Firstly, the staff at this hotel are simply first-class. The care and attention to detail are top-notch. Every single member of staff that we interacted with during our 6-night stay was fabulous! During our stay, it was my birthday, and the staff made a very special atmosphere in our room with rose petals spread literally everywhere, they had a bottle of champagne on ice beside the jacuzzi tub and acknowledged the celebration. All the staff I met on the day wished me a happy birthday and made the occasion special. The room we had was fabulous, we took a honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi bath on a separate level. The room was kept clean and tidy (they even folded our clothes) and is appointed to a high level. Location wise it could not have been better for us, it's close enough to the main areas of interest, but away from the busyness of these high traffic areas, which we really enjoyed coming back to the peace after a day of walking around. Staff were always very in tune with our needs and very, very quick to respond to our requests. For example, sending up drinks if we wanted them to our room (I actually don't how they done it so quickly at times!), even pressing a shirt for me at short notice for our trip to the opera. Can not recommend this hotel highly enough for a stay in this wonderful place. We will return and I would definitely stay here again. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff.

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area of Venice. Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect as it was slightly quieter but still plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel. It was also only a short walk to the centre of Venice and we loved being so close to the water. The staff were excellent and helped with recommendations as well as helping us with a taxi to return to the airport. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Would highly recommend and will definitely return if I was to visit Venice again.

Classy, friendly, incredible staff! Long story short, our luggage never arrived to Venice, so on the first night, I called the front desk for some robes and they brought robes, slippers, and toothbrushes and toothpaste in what felt like 10 seconds. We eventually also needed laundry service, as all we had was the clothes we came in and a few purchases from the local H+M, and they turned it around in less then two hours. I was so impressed and still am incredibly grateful for their compassion! Not only that, but the breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff welcoming, and the rooms are gorgeous. We can’t recommend this wonderful hotel enough!

Charming hotel with modern facility. We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi bath on the balcony. In February, I was worried if the water was hot enough for us to use the outdoor jacuzzi, but, it was fine. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but, did not provide the welcome bottle of wine until I reminded them. But, it's a typical Venice. It was beautiful that the Italian plastered walls and glass stained glass across the hotel. Very conveniently located yet quiet. The walk back to the hotel by the open sea was very dynamic and enjoyable every time.

Very nice experience. Lovely hotel. A bit far from the touristy area (25 minute walk to San Marco), which can be a benefit based on your preference. Plus, a nice varied breakfast. One star removed given less than cordial check in and check out experience. Though, a big shout out to Romana who was by far the best concierge behind the front desk and made our stay special.

The location is fantastic being on the water and easy to access from 2 different public water buses. (No need to spend $ on a water taxi.) It is nice to walk on the large paved area by the hotel and getting great views. The hotel is definitely more luxurious with decor in the lobby, common areas and rooms. If it is hotter in your room during winter months, you can still call the front desk and they will turn on the AC to make it comfortable. The beds are relatively comfortable but still not like your bed at home, as like most places. Ohh, when you get to your room, don't forget to leave your room key in the wall slot near the door as this keeps your power on in your room while in it but also helps you not lose or forget the key card in your room. The staff where genuinely helpful and knowledgeable with directions for both water transportation and showing you on a map where to go + other suggestions. The hotel is a short walk to St. Mark's Square or other sites on this side of Venice, to include gelato, restaurants, etc. The entire city caters to tourists as for our family's experience.

Amazing stay, superb location, professional and top rated staffs. The hotel and rooms and very comfortable. The location is close to water taxi spots , has restaurants and a beautiful sea view. Our room had a beautiful canal view. Staffs are really really kind. Specially Omar at the reception had been extremely helpful, kind and highly professional. Angelika and other people at the breakfast room were as well polite and helpful. Once in a while When there was a language mismatch they tried their best to offer comfort. I will highly recommend a stay here. When I visit Venice again , I will sure come back here.

