Legendary review: 1. Inside the mall. Free 3hrs parking. 2. Good food; not too much value for money though. 3. WC: yes. 4. Good scenic view from inside. 5. Avocado had few black spots that was inedible.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been. They don’t even know how to properly use a microwave, because my lasagna was cold in the center. That’s not all: I ordered merlot and they brought me some watery and very acidic house wine. I’ll never come back.

For the second time in a row, pizza had very small quantity of cheese and sauce. Most of it is just bread. That’s shrinkflation. One more time and we will ban it permanently from our options for Italian cuisine. Sorry.

Good Pizza, pretty big, although, a little too thin for my taste. It is unfortunately kind of expensive for a quick shopping Mall bite.

Delicious food in big portion, very polite service and a cosy, but also smart interior decoration. The terrace has a nice view and it is just pleasure to sit there. Excellent atmosphere there just made our day!

It’s worse place I ever seen, one pasta carbonara and Mista salad didn’t came even after 1 hr , and we asked for the in charge person and one guy came to us and said ok 1 hr , but what is the problem , he didn’t see any problem about 1 hr and other women came to us and told us go out from my local you don’t have a right to get angry or taking load (it wasn’t that much load) . Without even one apologies or being sorry … hope listeria take a care about customers as well. Your answer it's not correct as you can already check from drink orders we were there at 8 o'clock and then one pasta and salad came after 40 minute, the pasta was raw and your waiter told us this pasta will take 8 min and other one will took a bit less and we said then make the less one , but we were wait 15 minute more then we asked for shef , and when he came he didn’t say even one nice word like ok sorry you are right … when you can not see any problem about people times then there is no words to say , we will never come back to any lostria restaurants as we find out you can not behave nice with customer which looking for her or his own right , my husband before talking load said to your manager it was nice of you don’t have a enough people then just tell it to customers before order , then they have a chance to think of they would like to wait or not but he still said there is no problem in 1 hr waiting time , also if you are worry about people which are working there then you should have a more people as I’m not the only one in Google reviews which is not satisfied with your service and speed and specially the women manager in resturant , you just need to check the reviews then you can just say we are sorry about that we are not customer friendly .

Edit: Danke für die Empfehlung. Nächstes Mal werden wir es so machen. Dining in is usually a good experience. Staff is kind and the pizzas big and good.. on the other hand ordering for home delivery is always a bad experience. Pizzas are cold and never really tasty

We have been there few times by now. Reading at other reviews, we have to say that we did not have any negative experiences with the quality of food, in all our visits. But we had major issues with the service provided every single time. We have only chosen to dine in with advanced bookings. The waitresses (not all but at least three or four on different occasions but the same people), were rude to say the least. There was long delay in getting our food every single time. We were delayed in getting our drink orders and repeat ones. In our last visit we requested a specific menu - which they claim they have on their website and their Karte menu - but they did not manage to get it. GF option is available and I got a confirmation email to contact the local store (Auhof centre L’Osteria) to inform them of the GF - despite written confirmation they did not have it available and not only this, but they laughed at our party when we argued the options in the menu as well. This was beyond rudeness as they were not discrete. This was specifically for a child therefore our disappointment was worse. Generally our “child” experience overall was not the best either. They delayed their drinks and food whilst repeated requests were not addressed. We have informed them that we were not happy with the service and mentioned our previous experiences and they simply did not care - they did not consider informing the manager or escalating the issue. I do not generally tend to write bad reviews and trying to give another chance but taking into account the other reviews of similar context in the web and the rudeness of the waitresses I wanted to share my experience. It is unfortunate to have good quality food and bad service coming from the first contact with the customer and not escalating the issue. Unfortunately you will loose another customer.

The pizza we ordered had a very small amount of the ingredients, the lasagna was barely ok and the pasta tasted awful. I’ve had meals in two other branches of L’Osteria and the quality of the food was better than this one. The view on the terrace is really beautiful though, and the service was friendly.

Busy place. Families mostly. Friendly staff. The food is delicious. I've had a Caesar Salad (yummy) and a Pizza (very tasty) and large enough for 3 people. I am recommending it. Happy to go there again.

The food comes in large portions and tastes nice

Food is OK but the service is very slow. No criticism to the staff but rather to the leadership running the place seemingly underresourced.

Place is nice but stuff is terrible. Especially one guy from Poland. Has no respect makes nasty jokes in his own language and laugh at people. İ was there with my colleagues they were from Poland and he thought i don't understand and he make a joke about me and laughed i didn't say anything to him and next time it happened again and yesterday we were there again and he did it again. He crossed the line 3 time and it's enough!!! İf that guy will keep working there that place will have problem cause of him. Very arrogant and have no respect! And am thinking to take him to the courtyard to be honest. Very nasty person.

They asked money for Corona Test at the entrance which should be free.

the entrance is through the underground car park when you want to pick up the order in person.

Good pizza and service. Sometimes a bit loud as it is quite a large open space. Reservation recommended!

Food is nice, if it finally arrives... Every time we’ve come, we’ve had to wait over 50minutes for our food to arrive. The staff usually gives the same excuse of being very busy, when in most cases half the restaurant is empty. Today we waited over 45 min for a single soup, ended up cancelling our order and going to le burger. The staff at losteria is friendly, but there is clearly a management issue that needs to be resolved urgently.
