Wonderful surprise to pop into this restaurant. It's owner run and no published menu because they prepare and offer what's fresh that day. The Apple Chili Soup is memorable - Delicious!

We had 4 courses dinner. For what we paid, the taste and the quality of the food are beyond our expectations. Next time when we visit Vienna again, we definitely will go back to the restaurant!

Great eating experience. Don't go with expectations, just allow your palate to be surprised by really good food selection. A culinary adventure, no less! The seasoning was also absolutely perfect. Engaging staff and a comfortable welcoming ambiance.

Really wonderful food. No menu, you just sit down and they bring you small plates. Everything was very good, including a tomato strawberry gazpacho, prosecco mint cocktail. Would love to go again sometime. Service was top notch too.

Great restaurant! It was our second time here, the first one being a year and a half earlier. Fantastic dishes and wonderful service. The is no written menu, you just tell them what you don't (or can't) eat and they serve whatever they cook on that day. You never know what dish you are going to get,but they all are very delicious. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place.

I really enjoyed our visit at the restaurant and their concept. The courses were a total surprinse and a treat for our taste buds that threw a party of their own. I was not so surprised by a visit to a restaurant since I ate at a Lebanese restaurant a few years ago. Oh, and we went there with kids and the staff was kid-friendly. So, it's definitely thumbs up for Restaurant 1070 Vienna.

A wonderful place! I loved all the surprises from the meniu! The host is warm and welcoming, making our evening so nice! Definitely I advise taking desert! All worth it!

Had a wonderful dinner here. Was a bit sceptical at the start because of the lack of a menu (you tell them what you don't like and they adjust the dishes they serve you accordingly). But the food was great. Wine recommendations of the staff were also great and matched the different dishes splendidly. Only downside was the people smoking near the entrance by the bar.

Excellent recommendation!! Glad we were able to go for my sons 21st Birthday!! Everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully rendered. We were all pleasantly satisfied after the meal and will always remember our SURPRISE menu meal.

A unique experience with no menu and delicious surprises coming out of the kitchen. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a delightful evening at 1070 two nights ago. Fresh, delicious food cooked and served with obvious passion and love for good food.

We travelled from Australia. Made a booking many weeks ago, confirmed by email. We just showed up on 24 December. Nobody was there. Now that’s disappointing!

Price/performance ratio is absolutely not right. While the idea of ​​a surprise about the food is good, the food itself isn't worth the price. In addition, you are not sufficiently informed that each course costs 9.90 euros, but instead you are told that the price is for all courses and that they are appetizers. Not saturated and feeling like you are being taken for a fool, you then pay a sum that is not justified. The calculation is also confusing and not clear. For example, dessert is (presumably) booked under “open kitchen”.
