In each dish you can feel the amazing taste of the Caribbean kitchen. the main dish was chicken with rich with super special spices. again sooo good.. the highlight was the banana dessert.. about that I’m speechless, you must try it ! Rhum room is the best bar in Vilnius for rhum lovers. I though I didn’t like rhum until I visited this place. The staff is professional and could help you choose the rhum or cocktail that suits best your tastes. The restaurant is good as well, with different Caribbean dishes. Prices are high but decent for the quality. Count ~18euros for a main dish. Sadly the quality of the kitchen slightly decrease over time. It used to be one of the best restaurant in Vilnius, now unfortunately you could feel the difference if you used to come few years ago. Beef cheeks were really tasty but a bit watery. Overall still one of the best address to stop for a cocktail, a glass of high quality rhum and some food.

The atmosphere here is cozy - small spaces, raised tables, dimmed lighting. The service is not bad, I liked the recommendations of the waitress when choosing cocktails, and the bartenders themselves really know what they are doing. The food menu is not overloaded, but varied. The drinks menu is very large, there are about 100 rums, several dozen cocktails. Food: Johnny Bakes is their signature snack. Patties filled with pulled beef, served with a light, frosted sauce of coconut and cream. It was the best and most interesting thing we had at this dinner. Peruvian shrimp - tasty, well cooked, but not special. The sauce is with a fruity aftertaste which goes well with shrimps. Blue Mountain Steak - melt in your mouth. Perfect texture, temperature, served with spinach and sweet and crispy fries. Smoked chicken with peach salsa - a pleasant combination of flavors. I expected a greater contrast of flavors, spices. Cocktails were THE THING! They are worth coming back for. We tasted Old Cuban and Trader Vic's Grog. I recommend both.