We stayed here for two nights over January. The positive: the hotel is in a fantastic location, everything is within walking distance whilst also being in a quiet yet picturesque area of the city The decor of the hotel is stunning and it really fits in with the Venetian decor. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our first room and they were so quick to amend the problem. Areas to improve: the hotel needs sound proofing asap! I didn’t sleep the first night on the ground floor as we could hear people enjoying themselves at the bar until after midnight as well as the reception and then from 6am we could hear breakfast preparations and then breakfast itself. It was soooo noisy and soundproofing needs to be done in the ground floor. The staff were fab and set us up in a room on the fourth floor and were super apologetic. Although our new room was a significant improvement, the doors are loud as they don’t have a softener and they really need it as the rooms are wooden floors rather than carpeted. Put a/c didn’t work in our first room either. These little improvements will make such a difference to the overall experience of this hotel.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat Arrived way too early for check-in, was extremely hot to be out and about in our travel clothes so we hung about in the air-conditioned reception area - they supplied us with complementary coffee & soft drinks while we waited. Staff were so helpful and obliging with all guests, we observed them being extremely patient with lots of silly questions while we waited. Hotel was beautiful, very luxurious and super clean. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom really large and spacious. Location is great, very handy for the water bus and getting around the sights.

Greatest hotel I have ever stayed at, and me and my partner do travel alot. The service was top notch. They upgraded our room to the top floor corner jacuzzi suite with the most beautiful unforgettable view of one of the many little venice rivers. Stunning room, jacuzzi was amazing. The concierge came all the way up to us to help us figure out how to use it. Free mini bar drinks.

We were referred to this hotel by a family member. They said it was a nice hotel and was fair priced. In my opinion it was more than fair. The hotel was very nice inside and the staff were nothing short of excellent. Extremely helpful and polite. We do not speak Italian and they were very helpful. We asked for extra towel and I'm pretty sure the hotel staff ran them upstairs he was so quick. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was well worth the extra money. Highly recommend. It was a 20 minute walk from st mark basilica (2.2km). The bathroom was extremely nice also

This was one of the most incredible hotel room/service experiences of my life. We had a luxury suite for our anniversary and it was honestly breathtaking. The room was huge with a steam room and sauna which were sublime. The staff went above and beyond when it came to their service. They were all so extremely friendly and if I called down to room service they were up in less than 5 minutes every time. I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary and this hotel blew us out of the water. Location was great because it’s away from all of the traffic of Venice. It was simply the best! We will be back in the future.

The hotel is in a great location. Pretty much 15-20 min walk to everywhere you need to be. We had a 2-level family suite for 4 of us. The upstairs had a 1/2 bath, queen bed and closet. Downstairs was a queen bed with a full bath. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet offered great selection and it was affordable. What made our stay memorable was the service of the staff. Omar and his team provided outstanding service during our stay. He gave us recommendations to several superb restaurants in addition to gondola rides, and was patient in giving directions. They even made the reservations for us. As a platinum member, we appreciate and recognize top service and this hotel definitely hits the mark!

The location is great. Very close to the main sites but also right on the Canal which allows for a great stroll along the water in the morning or evening. It's great for anyone who wants to squeeze in a run. The staff are super attentive and genuinely nice. Makes for lovely hospitable atmosphere. The place is very clean and has good quality furnishings, very comfortable. I'd highly recommend it!

Just returned after spending a fantastic Christmas holiday in this wonderful city. This was our third stay at this Hotel and everything was superb as always. The breakfast staff and reception staff are so courteous and helpful with nothing being any trouble. The room we selected was a standard double which is very comfortable and exactly what we required. Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower and it was immaculate. The Hotel is in a quieter part of the city which, again, is what suited us but it’s only a 10-15 minute stroll back into St Mark’s Square. Thanks once again to all of you for making it a wonderful Christmas and hopefully we’ll be returning again.

