I try to visit here whenever possible. I live at least a 45 minute drive away and make a point to come here for a treat that does not disappoint. The quality of the loukoumades is perfect every single visit! I love this place! Previous visit: Liza made this masterpiece loukoumades sundae! Look at the photo for the artistry. I also ordered a dozen loukoumades with merenda. Beautifully hot fluffy and fresh!

If you're a fan of super sweet desserts, this is the place to go! We decided to give this place a try because we like to try new things. I personally thought that their Loukoumades were overly sweet and rich - made it difficult to distinguish the difference between the different flavours/toppings we ordered. Also found their menu to be a bit pricey for desserts of its size also. Customer service could use some improvement as well; as first time customers here, the two ladies working weren't helpful, welcoming or friendly... Interior was clean and decorated to their brand. There's ample amount of free parking at the plaza they're located at as well.

Very disappointing cafe! Low quality coffee. They even did not have ice cream which is the base of the most of their menu. Compare the size of the small coffee with the chewing gum container. I changed the star from 2 to 1 due to unprofessional answer from the owner. This is definitely a small coffee! not an espresso!

Very rude employee! I took a pic of how it was made. Not of the employee (wouldn't do that ) and she gave me attitude in front of everyone. Also very unhygienic to be touching her nose piercing every couple mins. Must also add looking at the reviews she was clearly singling me out considering there are over 350 pictures with this location. We love coming here. They have great coffee in all sorts of flavors and varieties. The loukomades are so addictive. You can get two flavors per box, we love getting Nutella & caramel. The milkshakes are really good and very filling. There's lots of different flavors to choose from. The staff are very friendly and polite and the restaurant is always very clean. We can't wait to return.

My sister and I came here for dessert, you will fall in love with the Loukoumades! They are so good we got the 3 loukoumades dipped in ice cream. One with oreo and the other with caramel! Definitely coming back

This place has lots to offer. We tried the ferrero rocher loukoumades. They are made fresh, so there is a bit of a wait but it’s worth it. We paid around $10 for a dozen

First time we went there and got the Elvis puffs and coco berry with strawberry .... when I mean it's amazing... think of fresh tim bits in gourmet style... I will definitely drive the 30 mins for this little snack

Best freddo espresso around Toronto area, and best loukoumades ever. Even better than the homemade from yiayia. Nice greek music. Nice service. The only thing is the cleaning... it needs some work there, the toilets and even the tables at some point.

I occasionally come here when I need to pick up dessert for an occasion, and so far it's been ok. Customer service could use some work, took 20 mims to get 24 loukomades... And so stingy on the icing sugar. I get it's free, but I paid for 2 other toppings which are ridiculous expensive to begin with. It's an ok place.

Very cute little caffe! I went in it knowing what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised by their coffees and lattes. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

Like to start by saying we need more of these cafes around. 1st time here. Best fresh loukoumades Never thought you could have loukoumades in so many different flavors. The Cafe didn't disappoint. We tried 3 flavors. Traditional, Nutella and Birthday Cake. They have many more flavors. To many to list with large assortment of coffee's. All were so good but Birthday Cake Loukoumades killed it. New favorite. I can't believe other Greek places haven't tried this. Diffentanly worth the drive. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Check them out

The Greek coffee was excellent and brought back memories of Turkish coffee. The Americano was just OK. I really enjoyed the Baklava, but they could improve the cutlery provided for it. The small forks made it challenging to eat, although I should have asked for a larger fork or a better knife.

This place is out of this world! Loukoumades are the best! Very delicious fresh honey dipped , absolutely yum! They were out of Greek coffee past two visits of mine, Id really appreciate if I could have my coffee with my loukoumades!

Amazing food and amazing service. The workers go out of their way to help us feel welcome and right-at-home. The loukamades are incredible and their drinks are also very good. If you haven't tried this place yet, I would highly recommend, I keep coming back!

The name is great and promises something exciting! The price certainly tells a story of a great service to come. The Greek Coffee was great, but HUGE downfall for me ~ it was served in paper cup 😔 I really wanted Galaktoboureko, but they didn’t have it. Decided on Loukoumades, which were really good, but unable to get just 1 or 2 with your Greek coffee. Customers HAVE TO buy more if they want to try them, ofc unless you have ice cream.(then you can get 3🤦‍♀️)….maybe this is something owner can review. Again, big downfall was that everything is served in paper, boxes and plastic!!! When customers come to dine in, they are looking for full experience of Greek dessert and coffee….something different! Really didn’t like that.

Excellent Greek coffee.. served in a paper cup. Had to ask for the side of water.. which came in plastic. Loukoumades are good.. but you must get a minimun of six (in a box!) with your coffee (however, you can get three with an ice cream?). Clearly, we are not in Greece yet :( For proper service, see attached photo

Wish the customer service was as good as the loukamades. This is the fourth time in the last few weeks picking up large orders and always found customer service very poor. Staff is rude and unwilling to make any exceptions.

Came in after 9:30pm and while I’ve had them fresh before, they were actually pretty great even just before closing time. They were light, airy and with just the right chewy texture. We got three toppings, Dulce De Leche, Raspberry and Coconut. One of my favourite desserts of all time. 😋 They were also topped generously. The Spanakopita was fresh and the filling to puff pastry ratio was on point. The dragon fruit ice tea was well steeped and full bodied. The complimentary passion fruit edible straw was a nice touch as well.

I ordered a 6-pack with 2 sauces for take-out to bring home and when I got home I saw that the chocolate sauce seeped from the container, and made a huge mess everywhere! I didn’t take a bag hoping to reduce waste but it would have saved me time from cleaning up. I don’t know if they went overboard on the sauces or the packaging needs to be improved. The flavour was good but if I do go back I will get a bag. Update: There were two other reviews talking about how runny and watery the chocolate sauce is. It must be a Hershey’s syrup or something. I don’t recommend people ordering that sauce especially if they don’t want to end up with sauce all over their stuff. I don’t appreciate being gaslit. I won’t be back.

People just take jobs in cafe and think they are doing favor by taking coffee orders and serving you. The quality of communication of staff is very poor and drinks not good. Sometime good customer experience can compensate bad food. I wish staff cared about customer experience. They don’t want to learn anything .Wish people put effort in being better at their job.

Not impressed with what was served, really soggy and chewy. The chocolate sauce was just watery and runny consistency. Strawberry with icecream was better but there should be option for no icecream or less number of donuts.

They create the Leoukomania for you. Nice little dumplings fried fresh in front of you. Unique Greek sweets.

The staffs are kind and dessert is also good. Tables are neat snd clean, just there were many young people in the store pretty loud sometimes. I’d definitely go back to try others :)

Soooooooo delicious-fried and chewy goodness! Think the way the dessert is charged is interesting. Every layer costs $1.40 so the price of these desserts can get pretty pricy depending on the flavours you want to try.

This is the second time ordering from here and this time was a mistake it was the same as last time and tastes like soggy bread with chocolate syrup on it. It looks nothing like the pictures and does not taste like how it usually does. Will not order from here again.

A place for loukoumades and doused in your choice of over 30 toppings!? these honey balls were crisp on the outside with that super soft and fluffy centre. The service was super quick and did not make me feel rushed when deciding on my toppings. Any questions I had, she answered and gave me recommendations when I asked too! Great greek style dessert balls u can choose so many toppinga and are a nice quick inexpensive dessert to share.

Greek style deep fried doughnut holes = to die for 🤤 However, I’m giving 3 stars because customer service could be better. All staff talk upon themselves, very sassy when you’re asking an extra question and when your order is ready - they just throw it on the counter for you to pick up.
