thru, they say “ok come up to the window!” then I get there and they ask to see my order on my phone because they can’t find it. This has happened like 5 times now. Also this location is more expensive than other Starbucks’ and there’s like 4 parking spots because it’s in a gas station parking lot.

This is the loudest SB I have ever been to. Baristas are banging their work stuff especially the metal ones. They were also laughing out loud while working. Couldnt concentrate here!! Dont go here if u wanna chat with friends, relax with your coffee, and have a good day. 🫨🫨🫨🫨

As many reviewers mentioned, the location is great and convenient, yet the service is not the best. They are not as efficient as other locations and the flow moves very slowly. Also, they make mistakes during preparation and it seems like they are less focused on customers.

Very bad attitude to customers. Only 4 chairs in the shop. When I asked why only 4 chairs, I was told that we are allowed only 6 chairs. I asked why only 4 then, did you raise the concern to the supervisor (I talked to the manager Shariqa), did you talk to the office. I was only give the customer service number and no further explanation, apart that we down have any power. Very bad, don’t care attitude. Don’t this about customers, even though one of the associates mentioned people express concern regularly. Disappointed a lot! Hope the HQ will pay attention to the service and attitude!
