I’ve been staying here for 4 days with A few issues. The WiFi sucks so badly you hardly get a connection there. Even when you use your own service carrier the signal Fluctuates all the time even get dropped calls. You have to step outside to get a signal. The blankets in each room I’ve been in has cigarette burnt holes in them. It’s like they don’t change or wash the blankets. You can hear through the walls most of the time. I woke up with my back itching so badly I had 6-10 bed bug bites on my lower back. I went to the front desk to ask them to switch us to another room they agreed but the lady with the black glasses said they won’t bite you??? Are you kidding me?? They gave us a second room and I was about to take a nap during the day and I saw something crawl across the blanket come to find out it was even more bed bugs in the second room also. Went downstairs again to the front desk same lady said maybe I brought the bed bugs here to their motel?? Like again are you kidding me? Before I came here I never had bed bugs nor my body was itching constantly with bug bites on my body. The female owner came up to our room and threw us out saying we were complaining too much. And I paid $72 for one night and she refunded me $37 instead of the full charge. Told me it was credit but the owner told us not to come back to her motel. Like what the hell?? And she was very rude and disrespectful. Please do not come here at all!!! You don’t wanna come here and end up taking bed bugs back to your house whatsoever. All they care about is your money and doesn’t provide a good quality service to their customers. You’ve been warned!!

NOT RECOMMENDED!! NO STARS! Do NOT stay here!! The first two minutes upon entering the room, three roaches were killed. The bed felt like a cardboard box and the shower is the size of an old school telephone booth. The front desk clerk is non-existent after midnight. Also had to kill three more bugs when turning on the water in said shower. The place is infested and needs some serious fumigation!!!! Do BETTER people!

Housekeeping was super nice. With pandemic I needed a place to use the bathroom. Desk person wouldn't allow but Housekeeping let me into an empty room. They were so kind. I had run out of options & was 35 minutes from home

The room was not cleaned. It looked like someone had just left the room when I got in. The comforter was in a pile in the corner and the sheets looked like someone just jumped out. The walls have stains. Their are telephone wires wires next to the bed. When I was washing my hands a termite fell into the sink. Luckily it was a termite and not a bed bug. I looked for bed bugs but I didn't find any. To be honest, if the price were cheaper it might be Good. It's relatively the same as other cheap places that charge $40. It is a little bit better. The air unit looks nearly new and the shower was nice. The TV worked. I suppose the worst part is it was really hard to sleep. The noise wasn't that bad but when people spoke outside I could hear them kinda clearly. I turned on the air. For the price you can do a lot better in a little north.

I am absolutely disappointed in this place. Suez has really went downhill in the last couple years. It has went from having heat and air conditioning to none at all. The cable doesn't even come on anymore and they don't even have regular television the antenna television. So I paid $80 for a queen-size bed when they were supposed to come and change clean my room and change my sheets for me staying the second night they came in and gave me clean towels and didn't clean anything. I do not recommend coming to this Motel because when you go to the office and ask them about what's wrong with the television or what's wrong with air conditioning or heat they yell at you scream at you and tell you do you want your money back when you don't have transportation to go and get another room. Very very bad service

This place is super nasty my friend paid for extra day and she had a half a gallon the absolute in her room they took that they left everything else they took her bag of candy like who does that and then they say oh well the housekeepers that was on duty they don't work for our motel like what don't even make sense to me they nasty and they steal from people.

Room was affordable, paid $80 for a room with one queen size bed. The comforter had cigarette burns in it and the sheets, towels, and pillowcases were stained/dirty as well. I checked for bed bugs and roaches, but did not find or see any. We got one of the rooms upstairs facing 8 mile and it was super hot in our room. Opening the window sucked because the traffic was so loud. We spent most of the night opening and closing the window because it was so loud from the traffic and I didn't want it to wake my 18 month old daughter up. You can hear through the walls and hear everything outside your room and in the rooms next door also. The shower was super small also, like the size of a telephone booth maybe? The only thing they gave us was towels and bar soap. It's good if you just want a vacation away from home for just one night I guess, but I wouldn't stay any more than just one night here. The phone didn't work and the fridge was not cold whatsoever, but the microwave did work. The worker was very friendly also. We called down to get the wifi password for the guest WiFi, 12347777, and she was super friendly with helping show us where our room was at when we couldn't find it.

Management is terrible they charge different prices every day. When you stay multiple days you dont recieve discount like other motels. When you call for availability they will tell you they have rooms but when you get there its no rooms available with a empty parking lot. When you open the room do prepared to say hello to some flies.. Pro is they cable has all to most channels

Wasn't expecting how nice the rooms were in the area it is and the staff there was very kind and considerate me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay there gave us some time to get away from the kids. I was not expecting a tiny refrigerator there which allowed us to be able to keep our pops and juices cold this is a good place to be despite the area

Never a place to want to be went to get away from home thinking I could take a nap but unsuccessful. Could wipe my face with the old discolored face towels they still reusing. Thankfully I keep disinfectant and the room smelled of cigarettes.

👍 I give it all the thumbs up rejuvenated and redone rooms bathrooms are super nice and this place is always over helpful and super clean I really appreciate all the staff and a comfortable bed thank you guys for all the good sleep👍

Clean your rooms better

The room had not heat just space heaters. The room looked cheap and unclean. Was scared to lay on bed. Place looks like where quickies happen.

I wasn't here pulled in on somebody but I can't give a perfect rating because I have never been in any of the rooms. I rated it this low because it was packed with young folks so I can imagine the noise and also there was alot of cars so some ppl had to park in the back lot. I guess ppl get their freak in here more than most know. Lmbo I will say the outside looked presentable but due to what I have heard and as many ppl as I witnessed there on a weeknight I will never go for fear of unwanted creatures✌️

Seemed a little sketchy but it was comfortable and quiet. Reasonable price too

The ac was stuck on all night and the heat wouldn't come on. The night was freezing and I had to cover the vents to make it through the night. Front desk said the person won't be there until checkout to fix it. The actual room was ok clean.

Worst place ever paid 150 & 20 deposit for 2 days I only stayed 1 day how bad it was fridge has mold they have lil space heaters that barely work room a lil jail don’t book
