I had a horrible experience at this facility. Dr. Jessica Langevin is a cold hearted doctor with no compassion. I visted this office numerous times since I moved and bought a house this way 2 years ago. I had a fanstasic doctor here who was my primary, Dr. George Wilson. Well he left and since it was close by...I still came here. Bad mistake. I made a follow up appointment here because I was feeling dizzy and I was pregnant. I wanted to file for short term disability. Ms. Langevin came in to see me and I could tell from her body language she thought I had some hidden agenda. She didn't show any concern. Took some blood work and came back in the room and said I was fine. She refused to discuss my form with me and shorty left the building thereafter. The nurse was just amazed as I was. I came back a few days later because the nurse told me to...thinking there was a misunderstanding with the doctor. Well the doctor refused to see me. I didn't bring any havoc there and I wasn't loud or complaining..nothing. She treated me like a criminal. Crazy stuff and I'm not making this up. Well she wouldn't speak with me..but sent the front desk receptionist to talk with me. She told the front desk clerk my personal business...no standard of hippa laws. The front desk clerk told me the doctor won't sign my papers and that I'm fine. Why does the clerk know what I talked with the doctor about in privacy? I was totally shocked and upset...still pregnant mind you. I am actually seeking legal advice for this situation. I've never in my life felt so discriminated against for no reason. I will never attend this facility. Bad eye for Henry Ford.

Doctors aren't suppose to make you feel uncomfortable or like you're wasting their time right? You chose to become a MD so you have to do what your job requires of you. Dr. Jessica Langevine made me feel like an inconvenience.

Been going here for years. Shazia is a great caring doctor. My son is severely autistic and the whole team there does 120% with him. If shazia is not comfortable doing something she always refers us to someone who can help. She always makes me feel good when she talks to me about my struggles. The Big shot out at the office goes to Melissa the Nurse. She is absolutely amazing and we adore her. She goes above and beyond for my son and she is greatly appreciated

This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They don’t want to treat you they just send you to the er for non emergencies instead of trying to make an appointment for you. So awful I will never go back and have already started the process to change my primary care physician.

I went here a few years ago and i had an absolutely horrible experience with this place. i would advise everyone to not go to this medical center. after my examination i was told to wait 10-15 minutes to avoid fainting due to the shots i received. the nurse left closing the door and i hear them literally laughing so loud about my hair i felt so embarrassed and humiliated! i have not been to any medical places voluntarily since because of this experience and i most definitely will not come here ever again in life.

You can not call the office to ask a question. You get transferred to a main office and they decide if your message is relevant. Or you can put a note on My Chart and some might get back to you sometime. Doctor made several mistakes. Office staff not kind Too bad, because I really liked it a few years ago.

I love Dr.Pan. She is the most caring, professional, and thoughtful Dr. in the Henry Ford system. Dr Pan listens and handles your concerns in an extremely timely manner. When I have a problem I can always count on Dr. Pan. She returns my calls. Always follows up with me. She has come to the clinic on her day off for me. Dr. Pan explains everything, never makes a patient feel rushed. She has a way of communicating with her patients. At the end of a visit I know what's going on, how I will proceed and how things will be handled in the future. She's the best. Dr. Pan goes above and beyond. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Pan's M.A She's pleasant , friendly, and efficient.

Dr Pan is great. She walks in and knows every medication I take and any issues I have and I only see her once a year on average. She’s also very easy to talk to.

Waiting time was short. Staff was very pleasant, facility was very clean and I absolutely love my doctor(Dr. Pan). She makes you feel very comfortable. She listens, she's thorough, she's professional and she's very passionate about her job. Dr. Pan is Amazing!!

Dr. Langevin was great! The appointment was quick which is perfect for people who are busy. I don’t know why some of these reviews say that she lacks compassion. I think those people are just overly sensitive.

So I came into an appointment with some concerns.I had to have an echocardiogram from chest pains and severe weakness.Shazia Qamar my primary care physician was very unprofessional and rude as a licensed physician . I presented my symptoms to her and she sighed and shook her head, like I didn't mean anything.I have never in my life felt so humiliated.This lady should not be in the position she is in.They need to fire her. I will be reporting her to the state of Michigan. If you ever get appointed her I would get rid of her immediately.She does not show no empathy or care for her patients whatsoever...Shazia qamar

Don’t waste your time or energy coming here. They don’t listen & will rush you along. This location needs a whole new team, do better ❤️

Dr. Cusumano has been my doctor for years and I needed to be seen due to a severe back injury but he wasn't available. They set me up with Shazia and omg she was absolutely wonderful. She was so caring and concerned. She explained everything and made sure I understood the severity. Definitely recommended. I came home and immediately recommended her to my 19 yr old Daughter.

All Ways a good experience. There was a little bit of a delay with having lab work done but they kept me informed on the delay. All in all a good experience! Would recommend HFH Medical Center.

Dr. Pam is amazing! She listens. She knows my history; she is professional and she doesn’t waste time. Does the exam; makes a diagnosis; recommends a treatment; checks twice to make sure I understand the treatment and I’m off. Four days post visit and I feel 100% better (and I felt like I was run over by a truck when I went in)! I highly recommend her.

Excellent care. Medical care from a Dr. that cared about interactions and long-term effects was refreshing. The environment was clean, well maintained and beautiful. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s rare to find a medical facility that takes their patients health seriously. Amanda and Tracey went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. You guys are rockstars! Thank you for all your help.

Dr. Langevin was our family doctor and I was so supprised and sad she lefted . Very nice lady, she try her best to help out with any situation. She will be missed.

AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST‼️‼️‼️ MELISSA THE NURSE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE DOCTORS DONT LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS. DR HAQ TOOK 4 months TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK FOR MY JOB. THE STAFF & DOCTORS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS🤦🏽‍♀️

Very good and efficient office staff. The MyChart software is cludgy with an inverse order of importance given. I had to hunt to send a specific message to my personal physician. The first one I sent dropped into a "general" mailbox.

OMG everyone was some friendly and nice with a smile. My first time at the Warren location. My current doctor for years retired at the Harbortown location Dr. Winston. So my mother goes to the Warren location and she love her doctor which is Dr. Pan. So I decided to make my appointment with Dr. Pan for my yearly checkup. I am so glad I did love the care from her and the staff which is Robin, Melissa and Kathleen. Oh Dr. Pan had a male student doctor I forgot his name, but he was nice as well.

During this particular visit, although it was acknowledged, I waited much longer than I have ever waited before. A student intern came in who was very nice and professional. However, both he and Dr. pan asked me routine questions about whether or not I had cuts or sores on my feet based on being a type two diabetic. After my visit I thought about the fact that neither of them actually looked at my feet.

Great doctor who listens to what you need and helps you be the healthiest you can be. Short wait times in the lobby and friendly staff members. Always a pleasant experience.
