This hotel has no constumer oriented services in regards to lost and found items of their guests. We left the hotel and realized some valuable items were left behind. Unfortunatel maids did not bother to bring it to reception, and threw away instead. My whole experienc of this stay got ruined

A nice hotel. About a 20 to 30 minute walk to the main square. The rooms with skylights are not good if you snooze during the day, way too bright till the sun goes down Room 302 had a step down on entering the room which could be a hazard, a large step up into the shower which could be hard for some. Also sloping roof in room is a hazard as I hit my head twice. No elevator for 3 floors. The A/C in the room did not have a remote and was set to 24 degrees. Breakfast was good with a good variety, scramble eggs, sausage, breads, fruits, salad coffees, juices etc. Some reception staff were a bit quiet and seemed to avoid speaking English.

The first impression of this hotel was that the rooms was too small, and they are small, but if you just use them for sleeping and bathing, then they works fine. They have what you expect of a 3 star hotel The service is good. Staff is friendly.. rooms are clean.. stuff gets washed and cleaned efficiently... Breakfast is excellent ... plentiful... both in selection and amount and taste Location is good... close to old town, but not the nicest of places in itself in Vilnius

Hotel was okay, cheap and location was not bad. Rooms normal size with most of necessary stuff. But felt old and unloved. Staff was very rude and not helpful. Most likely would never stop there again.

Horrible service! The worst experience ever! Weā€™ve contacted hotel in advance that our family will arrive late so please prepare our beds. Nothing was done! Breakfast is absolutely poor. Moreover when we asked for pancakes they said we are closed and no additional food anymore. It was 40 minutes before end of breakfast time. At the end staff just turned off the light in the room and didnā€™t let people to finish with the meal. Weā€™ve requested parking but we could barely find a spot. It was so we couldnā€™t open a door. For 10 euro! Thai hotel doesnā€™t worth a penny to spend! Better find another one.

Finding the hotel was not easy. It is located in a small alley that doesn't look super safe either. The halls are quite aseptic. Rooms are fine, furnitures are simple but works well. Breakfast is good, without particular glories. Locations is great because it is close to both the city centre and the central station. Staff is friendly and speak english. The price is good and is correct for what you get. I won't come here again probably.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The first two were ok, just quite cold (heading not turned on in the whole building, no options to set the temperature in the room), quiet. Last night someone came late in the night and there was a screening/crying child in the room next door. The rooms are not sound proof (I heard noise from the street, corridor and the room next door). The shared bathrooms were clean, just missing some towels or a hand dryer. Also I missed electric kettle and bed light in the room. Overall I can recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights and are very impressed. It is one of the best of the three-star hotels we have stayed. The room is big and very clean. The design of the hotel is modern and practically highly efficient, providing a lot of space for temporary storage and operating. The staffs are very warm and helpful. Seeing that I went a few times for hot water, the girl at the front desk offered me an electrical kettle to help our needs. Seeing we have luggages heavy for our ages, she helped to arrange a taxi to take us to the bus station, which costs only 3 Euros. The breakfast the hotel offers is also superb, with freshly prepared salads, smoked Simon fish, herring, and many varieties of other choices. It is one of the best hotels we have ever experienced.

Low prices, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. I have absolutely no complaints here, and even offered me a free cancellation on the same day of check-in when I couldn't make it. I will stay here every time!

The location is perfect. Smack in the middle and all the sights are within walking distance. Service was fantastic. They were friendly and super helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were kept clean and towels were changed. The breakfast buffet is more than worth it

A good place to stay overnight, in the very center of Vilnius. Unfortunately, there is no free parking. Tasty breakfasts. The rooms are small but cozy. Unfortunately, I noticed an old spider web in the bathroom...Otherwise very clean.

This hotel manager called police when they noticed one traveller does not have valid schengen VISA, and indirectly caused the death of that poor man. I refuse to be served by such cold blood business. Please think twice before reserving room here. #PrayForSamrin

Nice apartment hotel, totally worth the money. Great location - in a quiet street, far away from a city noise, but just 5 min away from the old town. Clean, has all amenities for a comfortable stay. They donā€™t have any elevator, thus the concierge carried my suitcase. I was going to give him some tips but he totally refused accepting any money.

The bathroom towels smelled horribly when we checked in. We told about this at the reception and they changed it but the first impression was made. Overall, the hotel is okayish, well-situated, good have better door insulation or rules to be quiet in the hallway, as we were several times woken up by the screams of children in the hallway.

