    At first it was nice, I was greeted kindly. The staff was pleasant but you could also hear everything they were talking about which is fine, but then I heard them talking about me taking a long time to fill out my information. (I started filling out as soon as I got the text, it’s just a lot of questions and pictures to be taken.) It put a bad taste in my mouth, but they ended up not taking my insurance anyways and chose to yell it across the room instead of calling me up first. I went to another urgent care and services were excellent.

    Absolutely Terrible! I had scheduled an appointment only to wait 2 hours so the location could recover from “Down Time” once seen no vitals were taken. Literally everything was made up that was in my print out! I went in for ear congestion/sinus infection and the doctor took 2 seconds to look at me, to tell me his giving me ear drops and walked right out. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re not going to have availability during those hours?

    Staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They ran a little behind on our scheduled appointment, but told us upon arrival that they were a little behind. We were still in and out in a little over an hour. The medical assistant was empathetic and accommodating to my 9 year old, making the entire visit smooth and much less stressful. It was our second time there. The medical assistant remembered us from our visit back in the spring for sutures. I was impressed and it means something to actually be SEEN, and not just another body moving through. That's real human connection. Keep doing what you're doing. You guys are making differences in people's lives.

    This location was clean & they have the best, professional and courteous staff, from the front door to the back where you wait. They ask questions and if you don’t understand they will explain it again. The Nurse, The Front Desk(Jazz)Nurse & Dr Milton I want to say, you all took such great care of me. I never seen anything like it before. Keep up with the great service you all provide to your patients. I couldn’t use the online system so Jazz made it work for me to register to be seen.     I took my sick children to this urgent care. There was a shift change about 15 minutes after I arrived. The girl that was clocking in must have been new. I heard the lady that helped me sign in tell her that I was filling paperwork out and we should be next. I watched 4 people go ahead of me and 2 of them arrived after I did. After I said something a nurse came out to call yet another person that arrived after me. Now I feel like the nurse was trying to be funny because I was upset. Poor customer experience. I waited a total of 2 hours and my children were only seen when they were because I caused havoc.

    I was a walk in and received a same day appointment fast. The registration form was easy to complete. The staff was very friendly. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked if i had any questions about my diagnosis and remedy. I would definitely go here again if an urgent need arises

    It was good, we had a little bit of a wait to see a doctor, but we didn’t have an appointment so that’s understandable. The doctor, my wife saw, unfortunately I forgot his name, (Clay I think), showed great care and understanding. My wife had seen him before in 2021 and he showed the same great care, interest, concern, and understanding. In fact, he shared information that suggests he followed up on my wife case in 2021 through the Beaumont MyChart after we left the clinic. He and the Beaumont Urgent Care, deserve great praise!

    Save yourself and don't ever bother with this location. The worst experience I've had at an urgent care. My appointment started 30 mins after its scheduled time. Once I was in a room I realized the room was incredibly dirty and needed repair. The RN NP-C spent less than 5 mins checking on me, did not ask but assumed my symptoms, and the prescribed me medication that I already take on a daily basis. 45 mins into the appointment the nurse comes to check me out and I tell her that my concerns were not addressed. She tells me she will speak to the Doctor, who is an RN NP-C not a Doctor, and will be back. Another 45 mins rolls around. Nobody comes to my room nor notices that I wasn't checked out. I leave the room and go to the nurses station and say I've been waiting awhile. The RN NP-C turns around and says I'm supposed to be checked out. I calmly confront her and tell her my concerns were not addressed and that she prescribed me something I already take daily that was prescribed to me by my PCP. She gives me no options, no further investigation, no way for me to control the pain I came in for. Tells me I need to follow up with my PCP. I spent over an hour and a half to be ignored and not cared for. It's incredibly frustrating to go in for a concern, spent well over $100, and come out with no new information.

    I really appreciated the sign in ahead of feature for a live visit - I sat down and was waited on in 2 minutes. I really like my PA who helped with my perotitis diagnosis. Got a script for antibiotics and should feel better in a few days. Thanks Urgent Care.

    Chad the provider was amazing. I did not feel rushed. He was personable. My concerns were taken seriously. I would be a permanent client if he got his own practice.

