Every dish we had from Ramen, to the Bento Box and the Sushi was top notch. The venue is on a bit of an odd location, but is pretty nice itself :) And all of that for a fair price. Would definitely recommend for everyone with a taste for japanese food 👌

Service is quick, place is clean, food is VERY good, and people are VERY nice and warm. Instead of eating at airport on the way back or in, this is the spot to eat if you enjoy Japanese food. I loved my bento with salmon I tasted here. I will definitively come back. Edit : some months later I am back and this is always DELICIOUS !!! My sweet spot in airport area.

What a gem in Simmering. Unfortunately far off the beaten path but if you are near Zentralfriedhof give this place a try! Absolutely lovely interior, great and attentive service and super tasty food. We will definitely visit this place again. Hads off to the owner and staff. Probably the best Asian cuisine place in Simmering!

Awesome sushi with the best ingredients to make it top experience. The orangesauce to the fried duck was exceptional. We also had the big bento box....just a great of mix. Lack of wine list with bottled wine, and no digestive (whisky, grappa or weinbrant) to the coffee was the only minus. The service was outstanding. Will be back!

Truly a hidden gem. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The menu is a good balance between traditional dishes and interesting fusion ideas, which already sets this place apart from the competition. Nigiri can be ordered individually to sample their selection of seafood, which is great. All dishes we ordered (warm & cold) were amazing and definitely not something you will get at your average asian restaurant.

I like it very much. I live close to Vienna airport and it takes only 10 Minutes by train S7 to arrive here at the Restaurant Asahimoto.