Where do I begin! This hotel was just amazing from start to finish. For my husband’s special birthday we were upgraded to a most beautiful junior suite with canal view. Chiara, A lovely lady organised some extras for our arrival, everything was perfectly decorated and planned. From the reception to the bar staff we could have not had a more pleasant stay in Venice. Although our taxi booked through a tourist app let us down on our departure unexpectedly, Omar from reception rang several numbers in order to help us and managed to get us a ride to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us. We loved Venice.

Nice hotel, but watch out: they tried to charge me 75 for a taxi to the airport….. regular rate is 40! :-(

The experience was ok. We were impressed with the hotel room decor, but looking closely, the bathroom walls and shower heads were moldy. The room was not as sanitary as expected. Their reception service is friendly but not very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and next to a market so the location is pretty convenient.

  • 3/5 Ryan C. 6 months ago on Google
Room we arrived to was dirty and had black mold in the shower, although they were able to give us a slight upgrade to a junior suite which is similar in size and has one sink, one pillow per person per room unless you ask, no room service food. Location is good for when you arrive, short walk from the water bus, although in the evening can be difficult to get back to depending on where you are having dinner. There is no iron unless you ask I have learned, even though most people travel long distances to get here in , you pay 10+ dollars per piece for press services. Very nice view out of the front of the hotel, although be expected to walk 15-30 minutes (google maps is not accurate) to get to more of the scenic/tourist areas. Air conditioning is provided although we also learned it gets turned off at night, and you may need to call down to have it turned back on. Very nice full breakfast in the morning that you can get as well.

Absolutely perfect!! The hotel is modern, the rooms are super clean, modern .. the bathroom is spectacular! All in marble. The staff was wonderful, the location is perfect, quiet there is a vaporetto stop right next to it, so convinient, you can walk also to everything. Last picture is the vaporetto station St Basilico. The hotel has a small bar, very nice. The breaskfast buffet was good. I will definitely will be staying here when I come back.

Got this hotel last minute and didn’t expect it to be so great. The rooms were a decent size for Venice and very comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating area and the bar inside. The location is great and we walked everywhere. The air conditioning was great and the beds were comfortable. Very happy with this hotel.

The hotel was really nice, comfortable and clean. The room was larger than most European rooms. Loved the decor. The bathroom was beautiful, marble floors and walls and had a really cool light that changed colors. The hotel was right on the canal and very close to the water taxi. I took a private speedboat to and from the airport so luggage was not a problem at all. Sitting my stay I saw many tourists hauling their luggage up and down steps over so many bridges. So being on the canal was perfect. The staff was always very helpful. I’d stay there again and recommend it.

We had a great stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The rooms were modern and nicely appointed. The location was great for us as it wasn't right in the tourist center, but an easy scenic walk to them.

I don’t know how this place only has a 4.7 rating. It’s was absolutely perfect!! The room was amazing with extra tall ceilings, a great bed, and I had the garden view which was still amazing view. The breakfast was some of the best food I had in Italy!! And for that price?? I would have felt it was a good deal even double that price. Can’t wait to get back

Wonderful hotel, quiet location away from the commotion of st marks square. We like to walk and find places where the locals live and eat. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We got to sleep till 11am most days which I guess we needed. It was a fabulous, restful holiday. The staff is wonderful, pleasant and very professionally attentive to every detail. The sunsets out the hotel doors are magnificent!

I really like the hotel and especially people who work there. But I had problems with my room, so that’s why I couldn’t fully enjoy my time there. During my first night I could sleep because my room was full of mosquitoes and the fumigator that was in my room didn’t work. So at three am I gave up and called the lobby and the brought me spay, so till the 5 am I was spraying and then waiting outside for it to work because the spray is poisonous for people as well. During the other night I woke up at 2 am because lights and tv in my room turned on like someone put the card into the cardholder near the entrance. But I checked the lock on the door and it was still closed and I live alone, so no one really could do it. I called the reception and the man told me something about alarm, but at the end I didn’t get the answer about how this could have happened. (I never put any alarms in hotels, only my phone) But, all in all, I enjoyed the place very much. Good breakfasts, wonderful stuff, modern and comfortable design in rooms and hotel itself.