Clean enough. Good price and location. Good kitchen as for 3-starts hotel. Few dissapointments: no dryers for wet towels, kinda cold inside the apartment in winter time - you should ask housekeeper about heater. No bathrobes and the main : they dont have elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage that may be an issue

Einfaches Hotel unweit der Altstadt, aber in eher ungepflegten SeitenstraƟe. Eher grosses Zimmer. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Aber nichts Besonderes und kein Ausblick. Nasszelle ist ok. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist ok.

Geocachers this is a fabulous hotel for exploring the city. Central location so you can walk to many locations. Good restaurants in the area. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen. Service excellent. Very good breakfast

Modern hotel with very friendly staff and continental breakfast. Little parking space (10ā‚¬/night), no free coffee in foe, can be cold in rooms if central heating is offline.

Very conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the gate of dawn. There is parking on site, but you have to go to the back of the hotel. . The breakfast varies slightly each day, and they keep bringing things even till 10 o clock

We stayed at this apart-hotel for a night. It takes 7 minutes to get a bus / railway station on fool and close to historic Vilnius downtown. The check-in was very simple and easy, it took us a couple of minutes. The room was on -1 floor / basement floor probably. The room itself was spacious, studio-like with a kitchen fully equipped: a stove, an electric kettle, a stove, a fridge, some dishes and some kitchenware, etc. The bed was comfortable and soft of clean and pleasant-to-touch linen. There was a TV, a hair-drier, some toiletries (soap and shampoo). We have been pleased with our stay and can recommend that place to stay.

A good place to stay for a City trip to Vilnius. The old town is in front of the door. The room rate included breakfast. So it was a good start to the day.

Super location, good customer service and friendly prices for staying here for 2 nights. Parking is located in inner yard and costs 10ā‚¬/24 h.

We had to clean our toilet as there where leftovers on the toilet seat. Because there were no cleaners. And hairs were everywhere (bathroom, bed).

Great location! Easy access to Old Town core. Rooms are clean and large. Shared bathrooms and showers were always clean and fresh, at least during my stay. I wasn't able to try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Beers and coffee on dispenser available at reception. Staff are always helpful and pleasant to interact with. The property has parking for guests with cars. Thanks, OTT! Will stay again if I get the chance!

After a horrific experience at a nearby hostel (you can read the review on my profile) I had enough and booked this place! Great hotel and rooms! I've been a budget backpacker for a long time but the hostel tipped me over the edge enough to spend out more on a hotel! And I'm so glad I did!

First day was nice receptionist who arrange something because of my later check in but Was very disappointed on 2 days. A other girl Alvita in reception was rude when i miss the breakfast ever a coffee to offer 20min after 10 and tell me to go to the coffee machin, pay for it and eating in the same time was she was talking to me ... She ever make a rude comment because i was not happy about it... Not english sing to say breakfast time. Food is not so good anyway. I come every year in lithuania for 2 months and in Vilnius for a some weeks to work as chef cook from france, i was planning to stay the week there and i will go now to a other hotel who respect and welcome as a real 3 start hotel and will not come back anymore there ever. You loose a customer for a rude receptionist and a coffee...

Very good location, an Iki market with fresh bread and coffee just few yards away- up the street. In opposite direction there is a nice coffee again just few yards away. Immaculate cleanliness, smell free and warm rooms, thick dark curtains. Water and coffee available even if you don't have breakfast- machine located in lobby, you can also ask the staff for a kettle. Slippers, bath robes, towels, hair dryer and soap provided. All facilities as described and the state just as in commercial photos. Comfy beds and pillows. The only down side is non sound proof doors, so if U plan a weekend there get some ear plugs, as the youngsters have no respect for other hotel guests whatsoever. Would recommend the place definitely.

Great hotel! Very nice and helpful staff. I was helped to carry my suitcases to the second floor, as they were heavy. The room is clean and cozy. Breakfast buffet, delicious coffee!

Very central hotel with bigger than average standard rooms. The location is amazing right in the center of the old town and you can basically walk anywhere from the hotel. The downsides were there was no lift in the building, wifi had a poor connection in our room, and the room itself needed a renovation. But overall it was a comfortable 3 night stay.

Great place to stay for a short trip, friendly staff at the desk. Sadly our A/C didnā€™t work properly and we couldnā€™t open a window, so it felt abit like in sauna overnight.

šŸ‘ The environment around the Belmontas restaurant is very nice. It is a path at the water that I recommend you to walk.
