Great apartment to stay. Very central - you can reach everything by feet. Market and cafe in the near. Very clean and big rooms! But it is definitely not ok to account 10 ā‚¬ for a towel because it was too dirty...

Terrible experience. When I arrived, after I rang the bell and the host replied, I couldn't hear her, non the less I asked to actually see the person, they wouldn't come out. Very difficult communication and not polite. After that, non the less they have parking, they never informed us that we had to pay for it. I don't mind that, but I never had to pay for parking in a hotel or wherever else. Moreover, I was playing music, not loud and during the day. They requested us to stop playing music cuz they don't like it. Furthermore, there are almost no plugs in the appartment. 3 plugs overall which were needed for the appartment appliances. Hard to even charge phone as we had to take turns with my partner not mentioning about laptops. Then they have a written notification in the bathroom that if towels will get dirty, we will have to pay for them... What? They have an iron in the room, but as soon as I used it, my GF's white shirt had rust on it as the iron was bad. Last but not least, day one, the host asked us to find a different place to stay What kind of attitude is this?!!! Non polite, bad attitude, terrible host. Wouldn't recommend!

The host didn't let me in and said that we should better find another hotel. This is the first time ever in my life, when I have to write such a bad review. The situation is extremely horrible. I couldn't get into the property at all. I notified the host in advance and said that I'm coming late, near midnight (had a really long and hard road). According to reservation info, it was absolutely ok to come late and also there was comment "Someone will meet you on location.". I arrived to hotel's gate at 00:20, started calling the door non-stop, tried calling the number mentioned as host number. Tried for more than 40 mins. Still no answer. The gates was closed. Then I luckily asked passerby to share Wi-Fi with me to get to the Booking site (I had no internet during the road and in Lithuania). I was really surprised with a message from the host "we can leave self check in instructions, please confim". So why not just sending the instructions right away instead of asking for a confirm? If there's no other way to get into the hotel than self check-in, then we should have been informed of it as soon as possible. I wrote a message via booking that I'm waiting outside. Finally they called. A young lady went out of hotel but instead of letting us in, she asked why we are coming so late. She talked in quite rude manner and through the grid of gates. That's kind of wild to be honest. We booked a room there, were cold, tired and were not allowed to enter. I asked if I can finally enter and the host said exactly this: "You should better find another hotel". Immediately she left. I can't express how much I felt myself frustrated. This in NOT what HOSPITALITY should be. Very, very, very BAD.

The place is at a very convenient location. Gated access however not friendly if you have luggage. No elevators so you will have to carry your luggage up a very crooked stairs. The stairs are very dangerous to climb and have multiple trip hazards.

Our second time staying at these apartments, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Spacious rooms, fitted with kitchen equipment and even a washing machine! Very nicely decorated, and perfect location in the old town. Parking on site in a very private courtyard, this place is quiet and absolutely perfect!! See you next time we come to Vilnius!!!

Beautiful little hole in the wall b&b, perfect for those wanting a central spot to explore the Old Town. Hostess was lovely and kind, very helpful and the price certainly canā€™t be beat.

Spacious apartment, fully renovated, separate bed room. Practical kitchen with stovetop, micro, fridg . Sink. Private bathroom, fully furnished, Large shower, sink... Apartment (7B) is 6 stairs above ground level thus might creat a problem to the disabled. Most tourist attractions are within 10-20 min. Walk. An excellent restaurant is next to this property car gate. A small convinience store is 30 m. to the right of the car exit. A large super market is about 300 in the opposit direction. Plenty of coffee shops and bars are all around. This is not a serviced apartment, you make up your bed yourself, fresh towels are supplied bi weekly, so is general floor cleaning. We booked this apartment for 7 nights on June and certainly recommend this Facility Rachel and Benny

When booking online there were photos of a different room - see my photos of actual room added to review. Check-in start time was strangely 3 PM, but check-out was 10:30 AM. Wi-Fi wasn't available it the room. In order to connect, I was forced to go outside in the yard and wander around searching for a signal. And even there it was laggy, around 20% signal strength. In order to get hot water you need to wait a couple of minutes while it becomes warm (not hot). There were no microwave oven, but some kind of small electric kitchen oven were present. The price for this kind of service is unreasonably high, and I was expecting different experience from reviews and photos. The location is great, but old town are quite small, so, it doesn't really matter where you stay, you can travel within old town by foot. The host was available by phone, so, despite the late check-in, we managed to drop our bags (not in our apartment, but under the stairs to another apartment). The host was friendly.

Right by the town centre. Don't be fooled by the entrance, the apartment is great and there is a great restaurant and bar next door.

The rooms are okay; not extraordinary, but okay for a weekend-trip. The outside of the buildings are not nice (do I dare to say ugly), so it does not present itself in the right way, but inside it's okay. The service was fine but nothing out of the ordinary. The location is very good close to almost everything. An overall 3-star experience.

šŸ‘ The environment around the Belmontas restaurant is very nice. It is a path at the water that I recommend you to walk. Interesting and a good mix between old and new when it comes to the building. The food does not fully match the charm of the house and surroundings, but is still tasty. Many dishes...
