Amazing smoked meats, great selection of beers, be prepared to pay high prices. Lovely decor in the form of their own beer brewery tanks and pipes are everywhere, and you can’t help but notice their love for craft beer and tasting options. Their beer menu changes regularly to keep you coming back, with personal recommendations and the aforementioned home brews. They also smoke their own meat, so if you’re craving low and slow 16 hours smoked ribs or wings or brisket (already hard to find in Vienna!) then look no further. It’s expensive but it satisfies your meat cravings in a way that can barely be explained in words. Try to call ahead for a table as it can get crowded, and be sure to give their wings a try. It’s my personal favourite.

Best barbecue in Vienna we found yet, better than Ribs of Vienna. I'm told they went to Texas to learn how to barbecue and smoke meat properly and brought the smoker back with them from the states. All the servers also speak English and you can make reservations in English over the phone. I had Burnt Ends with mac and cheese and my wife had the fried chicken, really delicious!! If you like it spicy you have to ask for the extra spicy barbecue sauce, but don't worry it's free.

We have visited the place although we didn't stay as we wanted a more relaxed one for the evening. It's a joint for friends and more friends. We rate only the atmosphere! :-) Update: visited again for a beer. Nice!

Really nice place to drink beer. Service people are very helpful. They answer all questions. I kinda understand why some people wrote that the food is expansive. BUT this was the first time outside of texas, that i had delicious burnt ends and brisket. Usually the meat is on the dry side, but here it was delicious juicy. Very close to the brisket i had in texas. So for myself i think the prices are fair for the quality you get.

Food was very tasty, service made an effort. However, for the higher prices, the food could be larger.

Good burger. Perfectly done medium rare juicy meat, great beer and whiskey selection. Prices are on the expensive side. Especially the beers. Tip: go for normal non cheese chips. They are super crunchy. Don't get the burned ends. They are very very dry.

From the USA, have been smoking pork, beef, etc for decades along with eating and BBQ restaurants throughout the US. I ordered the brisket burnt ends along with a side of Kimchi. The brisket was moist, perfect amount of smoke with a great black pepper bark. The Kimchi was also amazing. I'm very impressed, one of the top 2 or 3 BBQ places I've every been in is in Vienna, Austria! And the beer choices are second to none. Vienna, you're very lucky to have this located in your beautiful city!

Very good brunch! Watch out - the portions are HUGE! We ordered several things and ended up rolling out of the pub ;)

Large choice of beer, the bier cake and the pecan pie are damned good ! Good recommandations from the waitress, fast service (it was a bank holiday and not that crowded). Good place to hang out, nice music and not too loud.

The staff was friendly and English speaking, The pulled pork is of excellent quality and so are the fries. The interior is a little bit dark but that's just up to your taste.

The Brickmakers is a fantastic pub, so good I've visited three times during my stay in Vienna! The food is soo delicious, excellent American BBQ. I highly recommend the Brisket, the Burnt Ends and the Pastrami Sandwich - but to be honest its all wonderful. Then you have the epic beer selection, over twenty draft taps with local pale ales, IPAs, stouts and everything in between. The atmosphere in the pub is great, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended 👍😁
