Went here for a client dinner. Food was good. Service was nice. It’s a good place to have meetings and outings with clients. Not sure it’s a place to go if you want to have fun. Staff is nice. They also have some good whiskeys which we enjoyed till late in the night. This is a high end place and heavy on the pocket. But you will get worth for your bucks. Beware of their starters. They are huge. One dish was a salad starter which was bigger than a main dish. Those portions can be made small.

Very good food and service. It's a huge place, very high ceiling and open kitchen and also large nice bar. Not very romantic or private but it's really special. The soup was nice and so was the chicken.

Wonderful restaurant to share a romantic meal at. Their burger is absolutely delicious and I would 100% recommend the French soup too. Atmosphere wise - stunning with very charming views to the open kitchen. Definitely worth the visit!

Had a special occasion to come here. The interior is stunning! The open kitchen is spectacular, the service is nice and friendly. The menu has something for everyone. There is a great cocktail menu. For that price you could go to a Michelin Star restaurant, where the kitchen might be even greater, however such places usually require tasting menu, while here you get what you order. There is no other place with such interior!

I had the opportunity to dine at The Bank on a work trip to Vienna. The Park Hyatt Vienna is an historical building that's been converted to a hotel. The name of the restaurant The Bank, is a direct link as the hotel used to be a bank. where the restaurant is the very same spot where they use to have the cashier and where you could deposit or take out money. While you wait for your table, when you turn right after you've entered the resturant, is a bar that looks more of a art museums. The art are mixed of everything and anything, but together they were a perfect match. And while you wait for the table, you can't help and be amazed with the wine cellar glass display. We didn't wait for long for our table and our waiter was lovely, had a good sense of humor and interacted with the group. The food was lovely and the salmon that I had was to die for!!! Never had a salmon made like this and it was full of flavours. If I though the main was amazing, the dessert came in a small glass (to small to be honest lol) The small piece of dessert was heaven.

Went there for some cocktails after Dinner. The Bank looks amazing, very classy and high end. Drinks are very good. Bring some time with you to fully enjoy the atmosphere of that old bank and the drinks.

We where staying at the Hotel so we thought to try the restaurant,So glad we did! We ended up going twice and everything was so tasty and soo good. The service she was amazing she recommended us all of our plates and glad we asked her! Still have the taste in my mouth of the fish that I had and the apple Strudel. If you want a nice atmosphere an amazing food totally worth the money! Totally recommended! Thank you so much for the two evenings + breakfast that he had!

The place is outstanding, the entire building, the space .. it keeps you in awe all the time. The food, it’s worth the price you pay and worth it. It’s not the over hyped tourist spot but a fancy good place to eat. We had their sourdough bread with pesto and butter, the aubergine crostini, the pike perch, the kohlrabi all these dishes were just too good and so well made. Their wine selection is huge (a bit pricey some of them) but a great collection. If in Vienna and you want to do fine dining this is the place to go. Our waiter Dominik was super and explained everything so so well. 10/10 for service.

To begin, The Bank Brasserie is a stunning historic cashier hall in the Park Hyatt Hotel, I was amazed at the architecture and grandness of the setting. On to the meal... The wine list was extensive and a large variety of tasty cocktails, including a good vodka martini. The sour dour bread starter with butter and pesto paste was delicious and fresh. Of course I tried the Schnitzel (when in Austria), and it was the best I had during my trip to Vienna. The cutlet was fresh and the breading was fresh, crispy and light. My partner ordered the burger, which was also delicious and juicy. And the Apple Strudel was an excellent dessert paired with a robust espresso. All of the staff were also friendly, professional, and attentive. This place is definitely worth a visit for a high-end brunch or dinner, a nice final night in Vienna!

Service staff has excellent attitude. Attentive and precise. Requests get taken care of. Food is good. Setting spectacular. Perhaps a bit loud, but it‘s a large converted lobby hall of a classic posh Bank after all, so all in all a pleasant venue. I‘d do somerhing about the individual lighting at tables. There are good battery driven, dimmable light system on the market that would fit.

Beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh. Had the beef tartare and oysters to start. For main course had the lamb shank. It was soft, well flavored and had a side of the cream potatoes.

This is one of the most elegant and delicious brunch spots in vienna! I came here with my family on a sunday for brunch, and even tho there were many people, the atmosphere was great, everyone was dressed well and the location itself was so beautiful all together with the food and the piano player. They offer various cold appetizers from a buffet, warm dishes from the menu and the dessert again from the buffet. The main portions are so small, that you can try out everything you want, which is perfect for every appetite. The “Sauerrahmschmarren” was the best dessert, so fluffy and rich. The only criticism I need to address, is, that there was only 1 vegetarian dish (and no vegan one) on the main menu. At that I was a little disappointed, but hope they will fix that issue in the future! Thank you for the nice day (:

One of the most beautiful bars I've ever seen. Can't say anything about the food, cause I didn't have any but the cosmopolitan was good. I think a splash of alcohol more in it would have been better, but overall delicious.

The food was very simple and tasty. Their bread and butter was good, especially the PESTO. So fresh and well balanced. Service was exceptional, the Lady asked about 5 times how was the stay, well mannered and sweet waitresses. One of top places to visit in Wien.

The location, meaning the building, as such, is extra ordinary. I went to have a dinner, three courses with corresponding wines and the food and the service were of matching quality. Excellent. The hotel bar is open to the restaurant. Both are within the former cashier hall of the bank. That’s why they named the restaurant ‘the bank’. The atmosphere is great. It’s a classic five star hotel bar. I had a great evening.

Very beautiful, grand bar within the Hyatt hotel in the centre of Vienna. Beautiful design, interesting cocktails, good bar snacks. The crowd is predominantly groups of attractive, wealthy looking types. The staff are friendly and know how to make a drink. A nice place for an upmarket cocktail.

Desserts are veeeery delicious, however Pappardelle were cold and pretty tough. Sea food was very spicy unfortunately. The interior of the restaurant is very pleasant and beautiful 🥰

Excellent cocktails and a very friendly and professional staff. The cocktail menu is not extensive but what they have is excellent, this is definitely a recommendation when visiting Vienna !

An amazing experience. The staff was impeccable and the food divine. We ordered the steak tartar, and the ox tomahawk steak, with a side of roasted vegetables. All of it was the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails were first rate, and the wine was great too. The perfect place for a special night out.

The service was kind and helpful, the food was delicious, especially the truffle omelet which was exquisite. Could be one star minus because there was lipstick on my cup as somewhat visual on the last picture I uploaded, but everything else was so good That it almost made up for that mistake.

Fantastic food and service. Quite pricey but imo worth it. The venue itself is beautiful. This is not a place where you want to have a quick lunch (general atmosphere but also speediness of service), so keep that in mind.

One of the best restaurants I ever been to. The place is perfectly design, the food is very unique and unusual (in a very good way...) and super delicious , the service is outstanding, the prices are fair. You can't make a trip to Vienna without visit in this "out of this world" restaurant.

Most stunning interior design I have seen so far. Beautiful to sit in and enjoy the great food. Service was excellent except for the lady by the reception. Happy to have chosen The Bank as our last stop before heading to the airport again.

I’ve been here several times and every time it has been great service and atmosphere! The variety of dishes and the taste of food could have been better. My conclusion: it's a great place for drinks and snacks, especially in the summer, but not for dinner. 😇💙

Lovely classy place with great service and beautiful space. It could just as well be located in London or New York. Love the international vibe and open kitchen. Great food which is a bit pricy but definitely worth it.

Very fancy and comfortable place for a nightcap, perfect music volume so you can have a normal conversation even across the table. Cocktails are tasty pieces of art. Dress up. The bar side and the restaurant side have different hours.

Astonishing brasserie in the heart of Vienna. We had a very delicious brunch with several buffet dishes or optional menu a la carte. In the past I’ve been for a dinner too and was fabulous. Surely is not a cheap price place. The piano bar music made magic this day. The personnel were very friendly , smiling and cordial. ( sometimes unfortunately in Vienna is not like that). Really recommend!
