This place exceeded our recent 5-star hotel stay in San Antonio, that was terrible. So glad we found this place! Extremely clean, fresh and ample. Had the best experience staying here with my family last night 05/29/22. The hotel desk clerk was so helpful, changing my booking when I had booked wrong date in error. Was told that it was always easier to accommodate when booking directly with hotel instead of 3rd party and I already no longer do that! Housekeeping does a very thorough job with cleaning. Everything from main entry to the room was well kept. Lots of outlets, phone charging lamps, ample room and delicious coffee. The mattress we slept on was extremely comfortable. All linens were bright and clean and smelled fresh. I highly recommend this place. Will stay here again if I’m ever in this cute town, again. Side note is that much of downtown is under street construction, so try to walk as much as possible. Not high traffic flow tho. A few blocks from the magnolia silos and from many restaurants.

Really good location. Clean. Rooms are good size. Nice walk-in shower with no tub. I hate the tub shower combo. Restaurant and bar on-site. Great Service. Easy walk to Baylor Campus. Will definitely stay again.

Stephanie was very personable at check in and gave us great dinner recommendations! She also advised us to not walk to dinner or around the hotel after dark which I appreciated. Room are updated but some of the new paint in the bathroom was sloppy. Hard floor, comfy bed, temp good and over all nice.

The cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a while. The towels were soft and the walk in shower was very nice. They even had a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast but the server was very friendly and the food was beautiful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants, the Magnolia Silos, and the Dr. Pepper museum. The only negatives were that it is close to some train tracks and the occasional train can be loud, and we could hear footsteps upstairs a couple times. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was serviceable. Room was large and clean. The bar restaurant was over crowded and understaffed. We felt very sorry for the poor waitress who was there all by herself during the breakfast rush. What was most shocking and upsetting was the group of aggressive pan handlers who were constantly on patrol around the perimeter of the property. They would shout and attempt to lure anyone who stepped too close to the edge of the parking lot. They were there 24/7 all day. Telling them no or that you had no cash did not deter them. For that reason alone we will have to stay somewhere else when we return to Waco.

Walking distance to Magnolia Silos, short drive to the college, walkable to downtown Waco, outdoor, shaded pool and hot tub, rooms are 'standard,' but very serviceable. Very nice staff. Free parking. The bad news is that the hotel is located right across the street from the Salvation Army's Homeless Shelter and 'Soup Kitchen,' hence there were (literally) individuals 'camping out' on the NW, SW, and SE sides across the street at various points during our one-night stay; parking is not gated.

Beautiful new hotel. Check in was easy, even though they were quite busy. The room was large and immaculately clean. I’ll be back if I ever need to stay in Waco again.

Hotel was nice for the money and close to Magnolia. The restaurant didn’t have a great menu. The ribeye was $45 dollars and didn’t come with any side dishes or even a salad. The caliber of the restaurant didn’t merit those prices and the only thing they had close to a baked potato was tater tots. We finished our wine and went to the room and ordered Door Dash. Too tired to go anywhere at that point. The rooms were nice and clean and staff was very helpful and professional. I would stay there again.

The atmosphere is always a 10/10. It’s always clean and very organized. I love utilizing the conference room for meetings and staff is very accommodating to everything I ask for. My kids love the pool and hanging out outside ordering food from the restaurant. The bar has everything and the staff always look sharp. Very presentable each and every time.

Had the loveliest experience at this hotel. They took care of every detail and our visit was completely stress free. Great location for getting everywhere you might want to go. We will stay here again next time!

We were switched to this hotel from another hotel due to a maintenance issue. I have to say I’m so glad that happened! Our experience at Hotel Indigo was great! Customer service was awesome (Lindsay was so helpful)! It is within walking distance from the silos. Everything was super clean. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

We were in town for one night for a marching competition, this was super close to Baylor’s McLane Stadium. We didn’t have time to venture around Waco but lots of stuff is close to this hotel. Check in staff was super friendly and our room was great! We had drinks and dinner at the bar/restaurant on-site; all good and the staff were also super friendly. Breakfast the next morning was also tasty and convenient. We would stay here again!
