UNHYGIENIC PLACE AND FOOD! UNTRAINED STAFF! REVOLTING SMELLS! INCORRECT FOOD ORDERS GIVEN TO ME! Whilst I was there 3 people came back complaining about their orders, they returned the food and brought it up with the employees there, the employee said he doesn't care and shrugged his shoulders. I will never be buying food from here and neither should you.

Interior is very nice and fresh. Modern looking and brand new. I ordered spicy wings and they were tasty but very small wings! I’ve never had such small peri peri wings. Also the spicy rice was just plain pilau rice not proper spicy rice. Has the potential to be good but needs some improvements fast!

I orderd 3 pizza today and they were so delicious. I love them. 2 of them were desi style pizza and 1 was peri peri style. Thanks a lot pearls team

Visited today... place is a hit and miss really dependent on who is serving you/ running the shop.Its a shame as this shop used to have a good reputation until recent new employees who can barely communicate in English, bark at you when taking you order and clearly lying about orders and mishaps. Shame the owner dosen't invest in the staff and instead resort to hiring anyone off the streets with no customer service skills. Be warned.

Just got order through Just eat. Chicken niblets were ill smelling and I threw it in dustbin. They have not given any cutlery, tissue or sauces. Rice were good though.

Had 3 portions of 2 piece chicken n chips. Tasted beautiful n clean. No foul smell like you get in some other places. Chicken was cooked fully all the way through no red bits. Chips were nice and BBQ sauce was tasty.

Had some trouble with a dodgy uber delivery driver. Thankyou Pearl's for taking extra care with the redelivery. Much appreciated. Great pizza.

i really don’t like giving negative reviews. but from start to finish this was a disappointment. ordered on uber eats and an hour later received a notification asking if my food had been delivered. phoned the store up and man said “10/15 mins”. 20 minutes later nothing. phoned again and they advised 5 minutes. 5 minutes past and you guessed it NOTHING. tried to call again. “line busy”. finally got my food and my wife’s burger was barely edible. Avoid.

My order was fine apart from the portion of wings which were ridicously small and tasted like charcoal, contacted the store and they were reluctant to resolve the issue, cant get rid of the charcoal smell & Taste!
