I use Google Maps rating as my main source to choose restaurants during my trips, and most times it is really successful. However, I cannot explain the high rating for Mozaik. We already felt strange that the restaurant had almost no customers at 6pm on a Friday evening. Maybe too early? We still decided to give it a try. We ordered two types of Schnitzel and a pork medallion, with some drinks. The portions were quite generous and the food was good, but nothing extraordinary. The price for the entire meal was above average of what I have been paying during this trip. We were unable to tip as their credit card machine was broken and only took cash, which we needed for Prater. Overall, I would give 3-4 stars if I consider price to quality ratio, but I decided for a 4 as the waiter was friendly and waiting times were low.

Good food and friendly service.

Small place with friendly people and generous portions. Everything what we ordered was well cooked and tasty. There were also choices for kids so I would say it is good for families. I would recommend to make a reservation prior your visit

Very close to Prater, this is a good place to have lunch or dinner, the portions are big, the service attentive and a very relaxed atmosphere, I would definitely come back.

Delicious and affordable! I had the lamb chops and the portion was massive. Highly recommend.

Well...I noticed the place is a restaurant for dates and couples, nice looking, but the menu is not special and meals were a little bit disappointing, as looking the Google score we expected more... Maybe next time

My husband and I were in Vienna for a casual weekend relax. We were looking for a place to have lunch and found out about this place. It’s just minuets away from Prater. By reading comments we were expecting the best and that’s exactly what we got. Food is amazing and delicious, staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is really good. You guys are amazing!

Disappointing experience. Given the positive reviews we had good expectations but they wee quickly readjusted. We ordered veal steak and a mozaik burger. The steak was completely undercooked and the burger tasteless. The house wine that we ordered was very poor quality too. Furthermore our waitress was rude and unkempt, serving in sweatsuits. We had difficulties to understand how the rating of this restaurant came to be.

First time we came here was 2019 and I would have given 5 stars back then. I was so excited to come to Vienna again, because last time they had a Serbian bean soup that was so amazing I would legit go back to this city for. Everything was good this time and staff is friendly and helpful as always, just disappointed please bring back that soup lol

Very good experience. We stayed one night in Austria and came across this restaurant. Very friendly staff and the food is WOW. We ordered the veal steak and the chicken schnitzel and we were overwhelmed with how amazing it was. Planning a trip again to Austria just to eat here again.

Very large portions and good value. Staff was very friendly, only downside was that there were a bunch of smokers around me, but I guess that's normal for the city.

We ate here in November 2021 and now again in April 2022. On both occasions we walked in with no table reservation and despite it being busy the staff could not be more accommodating and found us a table to sit and eat. Be warned the portion sizes are very big but the food is very good and hearty. Cost wise it is very inexpensive and as already mentioned you get a lot of food for your money.

We expected a bit more than we had in terms of dishes. Schnitzel wasn’t salty and tasteless overall. Cevapcici has taste, but nothing special in my opinion. Waiter is so friendly and quick. You can pay by card and include tips. Interior looks like an old one.

The food was good and tasty. The service was rude. At the end the waiter demanded that we should leave a tip of 10% even though it was not compulsory. When we asked if the tip was compulsory, he acted that he doesn't understand and continued to demand the tip. I have never experienced the service to DEMAND the tip.... I don't think we will be visiting the place again.

The food was delicious and you can try some of Vienna specialities like Schnitzel. The waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. In addition to that it was too expensive.

Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at Mozaik! Our server Boris was excellent and treated us to free shots at the end of dinner. I ordered the veal medallions and they were wonderful! Definitely recommend this place!

If you walk past this place, just look inside and then walk in! You won’t regret it. The place is totally worth it for food quality, quantity, price, cleanliness and service! 5 stars. We will definitely come back to try more of their menu!

Don't get the high ratings at all. Menu is quite limited. Fries were too salty, schnitzel was overbaked and no salad standard with menu. Place was quite empty and not busy when visited. In general it is overpriced and mediocre quality.

Amazing place, little bit hidden in prater. Awesome menu with combinations of classic Vienna dishes and Serbian cuisine. Family business. The hostess was really amicable. The cappuccino was lukewarm and the 2 sandwiches we ordered were a disaster. We both got nauseous shortly after eating them.

Don’t really get the people who say the food is outstanding, the salmon & vegetables were soaked in oil and I ordered a salad with chicken what was literally only fried chicken with kartoffelsalad what tasted like something out of a can..Only positive thing was that the lady serving us was really nice.

Really disappointed! At the time we went to this restaurant, the notes were at 4,8/5 which is way too high regarding the quality of the food: just basic food quality (industrial fries, really basic meat). Quantities are so high that you can never finish eating what you ordered Only worth 2/5 for the quality/price ratio

Came 21:45. They said kitchen was closed and only offered us beers. No snacks, no variety of beer either. As tourists we expected more.

Found this place on our last night in Vienna. Our only regret is we didn't find it sooner. Fantastic food, great service and really fun atmosphere.

Booked twice via the fork, twice was cancelled by the restaurant just a couple of days before the reservation. Don’t understand what the problem is. Not a very welcoming first impression.

The great place for a dinner in the centre of vienna, food was amazing with big portions and exquisite taste, prices are cheaper then other restaurants in vienna and portions are much bigger. Atmosphere is perfect very welcoming workers and cozy situation. Highly recommended from Georgia

It was a very nice and calming place. The food was one of the best I’ve ever had like the pasta we tried was delicious and the deserts looked and tasted the best. There wasn’t even one thing I didn’t like about this place. It has many seats and really calming music. The people serving us were really nice and the food doesn’t take too long to come. All of the employees there were really nice and greeted us when we came and when we left. Awesome experience I would recommend and come here again! ❤️
