French apparently don’t know the meaning of “fast”. Waiting almost an hour for a small order. Slow staff meant the line was getting longer and longer while we waited. Even though we waited and food should be freshly cooked, it wasn’t crispy.

Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to and I’m not just talking about kfc. Fast food in general. They have no sense of urgency. They have a full lobby of guests waiting for their food. I made eye contact and asked the cashier to charge me and she said yeah in a bit and she kept restocking the drinks. While they had a lobby full of people. The shift leader and store manager should be fired based on how bad this store is ran. Every single order came out wrong. I continuously kept seeing people come back for drinks. Fries. Dessert.

Vending machine was not printing recipet and it is my first time to see a burnt hamburger bun in similar fast food restaurants. Thats a real no go.

We waited for our order for 30 minutes. Then we were missing a sandwich. Everything was disgusting. Dry fries. Dry sandwiches without any lettuce even though the pictures were showing something completely different. We have spent €40 for the food we couldn’t even eat. I’m completely shocked. I’ve never gotten such a bad food in my life.

Low value for money . Took the spicy version of the Mexican wrap and a corn cob as a side order . Portion is not fulfilling. Paid 10 euros the meal . It tasted average . Service is slow though . Its expensive compared to the quality offered .

Usually, I like KFC very much, but sadly not this time. The withered lettuce shows that this hamburger was never made 'just', but a long time ago. Probably long before you arrive at this store.

Don’t know about the others but comparing their menu with my home country, this KFC really shows who’s boss! The food and variety deserves my seal of approval! Definitely eating KFC again if i come back to Paris! Other than that, toilet is in pretty bad shape and the waiting times can get a lil confusing!

The food is good. But service is bad. They run a ‘point system’ and usually we don’t care but starting the pandemic, we order a lot online and we said maybe it’s good to participate. Free desserts/meals can save us some money. We have collected points and should expire April 17,2022 as written in the KFC app. We dined in at KFC Versailles April 10 and told the cashier that we want to redeem our points. Guess what the manager said: we don’t do this anymore. Beware! Big SCAM!

Most dirty restaurant ever ironical in Versalles… Could be nice somebody taking care of the messy and dirty tables… Even better about the super bad smelling and dirty bathroom downside

Worst kfc ever been to. Had to wait 45 min to get our food and the fries had already cooled down. When we walked up the stairs we also noticed there was a burger missing. Staff was working very slowly and had a laugh with each other while more than 30 people were waiting for their food. Moreover, some of the cheese nuggets didn't even contain cheese. Would not recommend to anyone. You're better of visiting the McDonald's across the street.

Very fast service but one thing made me disappointed was that they forgot to make our wraps so I needed to wait for another minutes. Only one staff who can speak in english, and the place was quite clean since there was a cleaner who constantly checked when someone was done with their food there. It can be found easily since it is located right next to the Versaille’s train station.

Surprisingly there is no regular KFC chicken item on the menu. We ordered a chicken wings and fries meal.

Its at a bery convenient place right next to the station. Usually its not crowded and the staff is good. Food was the usual KFC standard. They forgot our sauce and we also didn't realise it till we had finished our meal. The tenders in my opinion are a bit on the dry side. Wings are very good. Ice cream is the typical vanilla flavour you'd get anywhere.

Good to see KFC near a tourist place. Usually other restaurant will be expensive depending upon location but these fast food shops , we know what the price will be. Glad some staff could speak English .

Being a tourist, i did bot speak french. And it is for that fact that i feel compelled to rate a 1 star rating. Staff were rude and annoyed about the fact that i could not speak nor understand their language. Eyes were rolled constanctly by the staff against me and my friends and other tourists as well who were there ordering food

Place: The place is a lot cleaner than Mcdonalds (the one close to this kfc branch), the floors aren't sticky and the tables are clean. The only problem is getting a chair due to the amount of people eating there. Food: The food is good but it's not mind boggling or jaw dropping. For example, while the chicken in the tower burger is moist... it definitely needs a bit of sauce. Over all, standard fast food with great taste and even seasoning. Service: My order was missing 3/6 burgers. However, due to the influx of people at the time, it was understandable. An employee checked our table and the receipt, he then gave the missing burger as well as a free 8 euro burger as an apology. Pretty accommodating service and they speak english as well.

I always ordered the food from the KFC I like the wings But they can't fast service Everytime they bring new stuff on the front ispacialy the driver is people always do complain when they arrive the service is too slow 3 ⭐⭐⭐ Wings stuff zero

This place is right next Versailles train station may be 50mts. They have vegetarian burgers too. You can order from kiosk and order is delivered fast.

Neat place right next to the committee rail. Also seems to be much tastier than KFC in the US. Quick and convenient! :)

We had lunch here after Versalles Castle visit. Everything was good, empty restaurant, quick service, good food. Thank you!

My food took a while to be done (as I, for some reason, got skipped once or twice) and I did not find an option to choose takeout and thus had to ask the worker if he could put my order into a bag, once it was already done. The food was good and the french selection is quite nice. Some workers unfortunately came off a bit rude, although I sort of understand since they seemed overworked and it was near closing time.

Worst Chicken Wings I have ever eaten in my life. It looked like they were fried a week ago and just warmed up in the microwave a little bit. Terrible! Pardon me, but your guarantees are worth nothing.

Very fast service. Without waiting in the que we can order the food digitally. Taste of the food is good. More options not available for vegetarians only veg burger is available.

We ate the best food in this restaurant. Also, one of the employees named Parsa was very helpful and kind and prepared our order in the shortest possible time. We are very grateful to him.

Worst KFC, and they have no real chicken it was so disappointing!!!! Nobody uses gloves in the kitchen not sanitary at all. No drum stickers or chicken thighs only chicken sandwiches, it’s not a real KFC! I didn’t order anything I left.

Very nice and clean KFC I live the European menu version of KFC, I wish they had the same in America

I'm not gonna lie, we didn't eat here. It smells really good inside the restaurant. The bathroom however was vital to our adventure for the day.😄

Their menu was great. Location is perfect and ambience fit the location. The food was great especially the chicken wings.
