If
there
was
any
way
to
give
6
stars
for
everything,
I'd
do
it
in
a
heartbeat.
With
zero
knowledge
of
Miznon
being
as
international
as
it
is,
I
had
it
down
as
a
great
Israeli
joint
to
try
out.
What
followed
was
easily
the
best
culinary
experience
of
my
lifetime
-
the
food
was
otherworldly
and
the
place
itself
has
a
way
of
unlocking
a
good
mood
level
you
had
no
idea
you
possessed.
Yes,
the
cauliflower
is
outstanding.
Probably
better.
Light,
toasty,
seasoned
just
enough.
Definitely
check
it
out.
But
you
probably
already
knew
that,
since
it's
what
they
advertise
everywhere.
The
"bag'o'beef"
(slow
cooked
beef)
was
astonishing,
and
I
don't
use
that
word
lightly.
Not
much
to
say,
it
was
quite
perfect
and
it
was
the
perfect
base
for
combining
all
the
other
dishes
we
got.
The
Freekeh
(green
wheat
with
herbs
&
yoghurt)
was
as
refreshing
as
it
was
fragrant,
bringing
everything
together.
The
run
over
potato
was
an
experience
in
itself,
being
the
first
time
I've
ever
had
paper
thin
mash.
A
little
extra
seasoning
needed
on
its
own,
but
exquisite
with
any
of
the
other
things.
Bag
of
beetroots
&
horseradish
was
the
perfect
bridge
between
the
cauliflower
and
the
beef,
not
to
mention
bringing
a
splash
of
colour
to
the
experience.
The
same
can
be
said
about
the
veggie
pita.
My
lights
were
completely
blown
out
when
the
Malabi
dessert
came.
I'm
familiar
with
variations
of
it,
but
this?
This
could
possibly
be
the
best
dessert
I've
ever
had.
Perfect
milky
texture
and
a
blend
of
strawberry
and
apricot
reductions
made
this
shine
like
a
supernova.
The
atmosphere
itself,
with
Serbian,
Macedonian
and
Israeli
music
blasting
as
the
staff
were
having
fun
cooking
in
the
open
kitchen
and
the
tables
were
full
because
of
the
pouring
rain
outside?
Unmatched.
Thank
you.
I
will
visit
every
single
time
I'm
in
Vienna.