This is was our second stay at this lovely hotel and if we go back to Venice we will certainly stay here again. The staff is amazing! Prior and during our stay they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I love the location. If you are going to go to Venice you are going to walk and being a bit away from the major sites is quite nice as it is super quiet at night. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and we adored the terrace! Don't hesitate to book a room here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The prices were fair and the service was exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was simply lovely, surrounded by beautiful sights and convenient to everything we wanted to see, including the Lagoon which was just a stone's throw away. Out of all the hotels we visited on our tour, this one stands out as the best. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a great location with easy access to the Lagoon.

Booking was easy, communication on parking and water taxi service was excellent 👌. Room was clean, jacuzzi tub on the balcony was perfect. Shower was awesome, breakfast was great. Friendly staff. I'll come back here. I had Roses 🌹 and wine 🍷 put in the room before we arrived all through email. It was perfect.

A stunning hotel! We had a great experience here. The front desk is very helpful and kind. Breakfast staff was amazing and kind too and it was so yummy. The rooms are just gorgeous and so clean. The coolest shower ever with all the lights. The location is fantastic away from the chaos but super walkable for anything you want (like 15-20 mins) for major landmarks. Would 1000000 percent come back.

We stayed at the Palazzo Veneziano for 1 night during our recent trip to Venice. The room quality and staff at the Palazzo were just excellent, we did feel the room was a little smaller than our other stays in Italy. However, that may be due to the location. The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic, with lots of variety and good in taste. I would recommend this hotel for its location and quality of service.

  • 5/5 Aaron M. 2 years ago on Google
Beautiful hotel, and great location. If you can afford the room with the balcony and jacuzzi tub I highly recommend it. The nights in Venice are so quiet due to the lack of cars, and it's a perfect spot to relax after a long day of travel. The staff were very kind and helpful. They were more than willing to give us restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Venice.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our last night of our honeymoon. It was a splurge for us but absolutely worth it. The room with the hot tub was amazing and the staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and transport options around Venice. After requesting a bottle of Prosecco delivered to our room it was there within 5 minutes. They also let us keep our luggage there for the day after we checked out for no extra charge. The only possible downside is it’s away from the main touristy places but for us it was nice being away from all the business. If it’s in your budget, staying here is a must.

  • 5/5 V K. 1 year ago on Google
Although the room is fairly small, my husband and I loved our stay here. It’s very convenient to everything and the reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is super clean and quiet. I will definitely highly recommend this hotel. A big PLUS…. We didn’t have to lug our luggages around as the water taxi is right in front of the hotel 😬

  • 5/5 Philipp G. 1 year ago on Google
The staff is incredibly polite and very helpful. The reception speaks German, English and of course Italian and probably more languages without any problems. The desk is always immediately available and really has the perfect tips for exploring Venice. I really haven't been so pleasantly surprised in a long time! We were staying in the honeymoon suite, and we got a beautiful view to a small canal of Venice. The room with Jacuzzi is cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast is excellent and staff there is also absolute on point. I hope to get a room here again in the future when it is not fully booked :). The hotel is an absolute recommendation!!! Really magnificent. Just book and thank me later.

It's a very nice hotel in the good and spectacular location and at the same time far from the crowds of tourists; also I'd like to mention that the design of rooms is quite minimalistic and stylish, without exuberant decorations or heavy posh, which was very important for us. It's possible to reach the hotel by car, which is also very convenient and rare for Venice – you'll have to walk just around 100 meters. The guy at the reception also helped us to reserve a boat taxi to the train station and gave some good advices.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Considerate team, Great communication in advance, Clean and spacious rooms. All you want to have a convenient stay. Highly recommended. We stayed with family for a night. Staff checked in advance on how to get to the place and what can they do to make our stay memorable. They even offerer to decorate the room with balloons. Kids got really excited by this wonderful surprise. The staff offered all kind of help and guidance on what to do in the city. They made us reservation in a great local restaurant which we loved the food. I got a lot to say about how good this experience was but I save some of it for you to experience it first hand.
