Girls at the front desk were so busy talking, no one offered me a mask or said hello. Glad I spoke up to let them know I was there.. the young lady on the phone helped me once she finished her call. While the other 2 ladies continued to talk. Medical assistant that assisted me and took my blood extremely nice. Not sure if this office is the best fit for me.

Today I saw Dr. Kristen Panozzo, DO to establish care as a new patient. There was minimal wait time and Dr. Panozzo was amazing. Dr. Panozzo made me feel listened to and well cared for. I left the appointment having all of my questions answered and concerns discussed. Looking forward to returning for follow-up and an annual exam.

First time with my family to the office to see Dr. Rizk. Was very impressed on the time he took with us and his patience and knowledge. Highly recommend the office and the Dr. The staff is acceptional from the front end to the nurses. I got a tetanus shot and didn't even feel it. My son who is a big baby got two shots and he didn't even know it happened. Very satisfied from the time we walked in.

I have the most wonderful doctor. Dr Randall Colvin. He lets you talk and he listens. And then allow you to be a part of his decision. Thank you Dr Colvin

Dr. Klein has been awesome in helping figure out what's wrong with my knee and how to move forward and his staff is amazing too!! Takiesha at the front desk always greets me with a smile and is so understanding!! Great team of amazing people!!

Dr Colvin has been my doctor for many years. He has helped me through some pretty rough times. He is caring, considerate, professional and most of all very competent. He is a great doctor that really cares about his patients. When it comes to my favorite people he is at the top of my list.

Dr. Panozzo is awful. Doesn't care to listen to your concerns. Doesn't actually review labs and marks them with "within normal limits" and "can't wait to see you next year," and if you don't open them to look at the actual results, you're going to end up with serious conditions that could have been prevented. (This is malpractice.) Appointments are not available for months. And you can never get through to the office by phone.

Dr. Colvin is the best doctor my children have ever had. He takes the time to really listen and address your concerns. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with my children in his care. The front desk staff is also very friendly and we never have to wait. I’m so grateful I finally found a doctor I feel I can trust.

Dr. Colvin is one of the best doctors I’ve have found, I have several medical conditions. That can be a bit scary. He takes his time, sits and gives you his full attention to figure out a game plan. He truly care about his patients! I would give him 10 stars if I could. Only problem because he’s so good, it takes time to get into see him.

First time at the office of Dr. Klein. Staff were friendly, office clean. Received a nice welcome from each staff member I dealt with. Deserves a 5 star rating.

I saw Dr. Colvin. I got in quickly and Dr. Colvin and his nurse was excellent. I needed a referral to a heart doctor, and Dr.Colvin spoke to the heart doctor when he was in the room with me. Dr.Colvin got me into a heart doctor on May 1st. I’m very grateful for the support I received from Dr. Colvin office.

Not thrilled with this office. My file regarding appointments clearly state 1 year check ups. It was 6 months, and I was being harassed with texts and phone calls to set up my appointment. I finally set it up, thinking it was my annual appointment. Shame on me for not double checking. All the doctor did was say, you set up the appointment, and I'm seeing you. She checked my breathing, and was done. So I asked, will I be charged for this since all I'm doing here is giving blood to check my cholesterol? Yes, was the response. Very poor customer service. The lady that drew my blood was very nice. I'm afraid to see what the bill will be for doing nothing but draw blood.

Dr. Kanja made my Mom feel truly cared for through his deep concern for her health issues. He listened and reacted appropriately from the ER through weeks of cardio and other health care onto her release. Stay Gold, Sir (Outsiders) She also had a wonderful CENA guy named Sean whom Mom trusted and appreciated most. And the clergy was heave sent praying the most diligent and ernest prayers for Mom's health and healing! Thank God for you all. And God bless you. Emma and Melissa? were two of the best at physical rehab. The other's were as awesome, but I cannot remember their names. Again, thank you all so very much.

Staff is always great, but I get WAY too many appointment reminders and “check in early” messages, followed by too many surveys and “leave us a rating” messages. Enough already.

Dr. Nabil K. Rizk MD is an excellent physician. I have been seeing him for approximately 12 years I highly recommend him Dr. Robert P. Jacobson Senior PhD.

My doctor is Dr Rizk and he is very caring and compassionate. He staff is polite and helpful. I would recommend Dr Rizk to anybody.

My appointment was with Dr. Colvin. Dr Colvin is the type of dr. Ppl should always want to go to. He give you his undivided attention and make you feel important. He explain your results and make sure that you understands what need to get done for you to have a healthy lifestyle, and he help you make a plan with your future and those type of conversations are important to me.

Dr. Nabil Rizk, his nurse assistant, the front staff, the person drawing blood.. the entire team always make you feel at home and like part of their family. They're always very patient and accommodating. Dr. Rizk ALWAYS takes the time with you to make sure you're really listened to and addresses any and all concerns you have. You can tell he genuinely loves caring for people. :)

This appointment was for my husband. He is a new patient of Dr. Panozzo. He really liked his appointment with her. She takes her time and explains what needs to be done. Everyone in the office are very nice. I am also her patient.
