😠 Everything was ok, atmosphere, billiard etc.. The waitress was so unfriendly and arrogant, it was so unpleasant experience. P. S. If you want to play billiard, you are literally forced to order drinks for you and your friends which is ridiculous. They have already doubled the prices of billiard. People often mention good,

The pool hall itself is fine. Two major issues. You have to consume at least one drink whether you're thirsty or not (would only be acceptable if pool were free) and they do not accept card payments.

A drunk harassed me and my friends in this bar and the waiter immediately intervened, told him that this was not ok, and made him leave. He was very kind and attentive, and we really appreciated it.

I've been to other Koo spots and this was my least favorite. Table was pretty good. More expensive than the first district. Had to pay for a nasty bathroom. Drinks were flat and broken glass. And there was a man walking around the tables making us always stand next to our stuff.

Because of the noise, children/babies under the age of 6 are not allowed in, but the fact that they make noise in the Köö itself is something else. Some people are beaten for such a house rule. 🤡

It is the first time that I go to any of the places that this franchise has, so I will only refer to this one: The place has a good atmosphere. The billiards tables are in immaculate condition and the staff is friendly and attentive. The points against: 1) it does not have public bathrooms inside the premises, which means that you have to go to the public bathrooms of the shopping center and pay to enter; 2) You have to pay, in cash, for each order you make while playing at the table. At least it would be reasonable to be able to pay with cards or allow payment at the end of the table rental. I had to go out to the mall to find an ATM to have cash. They could ask whoever rents a table to leave an ID and pay everything at the end of the rental. But in general, is a good place with a good location to have a good time. Of course, take enough cash.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the store. Absolutely terrible service and these ridiculous prices.

Such an unfriendly employee. You come to the café in a good mood and get hit on stupid in the morning. Just no professionalism! Forgot her kindness and smile at home. Wrong job!

Nice pool tables and decent fees before 16 o'clock.
