Loved this place where we could find diffent atmospheres in the same restaurant, giving the feeling it was separate in a few rooms. Lots of choice to please everyone ! Friendly service, and quite popular so better reserve to be sure.

I don’t see why this is a popular place at all, the breakfast is OK and the waiters are great and friendly. I have to say that the b/fast platter you see on the picture costs almost 11€, not worth it. This is a cosy place to be for a quick coffee and cake that’s all. You can see how they just thrown the food on the plate as it does not look nice at all.

Wonderful place to have a coffe, breakfast or a snack and chill. It has a cozy atmosphere and very good vegan options on menu and fresh smoothies! The staff is very friendly! Food quality vs Price perfect!

Nice place in the city center 😇 Atmosphere is chill. Since some time they have a Ukrainian menu as well. It has all the most famous traditional dishes that are self-made and cooked based on the initial recipes Ukrainian women brought to Vienna 😍😍😍 Very tasty and authentic!!!Chicken-Kyiv is a must !!!!!! 🤤🤤

We got the club sandwich and the American box breakfast for me and the wife and it was pretty good. The American box was a bit bland and had to add salt. The potatoes could've used some seasoning. The avocado in my club sandwich would've been better spread rather than half just in the middle of the sandwich. But it tasted very good, very fresh and the French fries it came with were very tasty. The kids got pizzas which were well made with fresh ingredients. They are big enough to share for children, though, so be careful! They are cooked in a proper pizza oven as well. Service was decent, if not a bit inattentive. We had no idea the menu was only online so we sat there waiting for menus for a good 5 minutes before noticing a small QR code on the nifty bottle/light on the table. Price was decent for the area, nothing unexpected. We also got Aperol spritz with Prosecco, which was on par for Austria. Hard to find one that matches how they are made in Italy, not sure why this is!

Very nice restaurant and I really recommend it when you visit Vienna especially Mariahilfer Straße ! The waiter asked double, id everything was fine, super friendly! Edit: One week later, still 5 stars :) Very good pizza!

FreiRaum is one of our favorite spots in Vienna. The menu covers all kinds of dietary restrictions, and my gluten-free vegan family members can also find something yummy here. Catering to tourists and locals, this eclectic Lokal has amazing breakfast, serves cocktails, and just a coffee too. Free internet. Returned today with my daughter for breakfast, after several years. I can stand by my rating, the "breakfast box" is a great deal, and the breakfast "fuer 1 Leute" is probably enough for two. Good service. There's a little room for improvement there (forgot the milk, a bit slow to come back), but basically good.

The place is very big, so you can easily find a table. The food is quite mediocre. They have all types of dishes so if you’re looking for something fast you will definitely find something on the menu that will satisfy your tastebuds. Here you can easily find breakfast as well as late night drinks.

Very nice and huge place, great to meet friends in a busy area of town, but the location is very good to have some food and drinks specially before or after shopping. We had bagels with hummus and they were very good, but I would have liked to have a little bit more of the hummus than just a bit of it on both sides of the bagel. The washbasin is cool, look for the red button on the side of it to let the water flow. I definitely can recommend this place, great atmosphere and attentive staff.

this place is a good one to have a nice get together with friends. the pizza there is very good and the service was also very very nice. It took a while to get the cocktails served, but the waitress managed the delays well and great politeness. Sometimes i wished that the music volume wouldn't be that loud, so that you can speak to each other normally. however it is a good place to hang out!

We went for dinner and it was completely full which is always a good sign and that was deifnitely confirmed. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the seafood tostada which was a very tasty octopus ceviche on a toasted corn tortilla and the pork belly in a teriyaki sauce with coleslaw. Both dishes were mouth-watering and I'll deifnitely be going again and ordering the exact same! Service was fast and friendly and their cocktails were also really good! Totally recommend it but would make a reservation beforehand!

Fine interior, but we were not served even after waiting for 40 minutes. One waiter even shrugged off and said we should wait for his colleague, who never once even appeared in the area during that time. Staff overall not friendly.

I went there with a friend to have lunch, I took their cheeseburger and my friend the club sandwich. The portions are normally sized and good, prices are okay given the location. Even though the restaurant is relatively big, it feels nice and cozy. They also have a pizza oven there.

I have came here to have breakfast 2 times and I was very much satisfied with the food that I ordered. The staff had a great positive attitude and I felt overall amazing. The bathroom was clean and the prices are ok. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Friendly waiters, great chill club like atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food. The octopus ceviche tortilla was absolutely delicious, teriyaki pork belly with coleslaw was tender and perfect amount for a starter, and the pork belly ramen was incredibly yummy. Cocktails are on the sweeter side, but still very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place also for a small group. The food is pretty nice, but it comes at a speed that clearly says it has been prepared largely in advance. There is a surprisingly small selection of drinks, but maybe they prefer clients to not get drunk. The environment is very nice, even if the music can get quite loud at somo of the tables. The waiter, in his first day, was very nice.

We had a nice brunch today at this place. The manager was very friendly and we got a table fast. The food was also amazing. Only thing we can’t deal with are the napkins(?). They are useless. But we will be back tomorrow for the 2. round. :)

Really pretty place , you have a variety of options to sit in, depending on what mood you are looking for. Good coffee and polite, attentive staff! Didn't try the food but by the looks of it it seemed nice:)

Unsatisfactory and Uneatable Rib Eye The rib eye was a disappointment - tough, flavorless, and nearly uneatable. Despite the high cost, the steak's quality was far below expectations. The service was decent, but the inedible steak overshadowed the entire dining experience.

Trendy and delicious food, the price is a bit higher than reasonable though. Still pretty nice and friendly staff. It is located on Mariahilfer Straße, so taking a break here during or after an exhausting shopping trip surely is nice! Freiraum offers food from different cultures, e.g. Italian food (pizza etc.), Spanish food (e.g. Spanish tomato soup), American food (e.g. burgers) ... restaurants that offer too many different cuisines often aren't specialised in any if them and the food may turn out disappointing, however in this case, Freiraum pulls off the different kinds of food pretty well!

On entry I wasn't 100% sure, but the further I stepped in the more I liked it. The pizzas are fresh made and everyone looked like they were having fun. Family busy and nice music Seated at a low table with lean back chairs, not great for eating but it was all that was available , we were moved to a high table when one became available. Our waiter was AMAZING. She was nice and friendly, spoke English with us and taught us how to say pomegranate in German 😅 well timed check-ups and helped with drinks orders Our pizzas were great. Boyfriend couldn't finish his, there was a huge amount of toppings 👌 Cocktails were perfect Pomegranate sprits, mojito, and a raspberry mule all went down a treat. We had an amazing time. Our favourite of all the places we stopped for dinner on our 2 week Vienna tour.

Frei Burger was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. Oldest and driest patty I’ve ever tasted and looked at. Despicable I was served this obviously expired meat.

We have waited for 30 min for the waiter to approach us, even though she has seen us and we called her she still decided not to come. When we stood up and asked her if this is normal she just turned around without answering. The restaurant should train their personnel much better! Never returning to this place

Nice local, nice vibe, the waiters was very friendly and recommended us some good drinks. We also ate wiener schnitzel, which was too big for one person, but exactly fit for 2. The not so ok for me was the lava cake without ice cream. It tasted good, but, of course, too hot to eat without ice cream. They put on the side some fruits. Any way, strongly recommend 👌
