Wow.. what an amazing experience.. the staff are friendly and easy to chat to and get some great advice. They know their products well. The ambience was set up great for the Xmas festive season.. it is recommended to make a booking, as at times the place can be busy. We started with some light lunch, which was as a egg Benedict Lithuanian style. Then we got to the amazing desserts... we had two, and took another two takeaway. The ones we had in the restaurant were the mango cake, and then the pecan cake with espresso and fresh thyme tea. We enjoyed it all.

Now, four years later maybe the competition in Vilnius has increased, forcing cost cuts and reduced manpower. The last visit a few weeks ago was so unpleasant and bad that we probably aren’t going back again. We weren’t greeted when we came and left standing in the (not busy) lobby looking like idiots for a good five minutes while the hostess were on the phone. Didn’t even give us a nod of acknowledgment or a hint that we could take a table while she finished up. The rest of the staff just walked past us. Eventually got a table, ordered some of the favourite Benedict’s on the menu just to have them delivered some 30 minutes later and completely ruined due to being drenched in sauce. We also ordered deserts that never came. We had to go down and ask what happened with our order. On top of that they have introduced a new digital menu system to reduce customer contact. A concept and franchise with such a lovely idea is really run into the ground for whatever profitable reasons. Giving it 2 stars because of the deserts holding same quality level over these years, but buy them on take away only and ditch eating in here.
