Staff basically doesn't exist. Don't expect anyone to be nice or someone in charge to even speak to at the reception (I've seen a guy there once in two weeks). Good luck to you if you're a smoker because not only they don't let you smoke on the balcony (outside) nor at the entrance of the hotel (external to the premises). The kitchen is shared by the whole hotel and no one washes what they use and there is no preocupation by the management to check if things are clean in the place that we are supposed to eat and cook. Everything in there is extremely disgusting and having contacted the administrator, whose number is in the reception, I have had no response. The rooms have been clean once in a week. The Wi-Fi barely works.

Nice hotel, a bit far from the city center, but good price experience. The breakfast is a bit poor of choices, but there is a maxima near by. So you can help yourself. The rooms are warm in wintertime, sometimes the ladies clean them up, sometimes they do not. That‘s bit random. But we appreciated our stay very much.

1. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates via booking service but while texteing to the hotel for confirmation, I specified the correct day (cause they asked me to). But no one notice that booking date and date in listing doesn't match. If they would, I could avoid a quite unpleasant experience later. 2. Administrator replies Russian to an English-speaking guest. Are we in Russia? I confused 🤔

I booked it last minute, and the price was fair. The bed is super comfortable! There are two things I disliked, though. I stayed for 4 days, and they only took the trash once; they never cleaned the room, which is kind of weird for a 4-star hotel. The other issue is security; anyone can walk in at any time. The main door is supposed to work on the key card, but it’s always open. Anyway, I had a good stay, but these are just some observations.

İt is walking near to McDonald's, interesting restaurants and a hypermarket. The room is spacious even for two people and very clean. View is good too.

Room was good. Coffee machine did not work for breakfast.

We took room for 2 person, but they prepared it like for 1, heater is not working, the sewer is clogged. Better choose something else for this price.

No one will attend your inquiry. The guy will auto disconnect telegram if you send a msg and will only reply whenever he want to. Not so clean, and the cleaning lady would only clean once a week or once every after two weeks, don’t deal with them if you plan to stay long periods as the price will increase drastically for next period of of your stay.

Very good location, old town and all sightseeing in walking distance. 24/7 supermarket is next door too. Very clean and nice affordable rooms. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Staff very friendly. I stay in Vilnius few times a year and this hotel is best price, location and quality combo!

Pretty clean, heated towel rail is great and the shower is good. 3* because there are multiple marks on the walls and the balcony is in such disrepair I was scared to stand on it!

Clean good rooms, downside is the beds, we excpected a 160-180cm bed but this one was just 140cm. Also you hear everything going on in the hallway. Breakfast they had was a joke. But staff are friendly and everything was clean and fresh.

Advertised as 4 star but it misses the mark by a long way, dirty marks in the room, no shampoo in room on arrival (strangely it was there on day two after housekeeping made up the room). Also don't stay here if you want a good night sleep they hold functions with loud music that reverberates through all the rooms. The hotels response "it is a private function we are unable to do anything". I will never stay here again.

I have chosen this hotel because Staff was supposed to speak my native language but unfortunately it wasn't like that. Everything else was ok, good price and comfy room.

This modest hotel, which is situated an easy 20 minutes' walk away from the Old Town, doesn't offer any grand looks of the city but is cozy, staffed with friendly personnel, and could otherwise be an affordable accommodation to a busy traveler.

Good accommodation, friendly service and a good location for tourists. Free WiFi is provided and free parking spaces are right by the hotel (albeit there is a small number). It's a good hotel for people who are coming to Vilnius for a few days

A decent 4star hotel 15 minute walk from old town. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was fine. Personnel were very professional and always tried to help. However it was nothing to remember.

A really nice smaller hotel I stayed in for a week while on business. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings and the restaurant in the evenings. The staff was mostly friendly. I think that it might have just been because they weren't too keen on my english. The natural colors were soothing and overall the hotel was pretty quiet during the time I stayed there.

Not 4 star standard. After the check In I went to the room and first thing I noticed was the funny smell. Then I noticed that the Bed was in a small alcove under a slanting attic, detached from the main room, that meant that the bed was not reached directly from the air conditioner. Small Tv did not work properly, and was far from sight from the bed. Also in the bathroom every time I took a shower, water did not flow fast and a funny sewer smell came out.

Nice hotel. Convenient location, quiet, calm, good staff, there is a bath in the room. There is also a large store nearby, open until late in the evening. The combination of price and quality is good.
