My absolute favourite place in Vienna. Delicious, home cooked organic hot lunch options, cakes, juice and other treats. The front shop has the best selection of fresh, flavourful, local organic produce and cheeses. A must see.

This disguised little grocery is actually a cafe with a large seatting area outside and upstairs. This neighborhood is full of healthy resources, this was one where I had a wonderful meal and felt great afterwards. Beautifully prepared and nutritious.

Absolutely mouth-watering food! Organic, nutritious vegan/vegetarian meals and add-ons! If you like flavourful food made with delicious spices, this is a spot you should visit! They have a daily menu - when I was there it was a curry and it was so so good! I added a seitan steak and samosa to my meal, and I am so happy I did! There are also some sweet vegan desserts. I will definitely drop in again when in Vienna! Wow, what a treat! In the shop itself, you can also get locally sourced products and organic items. Very cool place indeed!

Dine Out for daily lunch menus from mon - sat. Little like an New York style canteen with very basic chic but excellent vegetarian and vegan dsiky cooked food with high quality. Contains also an organical biological supermarket. Perfect for locals and visitors.

It's a pioneers place, they opened up over 20 years ago and offer constant high quality organic produse and have a daily menu too. Friendly staff, fast service and good food.

Best place for vegetarian organic (bio) lunch (or late breakfast, or afternoon tea) in Vienna. Wonderful salads, samosa, various hot dishes, and tasty deserts…I developed an addiction! Sometimes I fly to Vienna just to be able to eat here! Not kidding.

I was living near by so I went there quite often. The servise is great. They translate everything to english for me, gave me cooking tips (on the vegtabels I didnt knew) and also were so kind and let me buy even when I came a little bit before or after their opening hours. Amazing people.

One of the best dining experiences you will find in the city! The organic selection of daily-plates and side dishes are cooked with such home-style care. I am always so full of joy when I get to spend time enjoying a meal in Sankt Josef. The people who work behind the counter are also always so kind and helpful. One of my favourites in Vienna! I would seriously question anyone who gives this place less than 5 stars.