    I am a mother of three children, I went to this location a few times, due to the convenience of hours and locality. To my dismay, each and every time the service was awful. Last time I went was two weeks ago with my son, who was in a lot of pain from a sore throat. As mother I could tell he most likely had strep. Their in housing test which I had to ask them to do was negative. There was no follow up care plan. We were supposed to get a call in the evening. No one called us. I called them the next day to find out that the in house testing was negative, yet we have to wait for the lab results. My son eventually recovered but with difficulty and did not receive any antibiotics. My younger child fell ill and we took him to a different location he was tested positive and follow up care plans was given and he was put on antibiotics right away. I just called them today because it didn’t make sense that the older child was negative and I was notified that he I fact did have a positive step results and nobody notified us, it looked like they had the wrong phone number. How was the office able to text me with the information if they they did not have the right information on file? The two times that I did call their office, neither of the office staff confirmed the phone number either. This office failed to give my son the proper services and he had to endure through pain and possible spread to others. Needless to say. We will not be returning here.

    When I first came to the office I wasn’t really sure about it and I posted a review that was a one star The wait for long like 1-2 and half hours But I had to come back to the urgent care for a second time and now I got to know the tel them they are a great team there They asked me why I felt they didn’t do the best job and I really appreciate that Some times all it takes is communication Chad was amazing he really cares He took the time to explain everything to me From school notes to my children’s care I am happy chad picked this field Crystal Was a great help . She did great with my kids and explained what was going on with them greatly I’ll for sure tell people to come here Thank you for your hard work

    I went in with hearing loss not knowing what was causing it. The Doctor correctly diagnosed & treated it. To my surprise, I had an ear infection & a lot of ear blockage from wax buildup. Thank you doc & staff. I feel sooo much better.

    Friendly and helpful office staff. Easy and updated check in process. The wait time was much shorter than I expected. The provider did a good job and listened to me. She told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. The check out process was simple.

    This urgent care was the best one I have ever been to. The lady at the front counter was very organized and nice. The doctors and the nurse in the back came in and did what they had to and I was diagnosed and left all within an hour. Got to go home and rest.

    One of the best urgent cares I have ever visited. The were patient and listened what my daughter was feeling did not just rush us in and out. We were in and out in less than an hour even with running tests and cleaning out her ears for ear ache and they were short staffed that day. The nurse and head doctor on staff were amazing even front desk was nice. Will be the only urgent care I visit from now on.

    Insane wait times. Walked in with only 1 other person in the waiting room, thought ok great might take like 30 mins 45 to be seen. It took 2hrs. All the employees seemed extremely lackadaisical, I'm pretty sure I cared more at my minimum wage kitchen job when I was 16 then this people care about their jobs. Lady behind the desk was just watching YouTube videos on her phone, nurse and PA just hanging out in back talking and messing around with no patients in back while people wait.

    Honestly never seen such an unprofessional doctor in my life. Brought my daughter in to get checked out, and the doctor walks in, doesn’t look in her ears or anything. Just says my daughter has pink eye and walked out to send a prescription over to the pharmacy. When I told the nurse I had more questions she brought the doctor back in who was rushing me, did not have answers to any of my questions other than saying “take your other kids to their pediatrician”. Used to love coming here but will not be returning.

    I've been there 3 times. I like that they open 7 days a week/365 and stay open until 8pm. That's very convenient for me. Each visit, the wait time wasn't long, and u can pre check in before ur visit making my last visit even faster (♥️). My only complaint was on my last visit, the Receptionist wasn't at the desk for 20 minutes and I had to stand and wait until I seen a Dr, which I informed him I was waiting to let someone know I had arrived, And they need to get some blinds to block out the Sun in the lobby because each time, it was extremely hot in the lobby from the 🌞 Beaming in. (The complaints are fixable). Other then that, I would definitely go back and I would recommend to other people.

    Was sent from urgent care for an abnormal EKG. I was brought directly in, placed into a room and had an IV and pain meds with an hour. I had a full cardiac work up and was out within 3 hours of getting there. The staff was kind, caring, attentive and the room was even cozy. An all around wonderful experience in a not so wonderful situation.

    Amazing! I read the reviews before going here. It's so true, the staff members I talked to, the provider, nurse and receptionist were very pleasant, compassionate and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this urgent care.

    The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The nurse and doctor listened to my evaluation and went a step further to check out a concern they had also. I appreciated that and am happy with the way they handles my care. Thank you.

    I was impressed with the friendly staff. The fact that Urgent Care had my profile and all I had to do is sign my name was most amazing. Thank you. to the PA who gave me his opinion on what could be done for my ear which is swollen and causes pressure. He suggested antibiotics which I had already started by oral RX . It eased my mind for the time before I see another Ear Specialist. Thank you all at this facility.
